The room was supposed to be non-smoking, but the room stunk like smoke and pie and the air-conditioning units are so old. They’re really loud and clunky and there’s cockroaches the people that work there are very nice, but the facility itself is very old

I counted 30 roaches half dead ones all over the entire room including a big one inside the refrigerator!!!!! Disgusting!!! In the morning there was one under inside my sheets yes in my bed!!! There were also many of different sizes running around!!!

Roaches in the bathroom and the lady at the counter when I checked out took my room key like it had a disease on it. Very rude. Never staying here again.
