I loved this property, the staff were extremely nice, the place is super clean. The pool area is fun. The dining options were amazing. The one negative thing I have to speak about this hotel is the elevators were horrible. I literally waited one time 15 minutes for an elevator and decided to take the stairs. The other guests complained about the elevators as well. They always take forever to come.

Overall nice location, right across from the beach. They only offer valet parking for $60 a day, valet staff were so rude, very inpatient, if we had another option I would do it but unfortunately there is no parking spots near the hotel. After we checked in there was a huge line waiting for the elevator which we learned later that most of them were broken, any time using elevators going up or down average wait was 15-20 minutes, which was a nightmare specially if you have kids. Room service didn’t show up, we had to call to get some clean towels. To be fair they offered to give us credit for one night resort fees, but overall it was a horrible experience, I would never go back.

Absolutely loved this Hilton property. The service was outstanding from the moment we arrived. Valet came to let us out of our Uber. Check in was a breeze. Pool was perfect. Loved how staff carried towels and setup our chairs for us. Ty et enforce a 30 minute chair policy - if you’re away from you chair they will remove your towels. This policy is great bc you don’t feel like you have to run to save seats. We never had an issue. Pool side service for food and drinks. Complimentary beach chairs. Our room was amazing! Loved that it had a small kitchen, living area, full and half bathrooms. The balcony was large and had a great view of the ocean. The lobby was beautiful. They have bikes you can rent beyond the free 2 hours. Starbucks and a couple of restaurants right at the hotel. For 21 and over, you have to check out the roof top bar. The views are amazing. Drinks and food good. Literally an elevated experience. We will definitely return. Thank you so much for making my birthday and time alone with my husband such a memorable and wonderful experience.

Hubby and I decided to go on a weekend gateway. Very busy hotel. 4 elevators which at least three of them stop working at the same time. In the middle of the night the AC in our room stop working, when I called them in the morning I was told I was supposed to call them at that time (2 am?) no thank you.

The best way to summarize the one nights stay is dingy. Everything from walking in the door to the lobby floor, furniture gross and disgusting wouldn’t even give it away. The front desk staff bitj upon checkin and check out were on their phones while trying to service me. The room itself was really, really dingy. The white/yellow towels had hair bound up in them as well as additional hair on the countertop in the bathroom. There was black mold along the caulk in the shower. The room smelled every time the air conditioner clicked on. The hallway were extremely loud and every time another door shot something rattled in our room. Even though we didn’t use the pool, we could see the view from our fifth floor, and it was full of algae and green around all the drains I wouldn’t have gotten in even if time allowed. I would’ve rather slept in the airport after my experience there I also utilized my hotel.com points, which was a total waste.

Our room was very clean and very spacious. The staff were all nice and accommodating. However, $60 per night for parking is not cool!! My parking bill was $240. That's as much as my plane ticket. Luckly with the help of my wife reading reviews all night we found parking at a near by hotel which we paid $60 for our entire 4 night stay and it was literally a 2 minute walk from Beach House.

Room wasn’t the cleanest as the couch cushions were stained: the tub was scratched up and appeared dirty( just an observation I don’t use public tubs); the caulk in the sink bowl was peeling off: and there appeared to be mildew around the bottom of the shower; previous guest stuffed tissue in the smoke detector and that wasn’t removed; but staff at pool were very nice and as well as the front desk.

The room was dirty, mold in the shower, floors were dirty, the lounge chair was ripped and balcony floor was dirty, the windows were so dirty they were cloudy, furniture stained, towels and sheets weren't soft, room service took too long and they forgot things. No soap or towel or paper towels in kitchen, had to call to get supplies, stove stained. I had to pay for an umbrella on the beach for our chairs on the beach and had to sit where I could barely see the ocean, people were walking off the streets and taking chairs for free in front of us. Got reservations for Nube and people were just walking in and crowding our table so we left before dinner. Very expensive vacation, very disappointing.

