Beautiful, newly renovated rooms. Pool is closed until the end of October but they are issuing vouchers at any of the city's leisure facilities. Secure parking and close the river and downtown.

Clean, comfortable hotel for a reasonable price in a great location in downtown Saskatoon overlooking the river. We had two meals at the restaurant and both were excellent. Staff were friendly and professional. We particularly appreciated the free shuttle to the airport. Driver was awesome.

King room with hidabed was great. Modern and smart tv, front desk sent items up very quickly which was nice. Pool was warm, gym was a bit shabby, and we didn't like the cost of parking but our stay was great!

Cleanliness could use some work. Pillows had stains all over them upon checkin. When asked if they could replace them, they showed up to my room with 2 new pillow cases and didn’t even offer to change them for me.

The hotel is very tired and dated. The exterior needs some upgrades but the interior is shabby and worn. Our room was dirty. There is no other way to phrase it. I don’t think the edges of the carpets had been vacuumed in years. Crumbs were evident along all baseboards. I’m sure they must have mice. The check in process was ridiculously lengthy and there was minimal customer service or communication. Pillows were smelly and surfaces felt dusty to touch. Parking was available and a “security guard” was present outside the parkade. However I’m not sure he looked up from his phone once to monitor his surrounding or observe the comings and goings. When checking out there were several people in the entry to the parkade standing out and smoking. No idea if they were vagrants or hotel staff. But as a solo traveler I was quite wary having to walk alone past them as they stood talking and smoking. If they were hotel staff, the behaviour was grossly inappropriate. Despite being gold Expedia members and the hotel being VIP access, we were not offered an upgrade or any other benefit. I will not be a repeat customer. For the price you can stay at a Marriott or Sheraton which will be much cleaner and aesthetically pleasing.

-There was a dirty sock in the closet of our room. -Dust was very thick around the corner and edges of the room. -The hole where the shower head comes through the wall was not covered or sealed. -Fridge was warm upon arrival.(this room was reserved 1 day before) - Staff was very friendly and kind.

Staff were helpful. Room was very small. I stayed February 7th, the 6th floor has no central air. At 6pm the room was at 25 degrees with the fan on, at 11pm it was at 28 degrees. They brought up an oscillating fan, it cooled the room down to 26… it was too hot to sleep.

Hotel was basic. It offered basic tv, but could not access internet on tv (no YouTube, Netflix, etc). Room had basic amenities, no hair dryer, no iron... there was only one complimentary water bottle, yet we had a king bed - room for two. Coffee machine was problematic. Parking was difficult. Bathroom sink was very slow to drain which was gross when we were brushing our teeth/washing face. Shower head was nice and bed comfortable. Room was pretty clean, but again - basic, no microwave...the bedroom had a "peep" shower...which was weird...you definitely don't want guests to come drop in on you while someone is in the shower...you will have quite the view.

We had a beautiful view out of our river facing room. However the air conditioning was ‘working’ but it was not cooling our room, it was hard to fall asleep in the heat. And the led changing colored lights out our amazing huge window were annoying to try and sleep with.

The room was unbearably hot—27.5 °C when we checked in—and there was no way to cool it down. Turning down off the heat did not work and setting the thermostat to “cool” actually made the room hotter. Opening a window wasn’t an option because of the road noise. The decision to put a window in the shower wall facing directly into the sleeping area is baffling. There’s essentially no privacy while showering, and turning on the bathroom light at night blasts the sleeping area with light and wakes anyone trying to sleep. Terrible design choice.

The signs for the hotel didn’t have a clear smoking area and once I was far from the hotel and tried smoking, security came to try and kick me out, also swore at me because I have never stayed here and didn’t know where the smoking section was. Treated me like I wasn’t a paying guest. Awful security for having a first time guest, treating me like i’m not staying at the hotel and like I don’t know how to read signs. Very demeaning. Wouldn’t stay here again.

