Holiday Inn Express Amsterdam Arena Towers by IHG

Very good place to stay for concert in Ziggodome.

The hotel was lovely and the room we had was spacious enough. The shower did have mould in one corner which i did expect, but could have been removed. Wifi worked perfectly too! The staff were so lovely, very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was fine, would have been nice to have more vegetarian hot food options - meat free sausages, hash browns etc, however what they did have was plentiful. There was even an area for gluten free options. Some of the customers were rude, and i have to applaud the staff for keeping their cool and remaining professional! Thank you, had a lovely time!

The hotel itself was great and lovely staff but it wasn’t clear anywhere that the hotel parking is not included and is €37 a night!!!! So we parked somewhere else but other than that it was good

The hotel is conveniently located near to a train/metro station and was a good base for our 3-day exploration of central Netherlands. However, having been to Holiday Inn Express in Utrecht just before this stay, I could compare the two and I must notice that this hotel (or at least our room) felt a bit worn out in comparisson with Utrecht. Additionally, the bed was not comfortable at all and the pillows were to small. But we did get another pillow when we asked at the reception. So all in all, a solid 3.5/5.
