The property was clean quiet and convenient to many locations. The hot tub was closed on day one of our stay and the staff said it was closed for cleaning when we left on day 5 it was still closed 5 days to clean with caution tape and a cones??? The only other negative was coffee was not available till 7am and was 5$ for general coffee. A complementary morning cup of coffee would be nice starting at 5:30 in the morning when some must get up to continue travel, or have business meetings.

The property was nice but i only got it because it had a hot tube which when we got there i find out it was filled with dirty. I was really disappointed with that. But besides that the stay was good and the staff was excellent.

The hotel was decent, the kids were looking forward to the pool but there were bugs and leaves, didnt sound like the filtration system was on. The jacuzzi bench and bottom looked very dirty. We had to switch rooms since the first one had a clogged toilet, a shower head with calcium build up and the fridge wasn't working. They did get us a new room very quickly once we requested it.

This place is dirty. Bathroom had a strong odor and carpets felt dirty. Our feet were literally black from walking around the room. Beds were uncomfortable. Service was decent but they looked at us strange as if we didn’t belong there. Area is sketchy it’s by the freeway so the smells outside the building are not pleasant. Definitely wouldn’t stay here again!

Dirty bathroom floor, toilet and tub. bedroom window ledge looks like it hasn't been dusted in years. Rip in curtain. AC buttons not working. Carpet, stained smelly and old. Rips in carpet. no extras such as coffee downstairs (must pay a fee) breakfast (must pay a fee) etc. Very disappointing. (5th floor)

I was so disappointed! This place is DIRTY and is infested with ROACHES! We needed a place close to home. We've booked at this location in the past and thought it would have the same outcome; however, this Hilton has gone down. My 10yr. son found handcuffs on the floor when we checked into the room so clearly this room had not been cleaned. We also heard neighbors across from us having sex. I had my 10 yr. son and 13 yr. old daughter so I asked that we be moved to another room. When we went to the next room we found a ROACH walking on the television, dried up contact lenses on the floor, and clothes tags left on the floor as well. We killed the roach. Placed dead roach and trash in a glad bag and took it to front office. We were moved yet again to another room. The following morning when I went into the bathroom there was a another ROACH running on the floor. I quickly killed that one and put it in a glad bag. I took it downstairs and demanded my money back. This hotel should not carry the name Hilton if it's as dirty as we found it. It's dirty, and clearly the housekeeping is not keeping up with the cleaning. I wouldn't recommend this hotel at all!

Staff was not very friendly or helpful. Carpet from restaurant, hallways, elevator lobby, and room needs maintenance or to be cleaned. The curtains in the room had stains and also need to be cleaned. The coffee pot looked questionable, so we decided not to use it and instead purchase coffee elsewhere. There was a stench on the first floor as we got out the elevator early morning. Not sure if it was coming from the kitchen or somewhere else.

Staff was wonderful, professional and helpful. Bed was comfy, bed sheets were clean, bathroom was clean. There is an AMC theatre that is very close- just across the parking lot. There are a few restaurants close by as well. The only complaint I had was the 2 carpet stains in our room and also one stain on one of the lamps. The remote control was very filthy and had some unknown brown crust. We thankfully brought our own disinfectant wipes and sprays so we wiped everything down. Parking is $15 a day which is reasonable.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel for the most part. The location was great and it was easy to access highways and other areas around the city. It’s about 30 minutes from the airport and an hour from the beaches. My biggest issue is that the photos are deceiving. Rooms look way more updated than they are once you arrive. I docked it 2 stars because of the bathroom. There was no exhaust fan. When taking showers, both the ceiling and floor drew moisture. You could visually see the condensation on them. The floor was slick and we ended up having to put towels on the floor to avoid slipping. There were also spots on the ceiling where you could tell water/moisture got underneath it. Since we didn’t spend much time in the hotel, I can’t give an opinion on the amenities. Check in/out was fast and easy. One other thing to note, this hotel is by the highway and you may hear cars at night if you’re a light sleeper. Overall decent stay for the price.

