Ein super Hotel direkt neben dem Megapark in erster Strandreihe. Man kommt vorne durch den Frühstücksraum direkt auf die Strandpromenade. Das Frühstücksbuffet beeinhaltet alles was man benötigt. Zusätzlich kann man sich Eier Benedict, Omelette oder Pancakes frisch individuell zubereiten lassen. Die Zimmer sind sauber und geräumig und der Pool ist groß mit genügend Liegen. Insgesamt ein gutes 4-Sterne-Hotel an der Playa de Palma. Wir kommem wieder :-)

Very nice hotel. Right across the street from the beach and in a great location along the beach broadwalk. Plenty to do around the hotel. Lots of nightlife within walking distance. Very nice pool area with a small bar and food available. Bar prices were very reasonable. My biggest problem with the hotel is the air conditioning. The temperature outside was only 27C-29C while we were there, however the room temperature we could only lower to approximately 21C-22C with the air conditioning on high continuously. We asked the hotel about this and they said that is the way all the rooms are.

Schönes Hotel, wir hatten ein Zimmer direkt Meerblick, wirklich schön, Frühstücksbuffet, hervorragend, große Auswahl, frisches Obst, direkte Lage neben dem Megapark, trotzdem hat man ihn kaum gehört. Toller Pool und toller Meerblick.

I absolutely cannot fault my mini break spent at the Universal Hotel Neptuno. All front desk staff, in particular, German and Daniel, were extremely helpful, patient, bilingual and approachable. The ideal that you want and expect from any hotel front desk abroad but rarely receive in reality. However this was the case for me, so checking in, booking excursions, recommendations for places to eat out, directions, booking taxis, holding my luggage after check out, any additional requests etc etc were all made easier by having such a client focused dedicated front desk. Thank you again to German and Daniel. Also huge credit to the cleaning staff who made my room so presentable and such a huge pleasure to return to each day. Other services such as pool, restaurant, sauna, gym, having a beach front view were such a delight to enjoy too. I would certainly recommend this hotel to any one visiting Palma De Mallorca. Richard

Rent och fräscht hotell med bra frukost. Bra med busshållplats precis utanför för snabb resa till o från flygplats och till Palma. Stranden precis framför hotellet är fin. Men. Detta hotell ligger precis bredvid ett partyställe som spelar hög och störande musik större delen av dygnet. Går inte att sitta på balkongen eller att ligga vid poolen utan att ha öronproppar eller med hörlurar och lyssna på något. Ett fint hotell att bo på om man inte störs av ljud eller tillbringar dagen på stranden.

Wir waren für einen Partyurlaub am Ballermann im Hotel. Einfach klasse , das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig, das Hotel sehr sauber , das Personal sehr freundlich. Teilweise war es nur schade das das Personal weder Deutsch noch Englisch gesprochen hat. Jedoch hat uns das nicht weiter gestört denn am Ende hat es mit Händen und Füßen geklappt. Der Service war sehr gut, man durfte am Abreisetag noch den ganzen Tag am Pool bleiben, hat kostenlose Handtücher erhalten und konnte kostenlos duschen gehen. Wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder

Sehr freundliches Personal, die Zimmer sind sauber, wir hatten das Zimmer mit Pool Zugang. Es war groß genau so wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Strand. Und neben dem Megapark Nicht so toll war leider auch das es sehr laut dadurch war. der frühstücksraum war sehr dunkel und nicht so gemütlich weil man nicht draußen sitzen konnte. Und leider konnte man auch keine Omeletts bestellen :( Sehr schade fande ich auch das der Ganzkörper Spiegel im Schrank eingebaut war und dadurch auch sehr dunkel war. Im groß und Ganzen ist es ok wenn man bei Lärm schlafen kann. Nachmittags war es auch teilweise sehr laut am Pool

Great Stay, lovely sized room, The hallway water dispenser was a good idea. Nice pool area and lovely beach views, We didn’t eat here so cannot comment on that, But we had a lovely spacious suite at the end of the hotel so had clear views of the beach.. mega park was next door, but with the balcony doors shut you couldn’t hear any noise.

Ich war nun zum 2. Mal in dem Hotel und habe mich wieder sehr wohl gefühlt. Saubere Zimmer und nettes Personal. Das Frühstück war ok. Wir hatten uns dieses Mal für ein Upgrade auf die Naugthy Suite entschieden. Schönes Zimmer mit großer runder Badewanne im Schlafzimmer. Fernseher war nicht gut. Häufig verzerrte Bilder und Ton. Klimasteuerung unmöglich. Der Ausblick vom Balkon aus war direkt auf das üble Parkhaus neben dem Oberbayern. Seitlich konnte man ein Stück Meer sehen. Wir hatten trotzdem einen schönen Aufenthalt. Allerdings werde ich das nächste Mal wieder ein anderes Zimmer wählen.

Komme gern wieder. Das Bad (lockere Armaturen) und auch die Vorhänge im Zimmer waren schon sehr in Mitleidenschaft geraten. Hier wäre dringend mal eine Reparatur notwendig.

The only reason you should consider this hotel is because of the location. Its on the beach and next to Mega park for those who want to party. Other then that this room is very very very dated.... Like 1990- 2000... Definitly not worth the money....

I was worried this might be full of stag dos but it wasn’t. It was mainly couples. Hotel is fantastic and very chilled. The only downside was the beds. Two singles pushed together but move really easily so woke up in a different part of the room lol.

Very close to the Playa's party hotspots. Nice pool. Very friendly staff, clean and calm rooms. Only downsight: mattresses were worn out (soft "hole" in the middle).

