Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Warren by IHG

Stayed in a king suite. AC functioned well in both rooms. Room is spacious and having a separate sitting area

Checked in- charge $150 deductible on a $100 room that you don’t get back for 3-5 business days. Was sitting in lobby, away from rooms and was told that quiet hours started at 9. We were just looking for a place to hang out with other family and friends. Went back to room and the entire hallway was loud until at least midnight from other guests.

Front desk staff were very courteous and helpful. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We will mark this hotel as a favorite and staff when we come into town for concerts. A 20 min drive to the event.

The room was clean but the shower pressure was really crappy and the walls are paper thin as I could hear every little noise, no curtains I could draw closed to block out the light, price was good though.....it's give and take I suppose