This was a complete waste of money. The room left much to be desired; it was unkempt, outdated, and had a pervasive unpleasant odor. Despite being charged $45 per day for water service, none was provided. I had chosen this hotel expecting a four-star experience, but it fell short in several areas. Not only was there no microwave available, condoms were left in the left side bed drawer, but the king-size bed was disappointingly closer to the dimensions of a queen. Ultimately, I spent $644 for a two day stay that did not live up to expectations and was far from satisfactory.

I like how friendly the staff was and many things to do around the area. Everything close by walkable really nice. I wasn't too pleased with the cleanliness of the shower. There was black dirt and grime on the shower floor and walls. It was not clean very disappointed. The cleaning staff need to do a much better job at cleaning these rooms. The air kept going out in our room and the coffee maker did not work.

Our room and all common areas were impeccably clean and beautifully maintained! Even the air ventilation vents were free of built up dust and debris. We were in Room 813. It had a full kitchen, barstool seating area, living room with plentiful seating, a full bedroom and a full bathroom with whirlpool tub and spacious shower with great water pressure and a perfect shower head. The extra half bathroom off the entryway was very welcome too! The balcony was accessible from the living room and bedroom, making it a nice spot! The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. The management level folks were always present and did everything possible to help people! We absolutely enjoyed our stay.

Our trip got off to a rocky start, but the staff was accommodating to my concerns. Room 226 has a beautiful view, but can be a bit noisy with the street traffic and bar below it. The accomodations were comfortable and my kids and I enjoyed our stay overall.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is excellent — close to everything and surrounded by great restaurants within walking distance. The suites are incredibly cozy, spacious, and spotlessly clean, making it easy to relax and feel at home. What truly made the experience exceptional was the hotel staff — everyone was so kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Check in was a fiasco. The hotel didn’t have details of our booking through Hotels.Com and even though we showed proof of booking and proof of payment (in full) they wouldn’t allocate a room until they’d actually spoken to Hotels.Com to confirm. We had to wait in reception for nearly an hour after travelling all day from the UK (and we are over 70 years old. We were then told off by the customer service manager (Heather) for booking through a third party rather than directly with the hotel as this had caused the problem. The reservations manager called the next day to apologise and offered us a small credit towards food and beverage (not even enough for one meal in their restaurant). Although the room seemed clean and well serviced, clothes had been left in drawers by previous guests showing that these had not been cleaned.

The property itself was very nice with nice pool, jacuzzi, and poolside restaurant/bar and a rooftop bar and restaurant with delicious food and drinks. The area is walkable to may other restaurants and bars also. The view was amazing and the beach amenities provided by the hotel were great as well. Other than one issue, this hotel is top notch and i would definitely visit this property again when in the area. I truly enjoyed my stay and cant wait to visit again!

This was a short trip but the hotel was excellent..from check in to check out. We arrived really late Friday night and we didn’t love the room that was available, so the front desk made arrangements to switch our room the next morning. Surely, at 9 am the next morning we received a call that our room was ready…on a higher floor..with an ocean view! I loved the location, the restaurants in the area were great. The beach was loaded with seaweed, I didn’t love that but that’s not the hotel’s fault! Overall, this was a really quick weekend trip…{Friday-Monday}, but I loved it and can’t wait to go back!!! 😊💖

Of my 4 days in this hotel they only cleaned the room 1 day and were rather unprofessional about these issues when I raised them. In addition the bathroom was not very modern and when they did clean the room it was the bare minimum (did not clean or replace cups, etc.)

Bad service. Gave us a smallest of the suites. Cleaning service kept missing our room cleaning despite reminding them multiple times. Used to be a good hotel where we have stayed many times over the years. Now after the revocation the quality of service is appalling. At check out, the agent did not even ask how our stay was which is a standard ask when you check out. Seems like the staff just don’t care anymore. Problems like this usually start with the mgmt. We won’t be staying here anymore

Initially was not happy because a huge hold was put on my card which was not advised to me when booking through Expedia. However, your staff was AMAZING! Huge thank you to Taylor and Chris for showing us great hospitality and service! They are the reason we will be back for sure!

