Good quality hotel, unfortunately located in an unattractive area and only accessible on foot. Although the room did not have a window the view may not have been worth it. The rooftop bar and dining did provide some welcome relief as well as the clean air conditioned cafe near reception.

Inside the hotel all is good. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The approach to the hotel is not good. Taxi cannot go to the doorstep. So as we had a lot of luggage, we almost wanted to cancel our reservation because of the approach. We had to get down at least 30 meters before the hotel and then drag our bags. Luckily it was not raining else don't know what would have we done.

The area is a big congested but staff were helpful and room was clean. Mohammed, Subham and Harshad were helpful in carrying plenty of luggages to car. Dadan was at reception and very helpful Overall stay was pleasant hotel wise

Please be aware that the description of this hotel does not match reality. We book a presidential room and they tried to give us a smaller room. When we moved the ‘city view’ was a frosted window overlooking an alley. The bath was missing a panel and the rug was dirty. To balance, the staff were very helpful and friendly.
