The hotel room and property were just like all the other Elements I stayed. Clean and comfortable with friendly staff. No issues there. I choose Element when possible for breakfast (most others are horrible). This one in particular is the absolute worst. The “cook” was late opening both days I was there. Breakfast consisted of a self-serve plate of bacon and a plate of microwaved mini scrambled egg muffins. If you’re on a schedule, forget this place, save yourself the stress and disappointment.

Room was very clean and quiet. Everything worked perfectly. We used the pull-out couch bed for the kids which was stain free and clean and had all the bedding needed included in the bag. We requested an extra blanket for the couch bed and staff brought up two which was great. Zero complaints. We have had bad experiences lately with some hotels but this one reminded us that there are nice places still. 10/10
