WiFi was horrible, room was dirty, even worse next door was open showing a room in disarray with a bloody mattress which was explained as “bathroom renovation”. It was nice they had laundry, only to find out the dryer didn’t work after doing a load of laundry.

Honestly, as soon as I saw the cheap vinyl flooring all over the hallways, elevator, etc- much of which was mended with duct tape, I knew I'd made a mistake. There was a pile of trash in the hall that we saw at 3pm and by 8am checkout the next day it was still there. There were cigarette butts everywhere outside. Every surface seemed to be dirty- light switches, the tub, the sink, you name it. Floor lamp didn't even have a BULB in it! I'm not a clean freak, but it looks as though management is spending as little as possible on upkeep and ignoring a LOT of dirt. Ice machine didn't work, and frankly, there was an overall smell of mildew throughout the place, including our room. I didn't expect a palace for what I paid, but I have to wonder if Quality Inns corporate management has ever done an inspection of this place. Really shabby and ill kept- I do NOT recommend this motel.

Before I booked my room I called to be sure the pool was open. When I go to check in. The pool is broken and the manager said it just broke but it was guest that apparently live there who stated the pool has been down for weeks. Had I known this I would have booked elsewhere because we wanted to swim and it was too late to cancel. I think that was wrong of the owner to lie to get bookings. The room was very clean but the TV did not work at first. They had to come fix it. Other than that. It was a good stay.

The Hotel was average with no wifi so that the roku tv was not able to be used .one reaso i chose Quality was they advertised a swimming pool but it was dirty and water was green so we coùldnt use the pool at all . The maid service didnt give out towels or bedding . Had to go to the front desk to get items . The staff however was very pleasant and proffesional . Been here for 10 days with family in 2 rooms but am going to change hotels very soon because it takes to long to earn a free stay . I think Best Western has better deals and promotions .

Front desk & manager very nice and gave me a full refund. HOWEVER, as a young woman traveling alone for work - these conditions made me feel unsafe and I left as soon as I checked in. The current pictures under this hotel are not accurate. Here is why. - Elevator broken - Dingy rooms / lobby - staircase reeks of urine - room reeked of smoke - stain on pillow case - bathroom not fully clean - bathroom light hardly working I hope that in the future the maintenance of the hotel will be taken a little more seriously.

3rd floor floor was being replaced... so was walking on the underfloorment. Chair in room had a distinct tilt to right. Asked for a replacement, was originally told none were available. They did find one, it was somewhat better, but had a broken right arm. Breakfast pickings were minimal (e.g. white bread only for toast, only orange juice, no other juices. But worst, realized this morning as leaving via back staircase... NO LOCK (see photo). I can NOT recommend this hotel as a safe place to stay.

I checked into my non-smoking room in the non-smoking property and observed the overwhelming odor of marijuana. The elevator from the ground floor to the 2nd floor was fine, but there was a missing button on the second floor to go down. My first room key did not work on day 1, my second room key did not work on day 2. Loud noises from motorcycles and hotel guests at ungodly hours. Price was good...everything else was not.

Stairs were blocked off so had to use the 1 elevator to get ice. Most ice machines and vending machines were out of order. Floors showed water damage. Picture frames damaged. Light fixtures rusting. Fridge don’t work. First room reeked of smoke so we had to ask for a different room. Parking lot was well lit at night but still didn’t feel safe. Lots of stomping, noise, and loud car stereos after midnight each night. There is a “beware of child trafficking” poster at the check-in desk which should’ve been a warning. It still remains true—you get what you pay for, and this is one of the least expensive options in the area.

The room was small but clean. The property overall was dirty, broken "secure" door, broken elevator to button, broken floor boards on the 2nd floor, lighting out on the 2nd floor, trash cans overflowing with trash strewn about the parking lot. Overall an unsafe feeling about the place

Over all the room smelled and wasn’t well cleaned. Sheets and pillowcases had stains. The hardwood floor turned my white sock black. I definitely would stay at that location again. I’ve stayed at Quality Inns all over the country and this was by far the most unpleasant when it came to overall quality of the room and basic cleanliness. I even paid for two nights and only stayed one due to the concern for my heath and safety

IMPORTANT: I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. There was no room service so I had to ask for additional towels and was told by the clerk that room service had to be requested daily. The area is sketchy, so I didn't walk to and from my vehicle without pepper spray. It appears that some guest are living in the hotel so children are running about unsupervised at times (I hope their situation improves). Early this morning, my last day, I turned on the lights and saw roaches around the sink area. At that point, I rushed to pack up and check out. I was told the day prior that someone would be available at the front desk 24 hours/day. No one was available to check me out at 5AM this morning. I rang the bell for over 5 minutes as their sign suggest, but to no response. I simply slid the room key card under their bank window. I DO NOT recommend staying at this location. I left a note as my tip that simply read, "Do Better".

