Servicen i utebaren var under all kritik under hela vistelsen (fem nätter). De glömde bort beställningar, gav flera felaktiga notor och var i allmänhet väldigt långsamma. Gymmet är för litet och blir trångt om det är två personer.

Paid for parking (€15 per day), but constantly had problems with the barrier getting in and out of the car park which was frustrating. There are 2 lifts in the hotel and both of them have a strange horrible smell. Good location and lovely staff

Gjennomgående høy kvalitet. Fantastisk takterrasse med lounge, basseng og bar. Flott bassengområde med perfekt barne basseng og lekeområde. Frokostservering med godt utvalg og stor kapasitet. Eneste minus,var kapasiteten på poolbafen.

Stayed 4 nights, the last 2 nights the dinner time food was the BEST EVER out of all the Spain holidays we have been on, the quality and the seasoning of the food was exceptional, even the desserts was so good, i mean taste, fresh and made superbly. You can tell the Chefs have experience. The negatives, you have to pay for Pool Towels 2€ and if u want a clean one u have to pay again. Very disappointed. No entertainment. So nights is so boring and there is nothing within the area to go, you have to walk 15min to the beach promenade for abit of life. Kids do get bored. Housekeeping, Waited for over 2 hrs for bath towels. Remember remember there is a supermarket 6min away that sells EVERYTHING and cheap. Closed on Sundays bear that in mind , water vending machines is 2€ at hotel which in my opinion should provide at least a bottle free. The hotel is modern and have big rooms, excellent interior and pools. Anyway, honestly food quality is the best well done chefs please feed back to them. Oh forgot the food truck food and bar lunch food was superb too, nearly forgot to mention them. Thanks

The breakfast buffet was not the best, poor system for the “live cooking” station, queues caused confusion and some conflicts, coffee machine was ok but if you had any coffee with milk it was not nice, stick to just espresso. The roof top pool area was excellent but the generic love island music playing in the background was infuriating and spoiled the atmosphere. If you choose a discounted room you are NOT in the main hotel and you won’t get a large window or balcony.The lifts in the old section are very scary, they make some terrible noises and the door will hit you if you are slow getting in. The shower in the room is fantastic, lots of pressure but sadly it will flood the room because the drains are poor. Not bad overall but would probably not stay again.

Fina utomhusytor, pool mm, som vi tyvärr inte kunde använda pga vädret. Överraskande bra gym med enkelt bokningssystem!

We have just got back from 3 nights at this hotel It was very clean and tidy and staff are very helpful and friendly The pools are not heated on roof or on lower level they were freezing so not sure why its says the roof one is .. roof bar is also not open at moment obviously out of season , which was a shame Food... we only booked with breakfast was plenty to choose from.. but both mornings the hot food was all cold which was disappointing as we just didnt want to eat it You do have to walk some to the beach , and finding somewhere to eat was challenging,you are best going to alicante which cost us around €35 return Lovely hotel .. but was quiet not much going on around the area or a atmosphere I found . 2 full days was enough for us

Really great hotel, great pools and beautiful roof top bar.

It was lovely. The hotel gets very busy, with many families with children, and the swimming pool gets busy and very noisy, but the beach is only a 10-minute walk from the hotel and guarantees a beautiful sea and sandy beach. There are many bars with great food and drinks! Please note that the hotel is based in a residential area.

Excellent hotel. Only gripe is that you can not smoke in external bar. You have to walk to rear of swimming pool or to front entrance which meant we didn't use thhe bar so often