Der Ausblick war leider nicht schön aber sonst war es vollkommen in Ordnung! Schöne große Zimmer und der Strand nicht weit! Frühstück war super ! Würde es wieder buchen.

Die Juniorsuite mit frontaler Meersicht ist sehr geräumig. Wenn die Balkontüren geschlossen sind, hört man praktisch nicht mehr von der Promenade her. I absolutely cannot fault my mini break spent at the Universal Hotel Neptuno. All front desk staff, in particular, German and Daniel, were extremely helpful, patient, bilingual and approachable. The ideal that you want and expect from any hotel front desk abroad but rarely receive in reality. However this was the case for me, so checking in, booking excursions, recommendations for places to eat out, directions, booking taxis, holding my luggage after check out, any additional requests etc etc were all made easier by having such a client focused dedicated front desk. Thank you again to German and Daniel. Also huge credit to the cleaning staff who made my room so presentable and such a huge pleasure to return to each day. Other services such as pool, restaurant, sauna, gym, having a beach front view were such a delight to enjoy too. I would certainly recommend this hotel to any one visiting Palma De Mallorca. Richard

Wir waren für einen Partyurlaub am Ballermann im Hotel. Einfach klasse , das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig, das Hotel sehr sauber , das Personal sehr freundlich. Teilweise war es nur schade das das Personal weder Deutsch noch Englisch gesprochen hat. Jedoch hat uns das nicht weiter gestört denn am Ende hat es mit Händen und Füßen geklappt. Der Service war sehr gut, man durfte am Abreisetag noch den ganzen Tag am Pool bleiben, hat kostenlose Handtücher erhalten und konnte kostenlos duschen gehen. Wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder

Great staff - the housekeeper was stellar. The servers were kind and attentive. Pilar was kind and did an excellent job in surprising my husband for his birthday. The cake was fabulous and the prosecco was nice too. Honestly, the only down was the kids partying all night around the hotel, but this is not in the hotel's control. Would recommend the hotel for sure!

Wir sind sehr enttäuscht von einem Mitarbeiter, es ist sehr ausgeartet wofür wir, als Gäste, nichts konnten. Es war so schlimm, das wir sogar ausziehen und uns ein anderes Hotel nehmen mussten. Körperliche Auseinandersetzung sind ein absolutes NO-GO. Wir werden Sie heute noch telefonisch kontaktieren um dies zu klären. Mit freundlichen Grüßen

Very nice hotel. Right across the street from the beach and in a great location along the beach broadwalk. Plenty to do around the hotel. Lots of nightlife within walking distance. Very nice pool area with a small bar and food available. Bar prices were very reasonable. My biggest problem with the hotel is the air conditioning. The temperature outside was only 27C-29C while we were there, however the room temperature we could only lower to approximately 21C-22C with the air conditioning on high continuously. We asked the hotel about this and they said that is the way all the rooms are.

The property and the staff was amazing! Even the area it is just across the street from the beach. The beach was stunning! Only thing is your in party central. If you wanted more relaxing wouldn’t be the best hotel for you. But still quite enough for sleep. We had an amazing time.

Great Stay, lovely sized room, The hallway water dispenser was a good idea. Nice pool area and lovely beach views, We didn’t eat here so cannot comment on that, But we had a lovely spacious suite at the end of the hotel so had clear views of the beach.. mega park was next door, but with the balcony doors shut you couldn’t hear any noise.

Der Ausblick war leider nicht schön aber sonst war es vollkommen in Ordnung! Schöne große Zimmer und der Strand nicht weit! Frühstück war super ! Würde es wieder buchen.

Ich war nun zum 2. Mal in dem Hotel und habe mich wieder sehr wohl gefühlt. Saubere Zimmer und nettes Personal. Das Frühstück war ok. Wir hatten uns dieses Mal für ein Upgrade auf die Naugthy Suite entschieden. Schönes Zimmer mit großer runder Badewanne im Schlafzimmer. Fernseher war nicht gut. Häufig verzerrte Bilder und Ton. Klimasteuerung unmöglich. Der Ausblick vom Balkon aus war direkt auf das üble Parkhaus neben dem Oberbayern. Seitlich konnte man ein Stück Meer sehen. Wir hatten trotzdem einen schönen Aufenthalt. Allerdings werde ich das nächste Mal wieder ein anderes Zimmer wählen.

Sehr freundliches Personal, die Zimmer sind sauber, wir hatten das Zimmer mit Pool Zugang. Es war groß genau so wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Strand. Und neben dem Megapark Nicht so toll war leider auch das es sehr laut dadurch war. der frühstücksraum war sehr dunkel und nicht so gemütlich weil man nicht draußen sitzen konnte. Und leider konnte man auch keine Omeletts bestellen :( Sehr schade fande ich auch das der Ganzkörper Spiegel im Schrank eingebaut war und dadurch auch sehr dunkel war. Im groß und Ganzen ist es ok wenn man bei Lärm schlafen kann. Nachmittags war es auch teilweise sehr laut am Pool

First thing you need to know is this area is located in a German district of Mallorca. 2 German nightclubs nearby, lots of German guest. Hotel says it’s a beach club, but does not have private beach area, and also charges you for beach towel if you need one. No parking on site, but free street parking is available. Ventilation in bathroom is poor, AC not cold. They don’t want you bringing outside drinks to pool. However, outside bartender by pool very rude. She closed the bar 45minutes early because she was having a bad day. The next day she opened the bar an hour late.

The temperature outside was only 27C-29C while we were there, however the room temperature we could only lower to approximately 21C-22C with the air conditioning on high continuously. We asked the hotel about this and they said that is the way all the rooms are.
