Room tempwraturd wax too high and tgere were no amenities like tooth past etc. But minibar was offered free, and breakfast was ok. It would be good to have hotel pool or sauna instead of sharing with all outsider. As well as not enough parking was available.

지하에 다양한식당이 많이있엇고, 침대나 침구류도 편하고 좋았습니다. 오션월드에 수영복입고 왔다갔다하니 번거롭지않고 좋앗습니다.

소노캄 객실이 생각보다는 좀 아쉬웠어요. 일단 화장실이 좁고, 인테리어는 좋아 보이는듯 하다가도 쪼금 아쉽네요. 아마 전에 건물 개조해서 그런건지.. 그래도 역시나 비발디파크는 대규모 부대시설이 짱이죠. 놀기 좋아요! 굿

Sono calm is recently renovated, so the room consition is quite modern and comfortable. And yet, the room is still dusty, especially the kitchen, above the sink and near the cups. Other than that, everything was great including the family friendly restaurants and underground stores.

소노캄에서 묵었는데 전체적으로 조용하고 새로 리모델링해서 깨끗한 느낌은 들었으나 새집 공사 냄새도 아직 나고 여기저기 공사할때 튄것같은 페인트자국들이 여기저기 있었어요. 제일 안좋았던건 샤워실에서 샤워할때마다 샤워부스에서 물이 새서 변기쪽으로 흥건하게 고이더라구요. 고쳐야될부분인거 같아요. 그래도 전반적으로 좋은 여행이었습니다

뷰가 끝나줬습니다. 최근 소노캄 레노베이션이 끝나서 깨끗하고 좋았아요

직원분들이 친절해요~ 취사가능 패밀리룸은 3층에만 있어서 일찍 객실배정하러 갈 필요가 없다고 하네요. 3층객실만 리모델링되어있어서 깨끗해요!

소노캄 스위트 였는데 인테리어 특색있고 좋았어요ㆍ베란다쪽 마루에 누워서 쉬는건 좋았지만 소파가 없이 등반이없는 간이 의자만 있는게 불편했어요ㆍ

리모델링된 깨끗한 숙소에서 아이들과 즐거운 시간을 보냈습니다. 패키지 티켓과 할인권으로 다양한 액티비티와 조식뷔페를 저렴하게 이용할 수 있어 좋았습니다. 방음이 좀 안되는 것 빼고는 모든 것이 만족한 여행이었습니다.

When I tried to reach them, they often asked me to call the front desk, which seldom picked up the phone. This added further frustration to my experience. After checking out, I needed to store my luggage for a few hours. Initially, I was informed that I would have to pay for locker use, but upon discovering all lockers were full, the front desk offered to store my luggage for free. While I appreciated the gesture, I found it rather disappointing that complimentary luggage storage wasn't offered as standard practice, which is common in many other hotels. The hotel’s WiFi coverage is divided into zones. This means you to log in multiple times as you move between different areas, which is quite frustrating. I booked a room with two bathroom but only found out that one had no shower. The on-site shopping arcade features several Korean restaurants and bakeries, which is great if you enjoy local cuisine. Self-service at 24-hour convenience stores only operates in Korean.

홍천의 여행은 비발드 파크여행 즐거웠어요 볼거리 즐기거리가 많아 가족과함께가면 더 즐거울거같아요 침대가 각각 있어 더 좋았음