When I checked in, the staff member was not warm or welcoming. I was told I would have to pay for parking when my reservation included it free. Despite being an Expedia gold member and them advertising that they had a VIP experience for me, they didn’t offer me an upgrade or apologies that there was none available. When I entered my room, it was old and pretty much destroyed. The thermostat was broken, wires hanging from the wall, and the tub wouldn’t drain. After I requested to be switched to another room, they gave me one even worse and the shower sprayed from its connection to the spigot, showering the ceiling and raining down on the entire bathroom. Worst experience I’ve ever had, and I travel often.

We had an excellent stay here at the Park Town. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was perfect. the restaurant had a lovely view and the service was top notch. We will be staying here again in the future.

The renovations to the rooms are very nice and a welcome change. The problem my mother and I encountered was the noise in the room. There was an extremely loud humming noise throughout the room that was louder at the head of the bed. Went down to the front desk to discuss this and she offered for maintenance to come check it out. They did not come so I called down to the front desk again

The Park Town Inn is downtown close to many restaurants and shopping. It is right across the street from bike paths and a nice park. It is clean, comfortable, and has friendly staff. I would recommend staying here.

We live in saskatoon and stay here a couple times a year just for a staycation. The comedy club downstairs is a great place to have a few laughs and the festivals and concerts downtown all summer make it convenient. The staff are excellent everything is clean and the location fabulous

Located across from the river which was nice & scenic, but as it was downtown there were some unscrupulous people around. It did have a locked car park and a security guard at all times though. Hotel was nice enough, but needs some updating, which I believe is in progress as the pool & hot tub was closed. This closure in conjunction with all the TV services not working property made the stay with a number of children not ideal. The hotel did offer us a discount for the inconvenience, which was greatly appreciated. Walking distance to Kinsmen Park & Wonder hub also a bonus for families with small children!

Got charged additional for nightly parking $15.00. Got put in a room on the second floor with access to the roof with a window that didn't lock and smelled of cigarette smoke. Thankfully the staff amended our room to a different one. Rooms are dated and need updating, the area of town had a rough crowd, wouldn't consider it family friendly and will not stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoy our short stay here. Your chefs are amazing. We had the most delicious trout with a lemon cream sauce and a delightful bottle of South African Chenin Blanc in your Four Seasons restaurant. It was so wonderful 😊 It was nice to have laundry facilities at the hotel as well, to freshen up our wardrobe. Very nice staff and a comfortable place to stay. Thank you

The restaurant managers took more time trying to make sure they had an even amount of patrons per server than getting us to our seats. I watched it happen every time someone walked in the door. People stood there for over 5 minutes. The renovations will be nice when finished but in my room the silicone around the newly installed tub was horrible. Grouting wasn’t finished properly. It’s not the property’s fault, it’s the lack of craftsmanship of that company. Hopefully someone will do an inspection and get things fixed up a bit. I like staying and will continue to

First of all, it’s an older hotel. It has been recently modernized. The rooms are clean, contemporary stylish, but a bit small. Location is very good. Parking is tight and cost extra as does breakfast. Pool was closed for renovations. No mention was made of this prior to booking. I did intend to swim so this was a bit disappointing of course no credit is given for this major amenity being closed in summer. Now… Breakfast restaurant was not busy. Waited far too long to be seated with only two single people in front of me. Waited far too long for the 1st cup of tea and greeting from a waitress. Once the order was taken, food, didn’t come for 20 minutes, was unsatisfactory and sent back. After a lengthy wait I just left. No management staff was on in the restaurant or hotel to hear my concerns and complaints. I did not want to offload on the Service stuff not their responsibility. This was solely a management issue. I was so unhappy that I checked out only one night into my stay and went somewhere else to eat and stay where I was very satisfied. I would not recommend this.

Such a great little hotel, the brunch buffet was awesome and the room was so clean and beautiful. The only thing we disliked was the noise from the Irish bar below us but overall a great place and my next choice if I ever come back to Saskatoon.