Das Hotel wurde bereits 2023 gebucht und es war großartig. Diese Bewertung bezieht sich auf 2024. Der "alte" Teil des Hotels ist schlicht und einfach schrecklich. Der Boden riecht fürchterlich. Die Zimmer sind heruntergekommen und die Badezimmertür hat schwarzen Schimmel. Insgesamt werde ich dieses Hotel nicht mehr buchen, es sei denn, Zimmer im neuen Teil des Hotels mit Balkon sind verfügbar. Auch das Personal war dieses Jahr eher schlecht gelaunt im Vergleich zu 2023. Die Zimmermädchen sollten auf ihre Kommunikation achten, insbesondere sollten sie nicht mit den Gästen diskutieren. Wir kamen gegen 16:00 Uhr vom Strand ins Hotel zurück und unser Zimmer war nicht gemacht (Bett nicht gemacht, schmutzige Duschwäsche auf dem Boden, Dusche nicht gesäubert). Nach direkter Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Zimmerservice, der gerade im Gang stand, bekam ich die Antwort: "Ich habe es schon gemacht." Ich zeigte ihr das Zimmer, was offensichtlich nicht gemacht wurde, und sie sagte: "Ich habe es gemacht. Sie haben es schon wieder unordentlich gemacht, aber gut, ich werde es noch einmal reinigen." Einen Gast als Lügner darzustellen und abschätzige Blicke zu werfen, halte ich für ein 4*-Hotel für inakzeptabel. Auch das Barpersonal auf dem Dach: Man kann einem Gast nicht sagen, "Nein, diesen Cocktail kann ich nicht machen, da die Zutaten unten sind und ich nach unten gehen müsste, um sie zu holen", und dann die Zutaten holen. Insgesamt war das Personal sehr faul. Letzter Versuch im 2025.

Sin entrar en demasiados detalles, la primera habitación tenia una plaga de hormigas voladoras, asi que nos cambiaron a otra. La segunda tenía un ruido a motor que sonaba cada 15-30 segundos y un colchón extremadamente duro. Nos fuimos por la mañana a otro hotel.

I recently stayed at port anlicante and was extremely disappointed with the condition of our room. Upon arrival, I immediately noticed a strong musty smell, and after looking around, I found visible mould on the walls and ceiling.This was deeply concerning, especially as I was traveling with my baby. Mould poses serious health risks, particularly for infants, and staying in such an environment was completely unacceptable. When we reported the issue to the staff, they did respond and offered us a free meal as compensation. While I appreciate the gesture, it did not address the actual problem or the serious health concerns of staying in a mould-infested room. A hotel should prioritize cleanliness and guest well-being, but unfortunately, that was not the case here. If you are traveling with children or have any respiratory sensitivities, I strongly advise against booking this hotel unless they make significant improvements.

Very clean & comfortable Hotel, very friendly reception staff and easy check in, the room was spotlessly clean and comfortable with a nice balcony overlooking the outside pool, the included brekfast selection was very good with hot and cold foods, absolutely would stay again

Utmärkt hotell för en kortare vistelse. Vi stannade i två veckor och då lägger man märke till saker som är lite irriterande som att man aldrig visste när rummet skulle vara städat, personalen i poolbaren var oerhört stressad och uppenbarligen för få. Buffélunchen i matsalen höll en väldigt varierande standard. Dock var all personal på hotellet mycket vänlig och hjälpsam, det var bara för få av dem. Hotellets läge är perfekt, lite utanför Alicante men med goda förbindelser till Alicante centrum. Nära den fina stranden San Juan. Trevliga restauranger finns i närheten

The pictures shows nice rooms, but we got to stay in the old building with old rooms, shower was broken, it was mold in the bathroom on the door frame and very loud, not ok to pay those prices to stay in a old room, not worth the money. The pool in nice, and the breakfast is also not so good, I expect a lot more for that price

Albergo di recente costruzione, moderno e dotato di tutti i comfort. Camera spaziosa, colazione super abbondante e anche la possibilità di cenare a buffet vale la pena per qualità e costo. Letti super comodi. Unica nota dolente è il funzionamento del wi-fi in camera: eravamo all'8 piano e praticamente era come non avere il wi-fi, mentre quando scenti al piano terra funziona benissimo. cercherei di migliorare questo aspetto ma per tutto il resto raccomando questo albergo.

Agréable séjour, petit bémol : les chambres sont mal insonorisées, donc c’est fort bruyant.

The Hotel is well maintained, and clean, and has two pools, a good restaurant, and Bar Service. The hotel is clearly divided into the new and old sections, the new section has balconies and the old does not, We stayed in the old, the rooms are pretty spacious and had a small frigobar. The hotel is a 5-minute walk to Playa San Juan, a nice and clean sandy beach with lots of restaurants and Tapa's bars. The hotel is very easy to reach from the airport and or the City Centre, the 21 Playa San Juan to City Centre bus stop is just outside the hotel's back door.

