Staff was very helpful and friendly! Room was clean and amenities were as expected. Friendly bar staff and great drinks to end the evening. The Basel card was a great bonus for our stay.

Some reviews say it is a 10mins walk from the train station. There are 2 train stations and the international one, we came in from Strasbourg, is a 36mins walk! Our mistake but worth noting. The bus back ( which is free) stops outside the hotel. A functional busy hotel with friendly efficient staff ideal for a 1 night stopover

Room was clean and tidy. Reception staff were helpful. Location was easy to take a public transport into the cultural centre or to the main Train Station. Breakfast had almost everything you could want, so many options.
