The rooms are very spacious and overlook the surrounding bushland. The restaurant and bar are excellent, and breakfast is very good. There is a lot of walking space around the property and lead to a very nice pool. Great place for families or just two people.

The staff and service at reception were friendly and welcoming. The swimming pool was well maintained and the kids loved it. We stayed for 5 nights. After the first night, our room was serviced but the rest of the nights were not which meant all the rubbish that was accumulating were attracting cochroaches. It also meant we ran out of toilet paper so had to ask. The hair dryer was all sticky and only limited channels on the usual TV ones. Breakfast was included with our booking. If it wasn't included, I would not recommend to go there. Everything was overcooked, very disappointing. We also noticed on the pull out sofa bed that the sheets may not have been changed on arrival as there was dirt inside the sheets, the pilllows and sheets smelt like perfume so had to turn the pillow over and there were lots of blonde hair on the sheets which ours are dark. Although it was good value for money in comparison to the other hotels, it was still disappointing 😢

I had a lovely room with a relaxing, quiet view over the vineyards. Apparently, the kangaroos prefer the olive groves early in the morning!! Apart from a very peaceful and comfortable stay I thoroughly enjoyed the wine tasting and the associated restaurant (the Mill) was fabulous. Highly recommend

Amazing pet-friendly accommodation in the Hunter Valley. Literally was welcomed everywhere we went, felt like our puppy got more attention than us, he was spoiled. We would definitely recommend Estate Tuscany and would stay there again.

Nice and quiet, parking next to our room which is very convenient. Restaurant, bar and wine tasting is just next door with beautiful vineyard and mountain scenery right in front of the property. Staff very friendly and helpful. Definitely stay there again next time

Outstanding value for money. Property is clean and well kept. Location is walking distance to a couple of wineries if you want to sample a few and don’t want to drive ( driving to many many more) and a brewery across the road. Bed is comfortable, air conditioning, pool for the summer. Breakfast is delicious. Love this place. Perfect for couples

The property was unkept ,the pool had damaged old furniture and the water was cloudy. Entry to unit was dirty and unkept. Attention to detail was lacking. Reception Staff were welcoming and friendly.

I am a return client and love this venue. Accommodation as requested, check-in and out was easy and friendly, parking close to unit and free, excellent facilities for conferences, weddings, family groups, birthdays, reunions or great for couples. Catered for Gluten free meals a big plus for me. Overall great experience and I shall return.

Nice outlook from the room and a lovely little outdoor table to sit at. The pool was great. Restaurants were closed but we enjoyed Four Pines at The Farm which is just across the road.

The view and area was lovely. We were here for a wedding at another venue. Reception was confusing, moved from the main entrance. Estate Tuscany has lost its shine, needs some major renovations and some love. Room was comfy but bathroom tile grout needs a big clean, leaves everywhere on the patio, dirty windows and bar fridge broken and dirty. Be careful walking with all the patched potholes in the driveway areas. Restaurant was nice but seemed understaffed? Great coffee. So much accommodation now in the Hunter, so probably would not stay here again.

Reception staff (Jayne) always friendly and welcoming. When we arrived in our room, it was very dirty with a lot of dust everywhere especially under our bed and our bed sheets were very dirty. I left a note for housekeeper to make them aware, but the room never got vacuumed or swept for our entire stay, so i ended up doing it with wet towels as if was really bad! The view was amazing and apart from the dirty room, we loved our stay.

The good: Lovely, clean pool, beautiful peaceful grounds, visiting kangaroos on the lawns in the evening, dog friendly. The bad: Rooms more than tired, the sleeper couch was OLD and has a super thin mattress and the sofa part was heavily stained. The breakfast attendant was super careless, the breakfast was tiny and not worth the money. The ugly: Our feet were literally BLACK from walking around in our own room for 10 minutes. This didn't get better on day two even after the maid service was just through. It's fibe if things are tired, I get it takes time and lots of money to upgrade things. But there's no excuse for very dirty stuff. That's just sloppy and doesn't deserve my hard earned money.

Pool area was nice, bed was comfortable. Massive ant problem in the bathroom, couldn’t leave anything in there as they were everywhere. Power points didn’t work and generally very run down. Advised staff who said they thought the problems had been fixed but obviously not.