Generellt sett var allt bra. Vi bodde i den nya delen och det finns kommentarer på nätet om att det inte är lika bra i den äldre delen. Det vore bra om detta framgick på hotellets sida. Personalen i receptionen pratar engelska men personalen i restaurangen, baren och städarna pratar inte engelska. Hissarna är långsamma. Gallret för AC i rummen är ej justerbart så det blåser kallt när man ligger i sängen och det går inte att vinkla bort luften om man vill ha AC på när man sover.Poolen är inte uppvärmd.

Nice hotel, clean and modern with swimming pools. The bed is comfortable but the pillows are not. Location is not so close to the city centre, which in my opinion is a disadvantage, and it's not very close to the beach either, takes 10 to 15 minutes walk to the San Juan beach.

The decor is fabulous- all very new and with a common modern theme throughout the hotel. Rooms are lovely- the fact that the sink area and shower are essentially in the main room may not suit friends travelling together but was fine for a couple. There is no full length hanging space which I found frustrating. The area is quiet - which is what we wanted- but beach and local restaurants easily walkable and trams and buses are close by. It always felt as though there was minimal staff around - however it was slightly out of season and they were polite & helpful. Overall a lovely hotel for a quiet couples get away with good access to Alicante etc

Check in was delayed despite being told our room should be ready by around 3.30, we didn't get to our room till well after 5pm. The reception did ring me to confirm our rooms were ready which was nice. The bed was rather uncomfortable being quite hard and there could be better shelving/drawer space. There is no hanging for dresses. (Well there is but it's very short so don't expect to hang your dress without folding it). A suggestion for outside towel racks on the balcony as everyone hangs their towels over the balcony railing which doesn't look nice. The upstairs pool should be Adults only/no under 16's/18's. The pool downstairs is sufficient for children and with the bar and 'chill out' atmosphere upstairs on the roof, it was spoilt by having shouting children in the pool. The service in BOGO in the evening was very slow. I think management needs to do some undercover reviews and further training for staff upstairs in the evening. Despite that, the staff were friendly and we enjoyed the atmosphere upstairs very much. All staff we came across were friendly and willing to please.

Overnattet 7 netter i desember, fikk et rom vi ikke likte utformingen av, innsyn til dusj og vask midt i rommet. Fikk byttet til et bedre rom uten problemer, bra service. Rent og pent hotell, veldig god frokost og middagsbuffet. Personallet i restauranten og baren var meget hyggelig. Helt ok treningsrom og sauna. Stille område rundt hotellet. Baren i taket er meget bra, sikkert populært om sommeren. Det er et stykke til sentrum av Alicante, benyttet ikke tram eller annen kolletivtransport grunnet vi hadde leiebil.

Disappointed with our stay. Staff were unhelpful. Constantly had to ask for things which should be very obvious.

The reception staff were excellent. We had a problem with the room and Lidia resolved the issue. Pedro also assisted with the WiFi connection. Thank you both! The food was good and there was lots of choice on the breakfast buffet. Tram service very close so easy to get into the city centre without driving. We would certainly come again.

Lovely friendly staff. Especially at the restaurant bar. Very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Great location for San Juan playa beach. Would recommend booking a room with a balcony.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. Been able to check in an hour early with no extra fees. All staff very friendly, room clean and nicely laid out with a comfortable bed. Food selection not massive but all fresh and tasty.

Lugnt och fint område, kanske inte passar för en hel vecka med barn och familj men för några dagar. Enda som var lite dåligt var personalen i poolbaren, dem var inte alls service. Dem tömde hellre diskmaskinen och stod med ryggen mot och pratade än att ta beställningar.

Booked this hotel and had some issues woth my card retaining the reservation. However the hotel staff were so responsive and supported me to address the issue (particularly Barbara on reception). I would recommend this hotel on all levels. As a family of 4 in a quadruple room it was perfect!

Joel was excellent in every way. From first day till last, we will return. Was very quiet area but too residential with not much around. We were ok as wanted relax chill holiday. Lovely beach 10 min walk

Within 15 minutes of the city centre. Easily accessible via the tram. Supermarket close by. 5-10 minute walk to the beach which was beautiful. The food was very reasonably priced for a 4 star hotel. The staff were all very friendly. The pool areas were lovely. The bathroom to the room was a little bit tired but all was very functional. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would like to return for a short break again soon.