Check-in was smooth and easy, cookies just okay. Easy to find, close to freeway. Very loud, sirens at night woke both rooms up, need window upgrades. Shower is not well built, the bathroom floor was flooded by time two people took (normal length) showers. Bar and restaurant staff very nice and friendly, but overwhelmed. Very long wait times at bar, bartender kept disappearing and had to keep waiting for refills on drinks. Breakfast buffet was good, same issue with staffing, need more staffing as had to wait long time for drinks and refills. Would stay here again for convenience and location only. Seemed safe, no issues with overnight parking. Need more handicap parking as we had to park out in main parking lot as no available handicap parking available.

Very disappointed with the check in service representative. No welcome, no smile, very blah, not what we are use to at the Doubletree. The air conditioner was very noisy, could not sleep. Tried trying it off, but then it got hot. Ended up with the noise all night, did not get much sleep for court the next day. The shower sliding door had no tension on it, and slammed when opened to the side. We felt bad for our next door Neighbors, because we had to leave early and I’m sue the noise of hitting the wall woke them up.

The good thing, the king room is spacious. The bad thing, the stream flow of sink’s water is slow and small. I expected the bathroom was walk in bathroom like in the picture of King bedroom ; not the bathtub with undetachable hose.

When you have a customer who is trying to check in at 3pm for a 4 day stay and you have the nerve to continuously label it as an “early check in,” then saying you have the room available but because it’s 3pm and check in is 4pm it will be a $25 fee, that is ludicrous and horrible customer service. So you have the room, it’s not being used, I not only paid for 3 nights but also paid for another room for 3 nights, I’m a diamond member, and you’re telling me I have to pay to check in at THREE O’CLOCK?! Get your act together Hilton. Money isn’t everything, have some integrity.

We checked in late at night so we were exhausted when we got there the carpet in our room was soaking wet and then the AC went out ten minutes after we got to our room. So i called the front desk asking for a new room. She said they'll be up right away to get us new room keys. We waited over a half hour and then tried to call but no one answered. So we had to go downstairs to ask them. There was no one in the lobby so they weren't busy, but when i told him the situation they he didn't apologize or even give an excuse on why they lied about bringing up the keys. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. We've stayed here before, but this was our last time

Receptionist was rude. As a Hilton me member I requested late checkout. The staff forgot to add it in notes. So today at checkout I was told I had to leave by 11:45 even tho 1pm is the checkout for Hilton members. I’ve spent tens of thousands of dollars yearly. At double tree. No more. No more will I ver go there. The receptionist was rude. Disrespectful. Never have I felt so horrible.

I had a wonderful stay at doubletree. It had easy on and off access from the interstate. Plenty of food and stores nearby. We were welcomed in and had quick service. Plus there were free warm cookies from the front desk!!! My room overlooked the interstate and their smoking area on the roof. The room was very clean. The beds were beyond comfortable. Small downside is that everyone who walks by outside is loud and can be heard from inside the room. Parking lot for the hotel is very large! If I’m ever in Norwalk, this will be a first choice.

So we were looking for an option in between Disneyland and Universal Studios. This was perfect. Ubers were not too expensive and still cheaper than a rental would have been. Rooms were comfy and there is a Target grocery store in walking distance or a short 3min drive away. Many food options in walking distance as well, many were national brands so you know what youre getting(IHOP, Outback, McDonalds etc). Biggest loss is they don't advertise there is an IMAX theater right next door. We were nervous about staying in an area that was unsafe and Norwalk seemed to have no problems when were there course YMMV. All in all we would stay here again. Only reason I'd not stay here next time would be to stay in walking distance to the parks. Again great hotel and very very affordable for what you get. Not the Ritz but just a place to sleep at the end of along day at the parks this is the place to stay.

This hotel has a nice restaurant as well as a large bar with plenty of seating. The hotel was clean and the staff was veey friendly. This hotel is a very good value for the price. I would happily stay here again next time I'm in town.

There was no room service offered. How is this hotel rated 4-star without room service? Also, there was absolutely no water pressure in the shower. Rating low because of these two issues mainly. Also, $30 parking fee is steep and they actually collected it whereas a nearby hotel ignored it.
