My room was very clean and quite and also the staff told me everything I needed to now on arrival and was close to all the skegness beach and arcades

On suite was disgusting could not use shower full of mould haha horrid smell in there. Noisy doors banging can here people talking. TV was broken.

I liked balcony, but no parking spaces available

code didn’t work to begin with and trying to get a reply from staff through the chat (since there’s no staff manning reception) is next to impossible, hallway and rooms had a weird smell, got next to no sleep as people running down the halls late at night i feel if there was actual staff within the hotel this would help stop things like this. free parking was advertised but was then informed they don’t actually have parking thankfully only stayed one night if it was any longer i’d have changed to a different hotel instantly

I was supposed to have received the check-in details within 24 hours of check-in, didn't (nothing in junk mail). Had to call them and they Whatsapped me immediately with the details. Stressful but resolved quickly. As for Room 11: 1. Very low water pressure resulted in the shower being a trickle, regardless of twisting all the knobs and shower head. 2. Constant sound of water travelling through pipes. I got decent sleep though but that was probably because I had a few. 3. The duvet had patches of black spots/bits on it. I did a flea/bed bug test but none of it smudged or dissolved on wet toilet paper. Chose not to sleep with the duvet on just in case. Woke up with a suspected bite on each leg. I won't stay here again unless they change management, because the current management clearly don't care about the property enough to prevent the aforementioned problems.
