You can tell it’s an older property, but it is well maintained and clean for its age.

I did not stay at the property and I was still charged still waiting on a refund. There was a lot of construction on the property was put. In a room with mold and a big hole in the ceiling with no working Internet no working TV and the refrigerator door was hanging off. There was a pamphlet in the wrong that stated that there was continental breakfast being served which everything on the pamphlet was not true.

Old property not updated. Very limited amenities closest restaurant or shopping a mile by car

No television, WiFi or Internet for the entire 3 DAYS of stay. Property is under a little renovation but I could've been told upon check in no cable services are available.

Wonderful employees. Very friendly and professional. The parking is great and the rooms are a good size. Definitely a value for your money.

Had to check in standing outside in the cold instead of in the lobby! The bed was hard as a rock. The bathroom and sink area was straight out of a third world country! Old, outdated and missing some of the basics you might expect, like Kleenex!

This hotel is probably better than others on Firestone Blvd. in Norwalk, which is not saying a lot. The room was clean but very dark and could use better lighting. Desk staff were not real helpful and did not answer calls. There is a need for a much overdue paint job on exterior areas.

The room was so dirty it had spiderwebs all over the place and lots of spiders on the hot tub we had to go and by Clorox wipes to clean our selfs to be on the safe side

There were cockroaches in the room. Not happy about that!

The bed was dirty and had something spilled all over it , shampoo and conditioner was used, cigarette ashes all over the tables, and there was a cockroach in the bathroom

The overall experience was very disappointing. Travel way from Nevada here and could not afford to book another room so was stuck with this room. The room was not like the pictures. The jacuzzi tub was filthy with spiders and bugs. Spider webs and spiders were literally in ever corner on the tub and toilet. I had to call attendant down to clear my he jacuzzi tub and she did a poor job. I woke up with bites every where on my body. Although the living conditions were very bad and infested with bugs their customers service was very good they were very nice.. but I would not recommend here

It was alright, the only thing is that it was really dirty, walls splattered with stuff and not cleaned, carpet and floor extremely dirty and can’t even walk barefoot on it, towels and bedsheets were full of stains and probably not washed, bugs crawling on the floor and behind the fridge and drawers.

Awful dirty roaches sink was clogged no breakfast dirty towels uncomfortable beds outdated broken furniture and curtain broken air conditioner dirty towels pillows are a joke flat like cardboard rude unhappy unprofessional staff unkind unfriendly and unpleasant and unsightly (missing teeth ) not a safe place as I was harassed by an unknown person as I went to my car the staff just watched did nothing to help made my stay there much worse than necessary check in took 25 minutes at 11:00pm Ridiculous claims he couldn’t find reservation but I called before I arrived and they told me I had a room for the first floor. When I arrived surprise nothing on the first floor then miraculously they have a room now so unnecessary and I think it’s only bc I’m black. I’m so tired of these racist proprietors of these businesses who I pay my hard earned money to just to be treated like freshly microwaved fecal matter he rudely tapped his fingers as I signed the paper work and when I looked at him straight in the eyes he simply continued to do so. Complete and utter intentionally rude behavior from someone who doesn’t even have a firm grasp on the English language the language of the country he is in doing business poorly and doing a huge disservice to hotels.com and the entire Expedia enterprise should not be on the app as no one should have to be put through this kind of treatment because apparently you don’t have to be skilled in proper business etiquette or ethics to work at a hotel. Sad

Cheap room, nice staff, parts of room were dirty with cobwebs covering bathroom window and baby roaches in the bathroom at night

The room was dirty all around and the people at the front super rude didn’t have the room I requested gave me two beds instead of one and insisted I only use one bed. Tub was dirty there were toenails all over the floor that beds were dirty it’s like they never cleaned it then I checked out he was tryna keep my money no thanks don’t book!!!!!

There were roaches everywhere. Spider webs in corners. And riddled with bed bugs. I had to leave in the middle of the night i could not take it

Quiet, spacious and clean.

The property felt safe. Check in was easy and fast. The room was clean. The beds were so hard. My family stayed in another room and said their beds were also very hard.

Who rents a room with NO TV. Who OVER BOOK their room over a reservation? LUXURY INN!!!

The room is very nice, spacious and a quiet area. The only thing was the unexpected $50 CASH deposit… you get it back at check out. And they physically check the room for damages when you check out. 5 out 5 stars

50 dollar cash only charge with no receipt or notice at check in.

Our room wasn’t available nor would’ve been , I booked online a “smoking room “ turns out no smoking rooms… last at counter was rude .

Service was horrible. Very sketchy and made me a little cautious of the area. Would not let check into my room without paying an additional fee in cash. Became very hostile and rude when I offered to pay in card

Check in took over one hour, with pre paid reservation. Front staff made me get a hold of hote.com customer service agent. Then hotels.com had to walk them through how to retrieve there payment. Throughout the whole time I just stood there. Then I went to re-book the room at 930am with cash direct. The same man said "No , the room was booked already" But on website it's still open, as if 7pm today.

At 3 o’clock in the morning after booking and paying for my reservation, I was refused to check in because of a no pet policy. This hotel did not distinguish service animals from pets and didn’t matter what I said where I was what it happened they basically said get out of here no thank you you put me in a really bad situation. I was unable to check in to a hotel that night I had to sleep in my car my service dog And have not been refunded nor has the staff tried to resolve it nor has Expedia Expedia offered me $100 inconvenience fee when this is a clear violation of American disability act by both parties.

The front desk was rude...the room was not clean wifi didn't work and the ac was not working well at all. The reason we got the room was to stay cool and relax. Also the no visitors was not a good thing my ride was going to come in the morning and stay and got denied

Manager couldnt find our reservation. Tried in person booking with the manager but there were no vacancies for rooms with jetted tub or other. While waiting to get ahold of Expedia, 2 more people were turned away because their reservation wasnt found either.

The property management here booked my room to someone else and thus couldn't give me the room, despite having called them 4 days before the trip and having them confirm that they had my booking on file.

I had to wait 20 minutes to try to check in and was ignored by the young guy there and his mother!!! He even walked in looked at me grabbed a roll of tissue and left office without acknowledging me! I left because i heard him and his mother conversing while i stood there and rang service bell repeatedly. The young boy doesn't know what hes doing at all! The woman is also rude and very loud. I have never experienced such rudeness at an establishment. I will never spend my hard earned money there again!

A great experience here just like the last time. We will be back here. It's conveniently located to where we come from.
