Newly opened apart hotel with 24/7 reception, sitcom and kitchen in the room, lift. There’s a locker room on the ground floor, coffee machine and water dispenser. 20 min walk from the centre or a 10 min bus ride. Definitely recommend. There’s also an old castle 15 min walk from the hotel with amazing views.

We were greeted by Ruth at the front desk and she was so welcoming, she answered all of our questions and made some great suggestions for place to eat. The room was very nice and spacious, was nice to have a table and chairs to sit at. We went up to the roof top pool and bar and enjoyed some refreshing cocktails after our busy day. Would definitely go back!

Personnel sympathique, décoration géniale mais beaucoup de souci malgré tout. Tout le budget a été mis dans la décoration (pas de chauffage dans la chambre, pas d'eau chaude dans l'évier, ascenseur en panne...)

Sehr nettes Personal, einchecken war problemlos. Alles mit Code zu erreichen, so dass man nicht an die Hotelkarte oder Schlüssel denken muss. Tolles Highlight war der Pool auf dem Dach mit schöner Bar.

Literally no idea how our stay correlates with some of the other reviews! Yes we heard music, but it was a dull noise and certainly not overheard once the tv was on and ended relatively early. Rooftop is AMAZING, great prices on food and drink and a great pool to cool off, only downside was the toilet door wouldn’t lock. Staff were very attentive and no request was too much, nice coffee from the reception coffee machine and the vending machines were a nice touch (albeit did not accept our cards) Local area is not a thriving hustle bustle hub, but more of a quiet street offering food / drink with busier amenities within a 15 minute walk. City accessible in 30 minutes by foot or quicker from the bus stop 2 mins from the hotel. Ideal stay for a city on your doorstep but some quiet daytime vibes, the castle is an added bonus, just take water if it’s a hot day.

Nice stay, easy walk to shops, food, and cathedral. Located above cafes/ bars. Would recommend contacting for parking beforehand as we weren’t aware you have to park on street if no onsite parking is available. Overall a good experience!

Das Appartmenthaus soll neu sein! Dafür war das Zimmer wirklich schon etwas „verbraucht“. Aussicht direkt auf das Nachbargebäude. Küchenblock extrem unpraktisch, da kaum Platz vor dem Spülbecken, Kühlschrank mitten im Zimmer! Toilette war eine Fehlkonstruktion, da kaum Platz zum Waschbecken. Klimaanlage ging nicht! Da gibt es noch einiges zu tun

We stayed for three days at Gomila Palma Apartments and were very satisfied with our experience. The check-in process was smooth, and we received helpful information right away. The location is central, with a bus stop nearby and plenty of restaurants, bars, and 24-hour supermarkets within walking distance. Despite being in the city center, our room was perfectly quiet. It was clean, nicely furnished, and included a small kitchen with a fridge. We also enjoyed the balcony with a table and two chairs, which had sun in the mornings — perfect for breakfast outside. The rooftop pool was a great bonus, with plenty of available sunbeds, and the rooftop bar (open from 11 to 20) was a nice spot to relax with a drink. The blackout curtains were excellent, keeping both sunlight and heat out when needed. Overall, a great stay that we would happily recommend. We will come back here next time too.

Täuscht mit „neu“ – laut, alt und unsauber Wir haben dieses Hotel gebucht, weil es angeblich neu eröffnet wurde und die Lage wirklich gut ist – zentral gelegen, mit vielen Restaurants und Bars direkt in der Nähe. Doch leider endet das Positive damit auch schon. Im ganzen Haus riecht es stark nach Essen, was vermutlich von den Lokalen im Erdgeschoss kommt. Abends und nachts ist es extrem laut – die Musik von unten läuft oft bis in die frühen Morgenstunden. Dazu kommt eine enorme Hellhörigkeit: Man hört jedes Geräusch aus dem Flur und aus den Nachbarzimmern. Auch das Zimmer war eine Enttäuschung. Das Bett war unbequem, das Badezimmer alt, die Küche ebenfalls in die Jahre gekommen – und insgesamt machte alles einen ungepflegten, leicht schmutzigen Eindruck. Von „neu“ war hier weit und breit nichts zu sehen. Der Pool wurde ebenfalls als neu beworben, wirkte aber alles andere als das. Alt, lieblos und nicht besonders sauber – definitiv kein Ort, an dem man sich aufhalten möchte. Fazit: Die Lage ist gut, aber das allein reicht nicht aus. Das Hotel hält keines seiner Versprechen, ist laut, alt und unsauber. Wir würden definitiv nicht noch einmal buchen.

In the recent refurbishment they have missed a few bits out. Some suggestions: hooks on doors, a table in the bathroom or flat surface. Ventilation; our neighbours kept cooking fish, which made our apartment stink, had to sleep with windows open on a really busy party street. The bathroom door didn’t close properly. Average overall. Pool was nice, staff were lovely. Refreshments weren’t topped up and no cleaner came.