Loved the location, walkability and ease of being at the beach! The staff was all very welcoming, kind, helpful and responsive. Whenever we needed anything it was promptly taken care of! They had a great restaurant on site - Illios - I just wish it was open for dinner! Overall a great family friendly resort that I would return to!

Great location! Walkable distance to mall and Ocean Drive! Very nice pool! Nice Restaurants! Property is very clean and safe! Staff was extremely helpful! It’s not cheap, but , hey -it’s Miami! We had good time there! And Will recommend it to families with kids and pets!

This property was beautiful! From the moment we walked in we were greeted by the staff. All of the staff were so friendly, probably the nicest and most accommodating hotel staff I have ever experienced in my stays while traveling. The property has some amazing food options and our room did not disappoint! Our balcony view was stunning. I highly recommend Ft. Lauderdale Beach House Resort by Hilton. I can’t wait for us to go back!

The Hotel is in a great location directly across the street from the Beach. Just a FYI and REAL Important if you rent a car do it from the Avis also (Budget) across the street from the hotel you can walk there in approx. 5 minutes. If you rent it from there you avoid the $60.00 dollar per day Valet charge it's free if you rent it from them. All in all probably one of the best stays at a Hotel I've ever experienced.

We went for 2 nights, there is a steak house that we're fond of. Lauderdale is 2 hours away by car. The biggest surprise was the valet parking that descended on us before the car stopped. Valet parking only. He gave me a ticket, $60.00 per day +tax. WOW. We had to get our stuff out while standing in the active driveway. We hadn't even been inside. The hotel is nice, the staff was great. Breakfast however not hot or even warm on day 1. Room temperature. Day 2 we ate inside and the food was just warm. The quality was good but temperature was very disappointing. The room was nice.

Great breakfast at Ilios. Great Happy Hour food and drinks, specifically the Yuzu Ginger Mule, at S3. The staff were very nice, especially Patrone, Jada, and Nicole. The cleaning staff were great, making sure I had everything I needed. Across the street from the beach.

The staff was impeccable! Arlene in Ilse was amazing!!! Love her! Room was cleaned everyday and everything we need was taken care of immediately. They all learned and you name and celebrated with us when hubs caught a hammerhead shark!!! Only thing that was tough for me specifically was a very severe lack of being able to accommodate my celiac at the in-house restaurants. All salads or plain hamburgers with no bun. Will most definitely be back as soon as we can!!!!!

I liked very much but the rooftop restaurant . a disaster!! poor Service treated me like excrement Still wanted to charge me a service charge. I refused it. They took it off all because of one German hostess waitress, garbage garbage I had to leave. It was an awful experience just at that restaurant.

Absolutely loved this Hilton property. The service was outstanding from the moment we arrived. Valet came to let us out of our Uber. Check in was a breeze. Pool was perfect. Loved how staff carried towels and setup our chairs for us. Ty et enforce a 30 minute chair policy - if you’re away from you chair they will remove your towels. This policy is great bc you don’t feel like you have to run to save seats. We never had an issue. Pool side service for food and drinks. Complimentary beach chairs. Our room was amazing! Loved that it had a small kitchen, living area, full and half bathrooms. The balcony was large and had a great view of the ocean. The lobby was beautiful. They have bikes you can rent beyond the free 2 hours. Starbucks and a couple of restaurants right at the hotel. For 21 and over, you have to check out the roof top bar. The views are amazing. Drinks and food good. Literally an elevated experience. We will definitely return. Thank you so much for making my birthday and time alone with my husband such a memorable and wonderful experience.

Generally food was overpriced and just above average. That included the hotel and surrounding restaurants. I'm sure there were places with excellent food that we missed.
