Clean room and pool area was great. Myself and my daughter really enjoy Saturday when we checked in. Pool and pool area was clean had fresh towels when we were done. Rested well. Woke up Sunday and was ready to enjoy the pool again but was disappointed by a very mean lady. She told us the pool was closed for cleaning. The pool was closed Saturday night at 10 pm. Here it is 9 am Sunday and the pool is closed and my daughter is crying her eyes out. The look on the lady face was unbelievable. I ask for the manager and she said I am with so much attitude that I felt defeated. Now here it is approaching almost two weeks and still no refund from my deposit. I will not be returning to that place because of management. Sincerely; Upset Parent.

Check in was delayed by an hour. With no offer of compensation. Im tired of corporations acting like the customers are not important. Trying to squeeze every dollar for their shareholders. This isnt the forst time ive been dissatisfied with the hospitality industries. Its going down fast.

My booking was wrongly put together through Expedia. Got a room for handicaps which I never asked for. Although the hotel was not fully booked they would not change the room, although I had booked for a standard room. At one point while speaking to Expedia on a phone conversation I was letting expedia Expedia know about the bad service, the staff at the hotel started screaming at me for mentioning that this was the worst hotel I had come to. I will never recommend booking anything through Expedia or use Holiday Inna as a place to stay at. These site are scams as far as I am concerned . This is my second Incedent with Expedia.
