Travelbee Mactan Airport

Stayed in this hotel multiple times; no complaints. They give you free shuttle if you have a flight; it is nearby the airport which is pretty convienient.

Easy check-in. Nice and efficient staff. Internet was good in the lobby, not sufficient in the room, but wasn’t really needed because this was just a quick overnight stay before traveling. Very close to the airport and convenient for early morning travel. Free shuttle bus too!

You get what you pay for. Transfer to airport is really good!

Terrible Experience – Do Not Stay Here! My stay at MACTAN Airport Hotel was an absolute nightmare. From the moment I checked in, everything went wrong. The shower was broken, and it took them until midnight to fix it—even though I kept asking for a room change. The hotel wasn’t even full that night, yet they refused and instead had multiple men coming in and out of my room to try to fix it, leaving me with zero privacy. To make matters worse, I got stuck in the elevator for almost an hour. I pressed the emergency button repeatedly but no one responded. It was suffocating, and there was no proper ventilation inside. The air conditioner was unbearably loud, making it impossible to get any rest. When I mentioned the Wi-Fi wasn’t working, the front desk simply said, “The previous guest didn’t complain.” That was their excuse! I had to go through housekeeping to finally get it fixed after almost two hours of back and forth. As if that wasn’t enough, they canceled my airport drop-off without notifying me. I had to walk to the main road with all my luggage and almost missed my flight. The water pressure was terrible—practically a trickle. Showering took forever. The staff was careless and unprofessional, especially the male front desk staff on May 14th, 2025, who was extremely rude and dismissive. This hotel ruined my trip to the Philippines. The only thing they seem to care about is taking your money—not providing service. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Stay away.

this property in there own words soft open, Which means they can not provide all services listed in booking, this soft start began Dec24. Second i am disabled, the ramp to get up to entrance L shape first leg incline is about 45degrees the second is about 25-30. Staff actually came out to assist me going up and down the 2 times i used the entrance. Services affect included No TV or internet, we came back from dinner elevator was down for repairs.

Close to the airport, convenient, staff are very pleasant. The pick up at the airport was big plus.

The room was amazing! It was clean and organized! It was newly renovated. It was comfortable!

Room was perfect for a quick night before our early departure. Street facing room was a bit noisy but room was clean, staff were all lovely and beds comfortable!

Loud neighbors but otherwise very inexpensive and clean

Clean, quiet and a great value for a quick overnight stay before heading out to the islands.

Only stayed one night, but overall it was good! Staff was friendly, with someone almost always holding the door for anyone entering or exiting. Breakfast was delicious and had good variety. The room itself was pretty lack-luster. Just a small effeciency with no clear windows - only the glass cubes you can't actually see through. Bathroom was nice, with a spacious shower and shampoo dispenser, but no hand soap at the sink. Overall a good place to stay on business, where most your day is spent out in the city. About 10 minutes to the airport, and the Mall is just across and down the street, so very handy there!

Frokost var av det enkleste slaget. Musikk i frokostrom veldig høyt, Jesusmusikk, vanskelig å prate, men fin utsikt. Musikk i korridor fra 6 om morgenen som høres inn på rommet. Badet var lite med vann fra dusj og sisterne utover hele gulvet. Forferdelig! Senga var god og AC virket godt, men bråker mye. Lapu-Lapu er et sted man ikke ønsker å reise til, kun for at man trenger en kort overnatting. Møkkete fattig og enorm trafikk utenfor hotellet. Bra med flyplasstransport, kort vei. De som jobber der smiler og hilser.

The shuttle driver was great, I lost my phone in the shuttle van and he made and extra effort to return my phone before my next flight, I'm so greatful that people like him working for that hotel

The staff were all very kind, and I enjoyed the cheerful conversation during the airport transfer. The mall near the hotel was within walking distance, so I was able to enjoy spending some time there as well.

Cehck in time is 14:00. But rooms are not rready. Rooms are available 14:35-45. We are arriving early, they give to us luggage storage service. That’s nice !!

5 mins by free shuttle to airport. Hotel is new so everything is in good condition. No restaurant for bfast but there is a starbucks 5 mins away. A few nice restaurants easy walking distance. Road a little noisy if you are a light sleeper. Staff very helpful. There are 2 travelbee hotels make sure you go to the correct one.