The rooms are really run down, cracks and patches and stains throughout the paint work on the wal, timbers water damaged (doors, frames, skirting’s), furniture is super old (bed is very squeaky, damaged, stained). They also don’t do a thorough clean, cob webs everywhere even around the bed frame, dead bugs throughout, dust build up on surfaces that should really be wiped down in between customers, not sure when the last time the carpet was steamed. You need to do a balancing act to try to turn off the water, a millimetre out and the water won’t stop running. We paid an extra $50 per room for an earlier check in at 12pm because they need to ensure the rooms are prepared for our stay, not sure what cleaning and prep they did for the extra payment. The rooms are right next to each other but there’s hardly any soundproofing, we could hear next doors TV on all evening. And the worst part, the AC in our room was old so when we turned it on, being a bit more into the country there’s lot of bugs especially at night. They must have been hiding in the AC unit so once we turned it on it caused a disgusting bug infestation. The AC unit is right in front of the bed so, as you can imagine, it’s evening time after reception is closed, tiny little bugs covering the bed and everywhere else. Given that bugs are so prevalent in the area, I don’t understand why they don’t do a quick spray of the room after a guest has left then clean, just a generic spray from Woolworths or Coles, $5 bucks.

I paid for 3 nights but left after the 2nd. That was enough. The only high point was the helpful girl at breakfast on the 2nd day. Problems included: A. Plague of insects, especially in bathroom B. Spider webs and spiders hanging from ceilings C. Had to defrost freezer so I could use it D. Mini bar price list supposed to be in front of compendium but it wasn’t E. Front door steps and balconies look like they’ve never been cleaned F. was missing bathroom linen when I checked-in G. Tv channels kept blinking on and off and subtitle option not working at all H. Only way to get hot water in shower is to turn off the cold water tap completely I. Dirty furniture in room J. Breakfast was booked (by staff) for the wrong time - 8.30 instead of 9.30. K. Gardens poorly maintained

Motel style rooms with parking outside. Vineyard view rooms have undercover parking designated per room. Rooms starting to feel a little dated. Bathrooms could do with a spruce-up. Everything is in good condition and clean. Would recommend staying if you’re after great views and a more rustic than modern feel. Comfy beds and aircon. We would stay here again.

Friendly staff, easy check in. Spacious room with doors opening onto a gorgeous tuscan style courtyard and gardens. Building felt authentic Tuscan slightly run down style yet still comfortable. Room could do with a little repair here and there but all in all a lovely staff, restaurants and a winery on the estate ground's and plenty of other wineries within a short walk or drive. Would definitely stay here again!

Room was very basic and walls so thin we could hear our neighbour yawn (and talk, tv etc). Overall looked very run down and has outdated interior. Great location but definitely not worth the room charge of $450 per night. I do appreciate everything is inflated in the Hunter, but still felt we were stung.

This property is very outdated and not very well maintained. We were very disappointed to find there is no phone service & the guest wifi would work in reception but would not connect in our room. The taps in the shower and sink were dripping, the toilet paper holder was broken and the air conditioner was very noisy.

Pot holes on the road to our room everywhere. Walking to the restaurant on the pot hole road no lights, others plus us were using our phone light so we wouldn’t fall over.

This was everthing we needed for attending our god-daughter's wedding. The saltaff were very friendly even after having to deal with a bad customer who complained about everything and went on about what he did for a job and how the place is ment to be a 4 star place.

Check in staff were great, helping us upgrade. The restaurant staff were a little persistent with booking and preordering our breakfast, when we got there for a 8am booking food arrived at the table cold . Then when we didnt book for the following morning which they were again very persistent they were not impressed.

The afternoon appearance of a mob of kangaroos on three of our days there was a very pleasant surprise. The beauty of the surrounding countryside is also quite nice, as are the neighboring wineries and restaurants in the area.

We didn’t appreciate the surcharge on the credit card when we paid and because it was a Sunday they were charging a surcharge on meals at the restaurant- which caused us and others to eat at different restaurants.

The mill restaurant for breakfast, service was terrible, food was very slow to come up, quite disappointing. Landline randomly started making noise twice throughout the night. Air conditioning blew straight onto bed .

Checked in after hours, the key was easy to collect. I spoke to someone 3 times and no one said there wasn't anything to eat at the property. The restaurant is only opened for breakfast and the Bar Wednesday to Saturday. We have stayed there for many years and loved the property. There were ants in the bathroom. Unfortunately we won't be staying there again unless they improve.

Bit disappointing for 4 star. Run down, no one answers phone. Breakfast was very ordinary and tasteless. Position of the hotel is the only thing that can make this hotel 4 star everything else is really old and run down.
