Above and beyond service, Staff are very courteous. Very accommodating and friendly. 5 star Vincci is excellent for giving us beyond services.

First the staff was incredible every single interaction i had was welcoming and professional. Vincci was especially helpful and knowledgeable about the things Borocay had to offer that was in our interests. Now for the hotel. It needs a lot of work, I mean a whole lot. A lot things from floors, walls, trim, fixtures, needs a lot of attention. Even in the restaurant upstairs the floors are in bad condition and needs to be replaced. Cosmetics issues everywhere and it makes the hotel look really bad. Not sure if it is the owners just being cheap and not caring but with a staff life that the hotel should match their energy. They take pride in their job and the owners should take pride in their investment. Also the security that stands all day should have a rubber mat to stand on during their long hours. I was told they plan to install elevators in the future and that will help them a lot but again the hotel needs a lot of TLC to give it a better appearance. The hotel is in a great location next to the mall, beach, and all types of restaurants. I hope they fix up this hotel and having it looking nice and not neglected.

I requested to speak with the manager about shortening my 18-day stay due to an emergency and leaving a week early. I was repeatedly told to come back or call again because the manager wasn’t available. I was then advised to contact my booking agent to amend the reservation, which I did. However, they also couldn’t reach the manager. The next day, I received an email saying my refund for the 6 unused days was declined and I would still be charged for the full stay. I don’t understand why I was sent back and forth and made to waste time when the decision had already been made. A clear, upfront answer would have been appreciated. Because of this, I can’t recommend this hotel. The hotel also needs upgrades, especially the gym equipment, rooftop, and broken room blinds. The staff, however, were kind and did their best to help.
