There is only 1 washing machine in the complex and usage hours are limited from 4:30-7:30

The location was wonderful, but no ocean views. The only real issue was parking is a bit tight, but that seems to be the case for most of Maui. A large SUV or truck would have been problematic.

Nice No pool and access to the beach not to safe

The property was clean and well kept. Love the plants between the buildings. The parking spaces are very tight and we were driving a small car. Area is very close to the beach.

Great location and service. Our Standard room was small yet clean. The fitness center is highly substandard (and very small).

Nice hotel with access to the beach. The only problem we had during the 4 days we spent there was that the ice machine wasn’t worker. We had to go to the front desk to get ice. When went before sunset, there was not much ice left. Besides that, nice staff and great location.

The place was dated, very clean. The front counter lady in the AM was not very nice. Paid a lot for an upgrade great view. No pool and difficult beach access for some.

No outside shower but grounds was very well kept.

You get what you pay for, and for what we paid it was good. Clean rooms, good service. No pool. Does have a decent beach, though the swimming (non-rocky part) is very small/crowded, shared with hotel next door. No amenities, but the hotel next door has a convenience store for food/snacks/drinks. If you don't plan on spending time in your resort, this is a good option.

The stay was fine and clean. It was just annoying trying to use the washing machines at 10 PM when they are all constantly being used by house keeping. It was interesting seeing Ed from the front desk getting into hostile verbal argument with kids at the beach about fishing. I seriously thought Ed

Clean and cozy room with a comfortable bed.. The best was the amazing sunset on the beach, which was just a few steps away from our room.

Front desk staff are fantastic. Very helpful and easy to deal with. Place is well maintained and looks beautiful. Rooms are spotless. Would definitely come back and stay here.

We enjoyed our stay hotel and staff was nice. Although it is on their site not excepting debit cards took us by surprise. I think that is something that customers should be reminded of or have that info in bold. Room was clean first time in a long time I haven't seen hair that belongs to someone else in the room. The room including bathroom is small but it's nice , clean and comfortable.

Gardens are beautiful. My last room rented had other woman’s long black hair left behind.

Amazing place. We travel a lot and this might be the cleanest room we’ve ever had. Super friendly, free light breakfast, private beach and close to a great market.

Have stayed many times and love the property and beach access. I did step on and kill a roach in my room . But they don’t freak me out and know Maui has many and hard to control.

Nicest Days Inn that I've ever stayed at. Clean rooms, great location right on the beach, and free parking. We really enjoyed our stay.

Rooms are small and mostly offer queen beds. There is a microwave, TV, and fridge. The bathroom is small, round sink, stall shower with a curtain. They give out little plastic shower caps. This hotel is within walking distance to the touristy strip malls. Out back is a nice beach. Parking lot is a tight fit. WI FI WAS A CONSTANT BATTLE.

Bathrooms were tight space. Can hear through thin walls if next door is noisy. Excellent location to beach. However, would not stay again.

Good place to stay if you don't plan on spending any time in the rooms. No place to store clothes. Have to live out of baggage. Very noisy air. Lumpy bed. Staff was really nice though.

Could hear foot traffic above us. Could hear conversations of adjoining room. Access to beach was excellent. Room attendants did excellent job.

check in was great, let us in the room early. the location is really good, you don't have to walk across the street to get to the beach, like most places in Kehei. nice beach, good snorkeling from there.. but the room is Tiny.. and the bed was smaller than we thought. smallest bathroom i have ever seen, you almost hit your head on the sink when you sit on the toilet.

Internet was very slow, rooms very small with very little sitting areas. Staff was wonderful, location fantastic.

Front desk staff great, welcoming and accommodating. Loved the beach that the property sits on, it’s a gem. The rooms are clean, updated and the breakfast was great.

The staff was friendly and always treated us with intentionally and made us feel “at home.” Aliyah at the front desk went out of her way to take care of us. She took care f any concern we may of had and was very proactive in making sure our needs were met. We would highly recommend Days Inn Maui for value and service.

Great customer service. Steps away from the beach. Rooms have coffee maker, tea, coffee, soap, shampoo and conditioner. Also available to use, beach towels and beach chairs. Complimentary waters. Rooms are up to date and clean. Would recommend to all. Rooms are on the smaller side but very comfy and clean.

The woman who checked us in was so friendly and made us feel at home.

Wow! What a beautiful stay in Maui. The staff at Days Inn went above and beyond to make sure our stay in Maui went smoothly. They welcomed us with open arms and gave us great recommendations to eat and visit! Priscilla at the front desk had the best vibes and gave us the best recommendations! She took the time to make us feel welcomed and comfortable! Wow! 10/5 rating for this place! Best location around everywhere you need to go! So close to big beach, shops at Wailea and Da Kitchen!

Location, location, location! If you want to take a sunrise walk on the beach, an afternoon walk on the beach, and a sunset walk on the beach, then this is the perfect place. The beach is less than a minute away. Yes, the rooms are small, but I'm sure most of your time will be spent out and about. The grounds are covered in beautiful flowers and the staff are friendly.