Nous étions juste à côté de la porte d'entrée qui fait un fort bruit métallique aussi bien à l'ouverture qu'à la fermeture ce qui a fortement réduit la durée de nos nuits. De plus, nous étions envahi par les fournis et bien que signalé dès le premier jour, rien n'a été fait pour remédier au problème. La piscine sur le toit est assez petite mais il n'y avait pas beaucoup de monde le matin et il y a de nombreux transats pour profiter du soleil. Les environs de l'hôtel sont assez diversifiés en boutiques/restaurants. Un parking gratuit est à proximité, attention, il est fermé entre 22h00 et 7h00. Sinon l'accueil propose un parking à 20€ la nuit. Le logement est situé à seulement 20min en voiture de l'aéroport.

We only stayed for one night before an early flight home, but this was the perfect hotel. The rooms were lovely and spacious, and it was obvious they’d been recently refurbished. Some of our party checked out the pool and said it was great. All the staff members we encountered were friendly and helpful. My only negatives, and they’re not the end of the world - during checkin it seemed excessive to want passports and details of all guests - other properties usually just want it for the lead guest. Whilst the location is good it was quite loud during the night due to the neighbouring bars.

We stayed in an XL balcony room which was nice. The layout is strange with the wardrobe next to the kitchen so you can’t cook without the smells getting into your clothes. The bed is comfortable, however you only get one pillow and the sheets and duvet don’t stay together which is annoying. The hotel has been recently refreshed, however you can see where they have just painted over cracked plaster and the bathroom is awful. Horrible old tiles and an open shower which just floods the bathroom every time. The staff are brilliant! Ruth was amazing when we checked in, super friendly and helpful. All hotel staff should be like Ruth. The hotel is in a touristy area and it is noisy. But you can see on the map that there is bars and restaurants so this shouldn’t come as a surprise - I didn’t mind except on Sunday morning at 05:00 when one of the bars closed and people were just screaming in the street. Not the hotels fault at all, but something to be aware of. For the price, I probably would stay again.
We stayed in an XL balcony room which was nice. The layout is strange with the wardrobe next to the kitchen so you can’t cook without the smells getting into your clothes. The bed is comfortable, however you only get one pillow and the sheets and duvet don’t stay together which is annoying. The hotel has been recently refreshed, however you can see where they have just painted over cracked plaster and the bathroom is awful. Horrible old tiles and an open shower which just floods the bathroom every time. The staff are brilliant! Ruth was amazing when we checked in, super friendly and helpful. All hotel staff should be like Ruth. The hotel is in a touristy area and it is noisy. But you can see on the map that there is bars and restaurants so this shouldn’t come as a surprise - I didn’t mind except on Sunday morning at 05:00 when one of the bars closed and people were just screaming in the street. Not the hotels fault at all, but something to be aware of. For the price, I probably would stay again.

Ruth nous a accueilli et c'est un vrai plaisir. Vraiment très adorable. L'hôtel est beau et la chambre comme il faut. Un peu excentré mais en hors saison on n'avait pas de bruit la nuit SAUF les voisines qui devaient être la pour faire la fête et faisait du bruit la nuit. Mais elles ont eu un rappel à l'ordre et c'était un peu mieux.

We were greeted by Ruth at the front desk and she was so welcoming, she answered all of our questions and made some great suggestions for place to eat. The room was very nice and spacious, was nice to have a table and chairs to sit at. We went up to the roof top pool and bar and enjoyed some refreshing cocktails after our busy day. Would definitely go back!

Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff were super kind and always at your service with any questions! They allowed me to continue enjoying the pool after check out which was super helpful considering i had a late flight with time to kill. Literally no idea how our stay correlates with some of the other reviews! Yes we heard music, but it was a dull noise and certainly not overheard once the tv was on and ended relatively early. Rooftop is AMAZING, great prices on food and drink and a great pool to cool off, only downside was the toilet door wouldn’t lock. Staff were very attentive and no request was too much, nice coffee from the reception coffee machine and the vending machines were a nice touch (albeit did not accept our cards) Local area is not a thriving hustle bustle hub, but more of a quiet street offering food / drink with busier amenities within a 15 minute walk. City accessible in 30 minutes by foot or quicker from the bus stop 2 mins from the hotel. We only stayed for one night before an early flight home, but this was the perfect hotel. The rooms were lovely and spacious, and it was obvious they’d been recently refurbished. Some of our party checked out the pool and said it was great. All the staff members we encountered were friendly and helpful. My only negatives, and they’re not the end of the world - during checkin it seemed excessive to want passports and details of all guests - other properties usually just want it for the lead guest. Whilst the location is good it was quite loud during the night due to the neighbouring bars.

Excellent staff made me feel safe and comfortable. Rooms are good sized and wonderful XL balcony. Location can’t be beat. Walkable to Old town and beautiful strolls along the promenade. Groceries walkable as well as many little shops. Pool area nice. Only suggestion would be to make rooms more sound proof from hall.
