Parking is limited and crowded. Room is neat and clean, motel is older but somewhat upgraded. 2 star rating.

You get what you pay for. Not the best area in town, barely any parking

From the outside, the place didn't look like much. In fact, it seemed a bit seedy. The parking lot was tight and difficult to get into. Once I went into the lobby, it looked a bit shabby. There we patches on the wall. But, the lady at the check-in counter was very nice, warm and welcoming. I got to the room and was definitely impressed. It had recently been renovated. All the furniture and fixtures had recently been replaced. The bed was comfortable. The walls had been repainted. It was clean. The room was much more than I expected and I was definitely happy with it. So, even if it looks a bit shabby on the outside, the room made up for it, for sure.

Like others have said, the parking lot is a bit small, but this place is Clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and the breakfast was fine - simple, nothing fancy, good coffee. They have made some updates to the place so you can tell the effort is there to make it nice.

Combine that with the poor condition of the parking lot, the haphazard way cars were parked, and the general area, it felt extremely sketchy as I walked to the room. If the room had not been such good shape, I would have left and demanded a refund.

Very friendly, clean , nice rooms the only downside to this place I would say is the parking area is tight. But we arrived later in the night.

Room doesn't match the outside worn appearance. Beds were quite comfortable and room was clean and updated.

DONT STAY HERE!!!Run don’t walk!! It’s horrible and disgusting, everything was dirty and hair on sheets, pillow had makeup on it and tub had hair in it!!

Toilet flushed but poorly. Shower was not clean. Tv did not work. Bedside light flickered like a strobe light. The AC could only be set to high or OFF.

Not very clean and rug in hallway needs to be replaced (very dirty and worn out). But the sheets on our bed were nice and clean. Location is terrible. Wouldn’t stay here again.

There is no sound on the TV. The air conditioning didn’t work. It was very humid in the room. The lights next to the bed didn’t work. I was glad I was only here for one night just enough to sleep. Take a shower and leave.

The TV had an odd setup which made it challenging to start and watch. First time I ever encountered a need for a wifi password to access it and get it running!

Basic hotel...front desk person was friendly. No sound proofing could hear neighbors tv clearly. Bathroom tiny but clean. Bed was good. Doors seemed old and windows opened for fresh air. We would stay again...good price and 10 min drive to target

For a quick stay, our experience was good. Room was clean, nice big tv, window that opened. No carpet which is great! Bathroom door could be replaced as well as bathroom fan. For a value hotel, I’d stay here again.

I booked a room that was supposed to have 2 Queen beds. it had 2 full beds.

The room saved for us was up the stairs and I had indicated on the reservation my wife cannot climb stairs; however he changed it to a downstairs room. The room was very clean and was fine but the king bed was so close to the wall it was difficult to get in and out. Also the bed was so high I had to help my wife get in! Might br fine for youngsters, but at 88 and 90 years old it was somewhat difficult to get in and out.

It was ok for a quick cheap stay. AC unit in the room was a residential window unit built into the wall and was extremely loud even on the lowest setting. The TV was hard to use as it kept turning to streaming services home page that it didn't have. Breakfast was barely edible and extremely limited, but proximity to where I needed to be was why I chose it, as well as being very inexpensive. Room was clean.

Building is fairly old, room is clean and beds are comfortable. Check in and check out was a breeze

I was never able to get the WiFi to work, and was unable to locate staff to inquire about it. Aside from coffee and dry cereal, there really wasn't a breakfast on site.

no one at the front dest, so had to wait, and then check in he didn't speak very good english, noticed the lobby and where you would eat breakfast was just a mess, no one had cleaned apparently, got to my room smelled horrible, the heater didn't work so I froze most of the night, the tv kept turning on and off by itself and the volume would fluctuate so I had to unplug unit from outlet, the room was actually clean so no issue with it or the bed was somewhat comfy, it was nice and quiet but couldn't sleep because the heater sounded like a dump truck outside the window and if I turned it down the sound was like "morse code", at breakfast time all that was offered was cold dry cereal and still the place hadn't been cleaned so I just left.

This hotel was a welcome relief from the horror show of the Bison Plains Hotel, which we had originally booked- but more about that on my review of that hell hole. Check in was quick and efficient, staff made helpful dining recommendations, rooms are clean and well furnished. The best part of the evening was the Bordertown Bar and Grill right next door! Food was well prepared, tasty, and reasonably priced. Service was friendly and timely.

Staff was friendly and helpful and room was clean and comfortable. I was disappointed there was no waffles because those were pictured in photos of the property on Expedia.

Property is old and rundown. Lobby was small and still being furnished and smelled of strong garlic at check-in. Stairs - no elevator. Appeared to be working on some rooms as materials/equipment left in the hallway. Cleaning cart left in the hall. Minimal breakfast selections. A lamp wasn’t working properly when we checked the room so had to be replaced. Extension cords used for power. Extremely tiny room with tub/toilet. No coffee pot supplied. The shower head is not high enough for tall people. However, the room was clean and we didn’t have time to search for a better property, so stayed there.

The facility needs some work. The person that checked us in was very helpful. He carried our heavy suitcases up the stairs for us.

Convenient area good place to sleep

We got a good night's sleep and the staff were helpful. There's a locked door between rooms like many old motels that might as well have been a curtain for all the noise it allowed through. The people next door talked until late. They weren't particularly noisy, but it was still loud. Their 5:20am alarm sounded like it was next to my bed. In our travels across the country this motel gave the worst first impression, but it was actually clean inside and efforts were obviously being made to keep it up. We paid the same as all the other motels we've stayed in so Fargo must be an expensive location because this motel seems a couple notches below our usual stay. I would stay again since it was clean and friendly I don't want to spend another $50. We could tolerate the level of noise. They sounded like a nice family having conversation, but with the door between us open instead of sealed shut. It could easily have been a bad experience. Also parking is tight and I worried about our car because we left items visible inside and the car at the end of the lot, but it was fine in the morning.

The staff was helpful but the property in very unsafe area. Loud music and men hanging in the parking lot. People cutting through parking lot over and over again who did not appear to be customers There looked to be urine in outside breezeway and empty beer bottles outside back entrance. Wyndham has gone way down on the condition of some of their properties. Definitely not safe for women traveling alone.

The hotel is on the edge of town away from places to eat or shop. It was quiet. The room air conditioner wasn't on when I arrived and it took a while to get cooled down. Overall my stay was good. The hotel is basic and that's what I expected for the price. I will stay again when I'm in Fargo.

We did a fast trip to fargo. Booked this went through the reviews. It was ok. We didn't stay in our hotel much. The guy at the front was very friendly. I didn't like the area.

It is an old property with some updates made but there were signs of its age. Overall, it was comfortable and clean. I didn't feel unsafe in the building, but would not have gone out after dark, as the location seemed a little unsafe.

Continental breakfast was very minimal and not well staffed. Instead of individual milk cartons, it is a shared gallon of milk. The rooms were good and front desk was friendly. Definitely a value hotel.