Really stunning property a ten minute walk from The beach. Lovely location for both San Juan Playa beach and only 20 minutes into the city via tram or bus. Hotel was gorgeous and very clean and well maintained. Two stunning pools & some nice bars too with very reasonably priced drinks. Hotel staff were friendly. Overall a lovely stay, would definitely be back!

Good size clean room with comfy beds hotel is in a quiet location a short downhill walk to the beach. Reception staff were very helpful and knowledgeable had a great stay

Lovely lobby and entrance, room was spotless! Breakfast was great, lots to choose from! Location is great with bus stops close by to take you to the city centre. Beach is 10 mins walk, lovely long stretch witg beautiful views! Really impressed and would return!

Sehr angenehmer Check-in, schönes Zimmer mit Balkon in oberer Etage. Zweckmäßiger Sanitärbereich. Weitab vom Stadtzentrum, allerdings guter Tramanschluss.

Really enjoyed our stay, very close to beach. Was a last minute trip and so glad we done it. Enjoyed breakfast and the sky bar and pool bars.Food truck was great for a lunch/afternoon bite to eat.

Fantastic hotel, great staff and the food was amazing. We paid for the buffet breakfast when we got there as it was so good and unbelievable choice for the evening buffet was incredible. The hotel is swish and smart, spotless and great location.

Trevligt hotell, kort promenad från stranden. Flera restauranger i närområdet och vid strandpromenaden. Fin pool både på bottenplan och rooftop. Stor frukostbuffe i enorm matsal som var ganska stökig och inte så mysigt. Stort utbud men kvaliten kunde varit bättre. Lätt att parkera i gatan utanför hotellet. Vi provade lunch i baren två dagar samt nån drinkar på kvällen och var supernöjda, här var det hög kvalitet och utmärkt service. Taxi tar ca 10 min om man vill åka in till centrala Alicante. Hotellet motsvarade våra förväntningar och vi kan varmt rekommendera det.

Great staff and hotel was very clean. Breakfast was good, had a great choice. The roof top was lovely for a night time drink.

Hotel was situated in a quiet area but close enough to the beach,supermarket and restaurants. Staff were very friendly and helpful . Buffet breakfast and evening meal . Breakfast was included and good value with something for everyone. Evening meal was €20 per person but again you could eat as much as you wanted . Note that they do charge for water in the evening. The pool area is lovely with good sunbeds. Used the sky bar too with a small pool on the roof and comfortable seating. I travelled with a friend so we had a twin room which was clean and comfortable with memory foam mattresses and walk in shower which was hit and powerful. Disappointed that we didn't get a balcony as the hotel wasn't full and it would have been a nice touch by the hotel to upgrade us. They offered but wanted €60 so we refused . Bar staff were fab. Would stay again

The property has two buildings, an old building form the '70s and a brand-new building. I was given a room in an old part of the building and at the time of check or during reservation this was not clear - next time it would be nice if you can give a heads-up to guests so they can upgrade ahead of time. Even though old area of hotel was remodeled, hallway and elevator smelled of stale, wet and mold. Carpet seemed overused and stained, and the elevators ran slowly. The room had a Basic mattress and pillows. The bathroom shower tends to flood the bathroom if the showerhead was not aimed directly at the drain. Breakfast was great, so was dinner (which I had to pay additionally). The bar food and drink offerings were pretty decent as well. Staff at the bar by the pool felt always overwhelmed and busy. Service was ok, but very slow. My partner didn't manage to get coffee couple of times, as servers were ignoring him and helping other customers. I was lucky to get their attention.

Well, absolutely lovely hotel located to north of Alicante City, near great beach and promenade. You can easily reach the hotel or city via the TRAM lines 4 and 5. As for the hotel, we choose half board and got to say be it Breakfast or Dinner food quality was excellent. Only let down at breakfast, was a hot water dispenser and mugs for a cup of tea :-) The queue for coffee machine was too long. Bedroom was well mainted, but I wish the pillow selection was better and spme UK english channels on TV would help. DO NOT forget to use the pool on roof and sit and take in the views!

les oeufs sur le plat au petit déjeuner étaient froids en libre service . La plaque chauffante ne fonctionnait pas toute la semaine . la qualité du café doit être améliorée apporter plus de variétés aux fruits coupés au petits déjeuner ( mangue , pastèque , fruit de la passion , poire, pomme )