Everything was fine until I woke up itching..Did research on bedbugs and found out that's what the issue was. They said that they didn't know if my bites came from there. They didn't offer another room. I was itching as soon as I stepped into the room. DISGUSTING!!!

There’s roaches, the drawers had cigarette ashes in it. the whole room smell like smoke and the sinks had mold in it. The showers were dirty I just wouldn’t trust putting my things down to be honest

Check in was simple. Would have preferred to know about the $50 security deposit in advance. The room itself was eh. The A/C was noisy. There was what looked like a bodily fluid on the curtains. The mattress felt old and very springy. You get what you pay for in this case. Could have been better but in a jam it worked out.

One of the issues I had was that my key card kept expiring. Also, the toilet flushed oddly and was loud. It appeared like it was foing to overflow, but it didn't.

The rooms were dirty, smell bad, lobby area at check in dirty, dull lighting, clerks at front desk in need of hospitality training. bathroom shower head broken they used black duct tape to hold it in place, front door latch broken, I had to insist that I get my receipt for the hotel stay.

We liked the look of the rooms compared to the last time we stayed. However the service we received was poor. After our first night we made a simple request,for clean towels and coffee. We did not receive them. The next day we requested the same and still did not receive them. The next morning we left. We will not visit that same place again. We should say terrible instead of poor.

Rooms and hallways reeked of smoke. The rooms themselves were fairly clean but the floors were quite dirty. The service was nonexistent. I could not even get housekeeping the first morning I was there, apparently you have to call them before 10 AM or housekeeping does not come until the next day. They would not even give me plastic utensils despite obviously having them available. No complimentary water bottles for the entire duration of my stay, despite asking multiple days. The only reason not to take the Sonesta across the street is the price.

I booked a non-smoking room, but upon check-in, the room I was given had a strong odor of cigarettes and weed. The smell was overwhelming not only in the room but also throughout the hallway and the entire hotel, making it difficult to breathe. I asked to change rooms, but the hotel said they couldn’t provide a non-smoking room. They offered to cancel my reservation, but since I booked through a third party (Hotels.com), they claimed they couldn’t process the cancellation. As a result, I chose not to stay at the hotel at all. Hotels.com clearly stated that the room was non-smoking, but such a room did not actually exist. I’ve been a long-time user of Hotels.com, but after this experience, I’m not sure I can continue using the service.

The property was ok. It definitely needs renovations. They had old wood boards that were secured with tape. The vanities in the bathroom had cracks in them. I didn't feel safe at this property, there were a lot of guys hanging around outside. I wouldn't recommend it.

Hotel is filthy. Walls are dirty , men staying there harass you. I had men follow me as I walking to my room. Had men follow me into the elevator. It’s just overall ghetto. Go in the room no remote , no towels , no wash rags , customer service at the front desk is ghetto. Even house keeping is unprofessional. Just overall a mess

This hotel was downright scary. There was a man in torn jeans walking around with a firearm on clear display. People were in the hallways at all hours. The hotel reeked of marijuana and there was a clear presence of criminal activity to include drugs and potentially prostitution as well. The elevator was a rough ride when it worked properly. The sink counter had cigarette burns everywhere. The beds were clean but the floors were dirty. The breakfast area cabinets were damaged and in generally poor condition. The hotel also demanded a $50 deposit in addition to the fee for the room.

Were assigned to a room with bathroom floor tore up. Floor tiles and plaster bits stacked outside of bathroom door. Assigned to a different room. Luggage carts were filthy and had plaster bits on them. In second room cabinet were refrigerator was in was very scarred like refrigerator had been pulled in and out numerous times. Picture frame in bathroom was warped and peeling. Breakfast area was unappealing so we did not even go there. Had reserved room for two nights but left after 1 because of hotel appearance. Another guest refused to even stay because of the condition. Requested a refund of second night through Hotels.com but was denied by hotel staff. Wish I had taken photos of both rooms.