Amazing budget option at one of Maui’s best beaches!

Simultaneously the most expensive Days Inn in the world, and the cheapest hotel on Maui. What's not to like! Seriously though, it's pricey for a motel, but cheap by comparison to everything else. And assuming you spend your time out and about during the day it's certainly all most people would need. Modern, clean, friendly, welcoming and a 30 second walk from a lovely beach. Can't fault it.

Convenient location that is affordable. It’s literally by the beach. Just walk to the end of the property and you have access to the beach. Rooms were small but ample since we were out most times. Staffs were friendly and helpful.

Good hotel and amenities , right on the beach right between Kihei and wailea

Location, location, location! This hotel is what you'd expect from a typical Days Inn but the location is an excellent deal for the price. Our room was literally a 30 second walk away from the beach which was so convenient. The sink in the bathroom didn't drain but other than that we had a great stay.

I loved the design of this Days Inn! There are 5 two story buildings that lead to the beautiful beach behind the hotel. The sidewalk that meanders between the buildings to the beach is surrounded by gorgeous plants and trees in the landscaping. The beach is very “walkable” and appeals to all ages.

The rooms are cozy and comfortable, small but just right for a couple. We enjoyed the property's accessibility to the beach and the beautiful location. It was nice to have a free continental breakfast offered and we enjoyed the very friendly staff. We will stay there again when on Maui.

The location is fantastic - right on the beach. Kihei is a lovely town- very walkable with beautiful parks and lots of great restaurants without feeling touristy. The staff at the hotel are very, very nice and our room was spotless. The rooms aren’t big, but we were out all day everyday so it was fine for us.

We originally were staying in another area on Maui in a condo but the condo canceled on us 48 hr before we were supposed to get there. So we picked this place last minute and was so glad we did! It is RIGHT on the perfect beach. Sea turtles swim and eat the sea grass right there every morning, and with some rocky areas near you can snorkel and see the fishies right there. Then a few feet down the beach it’s perfectly soft sand. Rent a boogie board and your husband or kids can have hours of entertainment riding the waves! The rooms are just right for what you need, as you’re not in them often anyway. They do have a fridge and microwave, which is so nice. The water pressure in the shower isn’t very strong, but it gets the job done. That would be my only complaint. The staff is very nice and they clean the room daily. Big bonus is complimentary banana bread, muffins, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, fruit, coffee and bottled of water every morning to take with you on your morning excursions. Restaurants and shopping are up or down the Main Street, not really near there, so you need a car to go anywhere, but you really need a car anyway to explore the island. Parking there is very convenient. You can rent Beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, snorkel gear and a cooler from several places in Kehei, which I recommend. The sunset views on the beach in front of the hotel are spectacular! We will definitely stay here again! We were here for almost 2 weeks and it was perfect in every way.

I have a beautiful clean room with 2 lovely Tommy Bahama beach chairs, which I own at home, they make trips the beach so much easier. When I got there I found the front desk person extra kind and sweet but when I returned to the front desk to tell him my keys didn’t work, the kind and sweet went away. As my weekend went on I felt like this specific man was looking at me oddly with a upset or angry face as I’d pass by him and when I finished checking out I think I over heard them cracking a joke about me to a coworker. I could be paranoid but traveling alone, I need to be extra aware of how people act towards me and around me. I decline my room being cleaned when I stay at hotels as I like privacy, however on the second day with a very used beach towel I asked the maid who had a full bag of towels, including beach towels (they had a special fabric edge), and was cleaning next door, if I could exchange for a clean one was told I had to go ask the front desk. I didn’t as l got distracted, felt a little uncomfortable and just laid the towel out to dry over night. Lastly the breakfast was underwhelming, even if it was a continental breakfast. Soda, water, cans of juice, yogurt, with a few granola bars, instant oatmeal and only 2 kinds of random cereal. I expected something just a little more substantial, and it better quality. It looked like an after thought. Also weirdly the laundry room is only available to guests after 430pm because it’s used by housekeeping

Great location and good price. Not a resort, which is a huge plus. Staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the light breakfast outside each morning as all the birds were waking up.

The facility was clean, on the beach and with friendly staff. The description was inaccurate. There was no restaurant nearby, and it was more than 30 miles to Lahaina. It cost us $100 for a taxi to take us there. The continental breakfast was limited to 2 items.

We stayed here for one night. We checked in late and left early, so we didn’t have time to explore all the amenities. One positive aspect was the on-site laundromat, which was really convenient for doing our laundry. The breakfast offered was quite basic, so if you’re picky about your options, it may be a bit difficult to find something you like. On the plus side, the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean, but it was quite small—there was barely enough space for our carry-on luggage, even for two people.

Great hotel, great location. Beach access is easy, facility is nice. Staff were friendly. I was surprised at the breakfast options - was not expecting much, but between fruit, yogurt, pastries, it was wondeful. Room was fine, nothing overly luxurious...but beach access is unbeatable, especially for the price.

Grab and go breakfast could have a variety maybe even some protein. Make sure fruit basket always has fruit in the morning.
