The ice machine was not working.My fridge wasnt clean it had old food in it.

The room was clean and comfortable. Parking was good. Staff was polite- we were very happy with the recommendation we received for dinner in a nearby restaurant ( food was delicious and reasonably priced). Breakfast was meh .

Take more than 30 minutes to find the place. The parking is very dark. The room has all kinds of flies and cockroaches. We had to leave the lights on the whole night, so the bugs might not crawl out. We also heard noise from upstairs all night long. In the morning, we had to ask the front desk to set up for breakfast.

Incredible stay. Clean. Bug Free. Easy and Safe Parking. I can’t stress how easy, clean and perfect my stay was. From the quick check in to the modern room without any mold smell or bugs, these days this is a huge deal.

Tommy smelled of smoke, moved , 2nd room was musty, 3rd room was ok but found someone’s dirty sock. Gym was dismal, treadmill, bike and exercise ball, that’s it. Breakfast was no existent, some bread, no juice machine, coffee and 2 half empty cereals. Some “hard boiled “ eggs that were literally raw, disgusting! Hallways smelled musty and carpet was in poor condition. Towels were well worn and only 3 were given. 1 tiny bottle of each shampoo & conditioner for 4 adults. Internet and tv weren’t working most of the night due to wind. Everything falling off the walls in the shower, afraid to touch it that it would break. Absolutely worst hotel we’ve ever stayed in. Women who checked us in tried to be helpful, man there in the morning was completely useless and rude.

This was a last minute booking when my planed reservation at another hotel fell through. The guy at the desk was good, and the A/C worked really well, but the property need good cleaning, the glass around the rear door had been broken in multiple places, and the hall ways smelled heavily of weed.

1. (Check in went smooth) 2. (Nice and patient staff.) 3. No Towels in the room. THANKFULLY WE HAD OUR OWN AND WALMART IS 5 minutes away 4. No Microwave although listed we should have one. 5. Mold on the shower curtain and ceiling Broken towel rack hangin off the wall. 6. The key cards to the door had to be reset everytime we left our room. Huge inconvenience 7. The back door where you park did not work with the key card. Someone always had a rock in the door. Major safety concern. 8. Broken ice machine that leaked all over the hallway floor 9. Room had strange odor 10. No breakfast although listed. 11. Curtains to the window stained and had a strong odor 12. (Shower water Nice and Hot) very dim lighting In The bathroom 13. Trash always over flowing in the hallway and vending area. 14. (Quiet hotel during the evening overall) 15. Thankfully we were on the first floor because the only elevator in the hotel was Out Of Order. I DON’T OFTEN GIVE NEGATIVE REVIEWS. I CREATE CONTENT AND THIS WAS THE MOST DEPLORABLE PLACE I HAVE EVER SEEN AND SLEPT. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Upon arrival entering the room smelled of mildew, noticed the fitted sheet on the bed had multiple tears in it. Both back doors, where the majority of the parking is located or non-operational. Breakfast is a joke. Staff is unfriendly and seems like they don’t even wanna be there. Room was lacking, simple amenities, i.e. wastebasket, and when asked for a waste basket front desk, staff seemed inconvenienced.

The parking is in the back, however the door would not work so you had to walk to the front each time. Our first room was dirty, AC wasn’t working nor the mini fridge. The pull out couch would not pull out and had a sunken spot in the seat. The second room was cleaner however, the floors looked like they were not vacuumed.

First room they checked us into, had used soap on the sink, dirty bedding, and filthy floors. The trashcan appeared to have had vomit in it. The smell of smoke was nauseating. We requested another room. Again, floors were filthy. There were dried up dead roaches on the floor. The bedding didn’t appear to have been changed, as well. A/c did not work. At this point, i told Them i wanted a full refund. They told me i had to request it through Expedia. Expedia was not able to get in touch with the property manager after 3 days of trying and eventually informed me that i would NOT get my refund. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! It’s disgusting! And they are thieves.

Not relaxing- overall cleanliness is horrible May be the hotel could not afford to pay good cleaners. Toilet seat shifts- headboards have oily like stains all over- The bathroom corners dirty & rusty- and that was the second room we had - the first room we had the toilet didn’t flush- such a nightmare-glad we only needed couple of hours sleep to catch a flight. Couldn’t even take a shower because I was not sure what else could go wrong.

It was absolutely atrocious. We had 2 rooms, both were dirty, crumbs in the bed, stuff on the walls, sheets had stains and smelled, hair on all of the pillows. We asked for a refund and the owner refused, we left and went to another hotel.

Good deal for the price! The manager was very pleasant and the staff was great. The first floor smelt like marijuana and cigarettes… the AC worked but made a weird noise. I’d say overall it was good. Had to ask for a new sheet immediately because I always check the mattresses and bedding beforehand and it was dirty… but everyone was accommodating and nice. Room wasn’t terribly dirty but definitely dirty. They need to deep clean it.

Staff was great. I was very disappointed with my room. It was not clean, and there were crumbs on the floor and dust on the furniture. The bathroom also did not look well-kept. To make things worse, the TV in the room did not work at all. Overall, my experience was not good, and I would not recommend this hotel unless they improve their cleanliness and fix their TV issues.

