Wonderful property, great breakfast, my only two complaints is hard to get to and the outdoor pool and sitting area could be cleaned up and the broken umbrellas could be fixed so they could be used!

Amazing staff. Indoor pool, hot tub, and sauna is a hit with the entire family. Always recognized as VIP and I always use the perks.

Great price for a great stay in Dallas! This hotel has been upgraded and has a brand new look with lots of amenities: Heated Pool, Hot Tub, Board Games, Foosball, Air Hockey, Giant Chess, Gym, etc. The breakfast buffet has a great variety of options and their custom omelette service was wonderful! It is a 15-20 min drive to downtown Dallas but the free aiport shuttle was convenient. Highly recommend!

The hotels.com website had this listed as a 4 star hotel, but it is not. The air conditioning did not seem to be working throughout the hotel. It was very muggy and warm in our room. I think the worst part of our experience was the fact that when we went down to the pool there was a very large human turd/poop/excrement floating in it. My husband alerted the front desk staff. They sent someone to remove the poop, but they never closed down the pool for cleaning/shocking. So when we saw other people swimming in the pool an hour later we were shocked. I would not recommend this place and we won’t be staying there again.

The design was unique,the staff were very nice, the only complaint was the hot tub jets were not all working and it was more of bathtub than a hot tub, no bubbles so i was very disappointed because that was one selling point for me booking this hotel

We stayed here last year, and despite work being done on the property, we enjoyed it and decided to stay again while passing through the area. Very unusual layout, but quiet, lots of gathering or lounging spaces if you need that. Comfortable bed and amenities. Lots of options in the free breakfast. Wish we had time for the indoor or outdoor pools, they looked very nice. Close to airport and lots of shopping or eating options.

When I’m in Irving this is the hotel for me, they have a bar and a restaurant. Speedy check-in process. I have been here 4x in the last 3 months. It’s just a good place to relax and the price is fair. I try something new every time I stay. This last time was the pool. My next stay I will use the gym.

Inside pool with spa and jacuzzi and with play areas for kids. A variety of sitting areas thru out the hotel.

Property is grand and has lots of space. Room was immaculate and we loved the pool, hot tub, and sauna. Will stay here again!

The hotel was beautiful lots of wonderful amenities for the price. The bar, restaurant and room service reasonably priced. Eden at the front desk was amazing.

Found couole big roaches in the hallway, the shower curtain too short the water all over. No air in ny room no window , the extractor in the bathrrom too laud. And my tv was no internert router never check and the cleaning never didn't reffill the bath hygiene i have to ask to the front desk

I’m very particular when it comes to hotels, but I must say this was one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The lobby area is gorgeous, the staff were all very friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was good with many options. My family and I felt very safe and secure. If I were to visit Dallas again, this is where I will be staying.

Close to the airport - very clean

The hotel is nice, but the bed sheets had a lot of hair, after complaining we were given another room, which the sink was clogged. We were very tired from driving long hours and just didn’t say anything, we just washed our hands on the shower faucet. As I said the property is nice I loved it.

The hotel was the best Wyndham hotel I've ever seen. This hotel has a beautiful lobby and the room was great. Many food options in the hotel and the staff was great. There were a few gnats around the bar area but other than that I was shockingly surprised by this hotel. I'm not used to seeing nice Wyndham hotels, most facilities are cheap budget looking hotels but this location is definitely a flagship location. Will definitely stay again.

The place is gorgeous, clean, etc--but the room we stayed in had such a terrible smell of moldy or wet or animal--it was horrible--but so late at night we just dealt with it--that ruined the stay honestly.

The bathroom wasnt very clean and the sinks were clogged, both the shower and the sink.

The lobby is beautiful which makes it misleading for the state of the rooms. The pillows STINK. They smell of body oil and sweat. Our room had an odder we could not pin point. I thought it was the ac but my daughter thought it was the bedding. The room was clean but outdated. The bathroom floors were very dirty. There were crumbs of dried up chocolate cake or brownies all over. We didn't walk around the room without socks. Would not stay here again.

Most comfortable hotel bed I’ve ever had. Great vibes, friendly staff.

Our overall stay was good. Having said that, we were given an inside room that overlooked the lobby. There was music being played at all hours & if anyone was having a conversation in the lobby, it along with the music could easily be heard within the room.

The room had windows onto the lobby area. This wouldn’t have been terrible except that the lobby has no kind of sound-dampening and there was a LOT of noise. Apparently there were some flight cancellations and the hotel was pretty full, so maybe the lobby isn’t usually that loud, but it was awful. I didn’t realize until I’d already lain down to sleep or I’d have requested another room.

The bed was very comfortable. I slept like a baby. The hotel is beautiful. The only thing that was missing was some kind of meat with the breakfast (bacon or sausage).

Just felt like someone put new finishes on a really old hotel. Van driver played music very loudly in van. Room Windows face very bright lighted lobby and noise. Decor looks like something out of a 70’s movie (shiny brass and royal blue velvet furniture) Breakfast buffet okay and the only meat on the buffet is fried chicken strips (weird) Sign in lobby says it’s independently owned and operated. I’m surprised Wyndham has their name on it.

The room was newly renovated and comfortable. The internet and TV was intermittent which was frustrating.

Our room was not bad, but we couldn't open the curtains our whole stay because the windows did look inside the hotel???

Great for a quick overnight. Clean and comfortable. WiFi didn’t work and shuttle made a lot of stops.

Our room was very noisy. It had a high pitched whine all night. Not sure where it was coming from.

