Very good place, polite staff, amazing breakfast, everything excellent!

Amazing Hotel, nice rooms, excellent staff

I travel all year for work and this is the worst hotel i have ever been too. Staff are rude and dont care! Rooms are dated and everything in room was broken including tv, balcony, door iron and safe. Told management but didnt really care Spoke to General Manager Muhammed and he was worse than his staff. Told me he would give me a discount when i go back to hotel as if i ever would. He was rude an arrogant. The changed our room 3 times in 3 days which took hours to do but he couldn't see a problem with that. Rudest General manager iv ever encountered. Pool area is nice with DJ playing but staff just dont care. Im in Marrakech every year and its amazing. Arab culture is so welcoming but this hotel is the opposite. Even every taxi we got in agreed that all they ever heard was problems with this hotel. No wander it has changed names 4 times in past 20 years. Btw is fully under construction but in there true sneaky way they dont tell you. Reception was full of people complaining and all you could hear around the pool area was people with issues with hotel. This was not unique to me. Reviews must be manufactured or fabricated. U must visit Marrakech it is amazing but if you stay at this hotel your trip will be ruined.

This is my second stay ans Im already looking forward to the next one. As always the staff have made me feel very welcome and I have greatly enjoyed my stay. The hitel runs like a dream thanks to its staff, who impressed me with their great attention to detail, cheerfullness and professionalism. I want to direct special thanks to house keeping. To dounia, chaimae, kawtare and nadira whom I have found to take great care in their job. The room was always deeply cleaned and tidy with a great attention to details. Its clear you take great pride in your work. Lastly I want to give special thanks to ichraq at reception i have rarely met as kind and gentle people as her. Always ready to help with a smile on her face. Thank you for making my stay so perfect. You are all doing a fantastic job. Thank you for everything.

The room and bed were comfortable. The breakfast was great. But I am only leaving 3 starts because they charge extra for the sauna. This is a problem as some people like to use saunas daily, not as a luxury. The pool use is included. Also, the hotel did not seem to work on common sense. They have weird rules and inconsistent communication. The receptionist told me that I dont need to bring a towel for the spa. I went to the spa and paid 250 dirhams for it. Then when I tried to leave, I got told that I cannot take the towel to my room. I only had dirty clothes. so they allowed me to walk to my room with a staff member, change into my own towel and hand the spa towel to the member of staff so they can take it back. I was told if I am half an hour late for checkout, I have to pay 50% of the cost of the next night. I think they should be more flexible. I was a tired, business traveller with long delays on my flight. I don't like the extra stress from pointless rules. Some of the staff seemed a bit hungry for tips, some were amazing and even refused tips.
