Hotel was fantastic. Clean, modern and in a beautiful location. Went to Finns for supper and that was a disaster. Food was overcooked and staff said "that's how it comes'. Don't recommend. Went to the Four Seasons for breakfast and that was worth it. Service was impeccable and food was delicious . Will stay at the hotel and eat at the Four Seasons again.

Inside lights wouldn’t shut off Front desk came up early hours. After I called tho. They did come. Nothing they could do. Maintenance fixed the next day. Never slept much at all the first night. 50% off room was given for the night.

Staff excellent. It’s close to the bridge and river and walkable downtown and RUH. Free shuttle was great on weekdays, busy on weekends. I did notice they need to card lock the elevator because people are coming in off the streets and take elevator up to the ice machines.