The hotel needs to be renovated the hallways stink and so does the rooms 1st floor rooms are spacious but noisy as hell throughout the day the carpets and couches are filthy throughout the hall there’s water coming through the floors for weeks glass has been sitting in the parking area no one cleans outside . They claim to have breakfast they literally only have sausage patties sitting on a plate in the cooker the waffle machine is always unplugged they have a few packs of oatmeal and some stale pasties don’t offer something you don’t provide staff is ok

This particular lodge was tolerable at best. My room was clean and comfortable. However, I had to request a wastepaper basket because there was none in my room. Also, the ironing board was broken. Luckily, room service replaced it upon my request.

So, obviously not the highest end place. For for a mid 60’s a night fee, I had a decent bed, relatively clean place, and the girl at check-in was friendly. You don’t stay in lower end hotels and expect a 5* stay. It was exactly what I paid for and I was satisfied.

It had the softest and most comfortable beds

I would rate my stay here below average because my room felt "wet or moist". Also the refrigerator door would not stay closed and the internet was very week.

The hotel was convenient, we got a really good price, the room smelled musty. We got in late and left by 9am ish.

I like this hotel because the doors are inside instead of outside. Also what they could have did better was have better Internet service but overall it’s a nice hotel.

This was the worst place I have ever stayed. Upon arrival sheets were dirty and no covers on any bed. Took over 20 minutes to get new sheets. My wife left room to go down hall and propped the door open. The desk staff gentlemen just popped in the room without knocking. He turned and left before I could say anything to him. We did not get fresh towels and went to front desk to get new ones and it took over an hour to find any staff in the whole building. The breakfast was not when even worth the time. You get as better meal at Krystals. I will never start here again and will warn everyone else not to stay.

. They have failed to refund my 50 dollar deposit from 8/8/25 when I checked out .

Horrible Experience. Me and my family have changed 3 rooms during our 2 days stay due to several issues. Rm 209 door latch was broken, Rm 206 clogged toilet, Rm 205 had no fridge and the smoke alarm was buzzing continuously. No maintenance team on the property to resolve any of these issues. There was hardly anything for breakfast, only cereal and milk. Dining floor was very unclean. Front Desk very hostile and couldn't provide any assistance.

Staff always look out for me and my best interest

Checked in and the key cards had trouble initially opening the room door. Went out to my car to get the rest of my belongings and upon return the keys did not work. Went to the front desk and the clerk "re-programmed" them. Still wouldn't open the room door. The clerk then attempted to open the door and no luck. Most of my belongings were in the room (including medical necessities). She moved me to another room. Upon entering it was either not cleaned after the prior occupants or currently occupied (thank goodness no one was in the room when I opened the door!). Returned to the front desk and now a third room was assigned. The clerk did not have the master key to the first room so I had to wait in the third room for approximately one hour before having access to my belongings. All of this was the check-in/first day! (Three night stay). i kid you not - the keys for the third room timed out every single day1 i'd leave and upon return, i had to go to the front desk to have them re-programmed. Please remember they give you TWO keys - both timed out every single time. I swear I thought I was secretly being filmed for Candid Camera. The hotel itself is aged and mediocre at best even if the keys worked. It's affordable but still not worth the price. I would not return under any circumstance - I rather sleep in my car.

The first night I reserved a room was for 10/10 when I got to the room they had no more rooms that were clean. I made the reservation while on the road and was confirmed by your service. At 2:30 am I had to locate another place. Decided to try after a couple days . Checked in with no hassle. Breakfast was just okay. Overall it served its purpose as a crash pad.

The state was very pleasant quiet a lot of shopping centers around. The staff was very nice and took care of issues quickly.

Excellent location and price. Still under their opening, a few thing’s weren’t ready, but they were minor… i.e. Ice Machine.

Yes I didn't receive towels again after the housekeepers took them and when I was looking for breakfast between 6-9 it wasn't any

All was OK. Àdd said full breakfast which was a little misleading i would say it was better than continental but not as good as a true full breakfast with scrambled eggs, bagels, butter for toast. Etc. It did have boiled eggs. Yogurt sausage(i don't eat that) bread no butter or PB. Waffles. Oatmeal or grit packages. Juice. So was ok. Rooms were clean. Bed was comfortable. Shower had great pressure. Ok stay.

Dear I want to thank you for the hospitality during my stay at your hotel. Overall, the experience was positive. However, I would like to share some feedback regarding breakfast. I noticed that during breakfast service, there wasn’t even basic items like butter available, and there were very few options overall. Additionally, the breakfast area was quite disorganized, which affected the experience. I hope you can take this feedback into account to improve in the future, as the rest of the stay was very good. Dumpster overfilled, housekeeping sucks. Breakfast limited.

Breakfast was always half way put together and never ready by posted time,I filled my trash can in the room in 3 days so they just removed the can from room instead of changing the bag. Second day in the room all bath towels were removed including the clean towels. The bed had no comforter just a thin bed sheet. Horrible stay.

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay. Upon checking into my room, I discovered a roach infestation, which is completely unacceptable. Additionally, the continental breakfast that was advertised was not provided, which added to the inconvenience. To make matters worse, I had to switch rooms due to these issues, and I experienced difficulty gaining access to my new room, causing further frustration. I hope you take these concerns seriously and address them appropriately. I would appreciate a response and some form of compensation for the inconvenience.
