Parking was easy with a security guard on duty. Room wa nice inside and the staff was awesome

Check in.. had to wait for cable boxes on both sides of room. The floors felt awful. Went on bought our own Swiffer wet and dry sweeper. . The next night had to be up late again waiting on towels because none were available. The next night didn't even get towel or trash picked up. Had to wait until next morning to go ask for towels again Saw a broom and dust pan. Swept our room on my own. Finally see someone to get towels. Said you have to have towels to trade in. I told him we turned them in to the office. Got towels and 2 trash bags. . I work hard for my money and didn't appreciate the way our stay turned out to be. When yobe able to come back and clean up. Get germs off. ur out all day would like to

everything checked out 30 minutes after checking in dirty disgusting and full of bugs