When I tried to check out at 4 am, I did not find anyone at the front desk. I was told the night before someone would be there. I ended up giving the card to the security person I also asked the front desk to wake me up at 3:30 am. He did not

This was a great hotel. I can’t say enough about the staff. They were very friendly, courteous and accommodating. The room was excellent and the breakfast buffet was great. Highly recommended and will absolutely stay again on my next trip to Dallas!

check in took a while, there was a long line and they were not moving through people in a timely manner. staff members need to take the phone calls off to the side rather than right up front

The hotel is fairly easy to get to and seemed like it was taken care of. The staff at the desk are lacking training and fell short of having any type of hospitality training. . .short answers, no eye-contact and they didn't seem interested in our business. Maybe they both could work for Walmart. . .would be a good fit for them. The room was good overall, the shower is outstanding (sounds weird, but its excellent). Price is good and facilty is good but the staff missed the mark.

I did not receive the 6:00 am wake upmcall that i requested. Further, when inarrived at the front desk at 7:30 the airport shuttle was just pulling away. I asked if she could ask the driver to wait 30 seconds. Instead i was met with shoulder shruggung indifferencen and told another would be leaving in 30 minutes. I ended up having to rebook my flight. The complete indifference to my situation was shocking. I wont stay at this property again!

Comfortable room. Very good breakfast. Helpful staff. Hotel shuttle to airport was very convenient.

Property looks good. However, checkin was very disorganized. 3 front desk people and only one working. Could hear multiple people phoning and asking where the shuttle bus was. We watched someone give a driver keys and for him to head out. We took an Uber because of the incompetence.

Brian, at check out on Wednesday, April 30 at 5:10 am, is phenomenal! He provided an immediate above and beyond solution to a worrisome situation. Thanks to Brian we will definitely be back!

Very close to the Airport..

The property was very clean, staff were courteous and helpful. I liked the proximity to airport and the shuttle.

Really liked the clean hotel and food was great. Parking was a bit harder trying to find places close to the hotel without having to park far down and walk so much

Great property, very comfortable, super close to the airport. No dining or things to do in the area, however that’s to be expected

This hotel was walking distance to Walmart and a few other stores and restaurants. I came in town for the Eagles game and enjoyed every moment here. I will return to this hotel when I’m in Dallas again.

It is a huge hotel which is about 5 minutes away from the airport. It has a shuttle bus

The location was right next to the highway. Super easy for us to get around. Theres alot of food options available whether you want a sit down meal or fast food. Parking was plentiful. It was pretty easy to get to and 5 -10m from the airport depending on traffic. They also offer free shuttle service from and to the airport. The hotel grounds were kept up , very clean and fairly new. The lobby was beautiful. The staff was helpful check in was simple fast and easy. My room we had the most basic room with 2 beds, Designed nicely, clean. We had a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee, water in the room, all was needed. The tv was a smart tv plenty options. Bathroom was very clean, water pressure was great and the temperature was as hot or cold as you wanted it. Ice machines were always readily available and full. Breakfast, was a pleasant surprise. First the location was fit for a fancy party or wedding. It was very nice, everyone shared the semi shock as they walked in and saw it for the first time. It was free and breakfast was plentiful. They had made to order omelets and breakfast meat. They also had hot/cold cereals, waffle maker, breads, cakes, potatoes, chicken, fruit, yogurt, it was a really nice spread and the food was good, couldn’t complain at all! The pool, there are 2 pools inside and outside, we used the indoor pool and it was kept up, staff was coming in daily cleaning and checking it. There was a smart tv in the pool, my kids loved it!

Convenient highway access for travelers in the metro area.

The hotel was excellent. We did not have any complaints during our stay. The breakfast was buffet style and the food was fresh and delicious, definitely not your typical continental breakfast. If we are ever in the Dallas again, I would definitely book to stay here again.

I really like the hotel and was very happy with my room. The restaurant food honestly was not up to standard. The pizza was soft undercooked and just inedible. The chicken wings werent any better. I ended up buying food from walmart and cooked in the microwave in my room. Breakfast wasnt great. Same restaurant same chef. No pride in food presented. Overcooked. Pancakes stuck together piled onto of each other...then new ones brought out were good. Maple syrype pump had run out so i told the guy and it looked like it was an effort to fill it up. Such a shame cos the rest of the restaurant is really nice. I stayed 3 nights because of flight cancellations. I was even guven food vouchers but dudnt use them i ate out or cooked my own.

The hotel was clean and comfortable with friendly staff. The only downside was the restaurant. The food was mediocre at best and the service was terrible! Definitely stay in the hotel, don’t go to the restaurant.

Great property, terrible dining and food, took half hour to serve and was cold

Very clean and remodeled. Excellent airport 24/7 shuttle service. Fridge and microwave and free bottle watered in room. Room service options. Comfortable beds and bedding. Best free breakfast!

The lobby itself is beautiful! There are several areas around inside that offer different amenities! Our Tv did not work with the WiFi, so it constantly cut in and out. We just ended up turning the tv off. The room service and food is NOT anything but over spriced food from Sam’s. My wife and I ordered the ravioli from Le Perle, and I paid 20$ a piece, to only to receive 6 ravioli. Crab cakes were mushy, and the mango salsa is just mangos mixed with picante sauce. For a total of 100$ and an hour wait time. The breakfast is NOT good at all either. You are not allowed to take food outside of the dining area, so if you are looking for breakfast in bed, order out! Potatoes were like rocks, the eggs were disgusting, and the chicken tasted like cheap Chinese takeout for some reason mixed with curry powder. The over all place is ok for the price, but personally, it’s not worth the stay.
