The only issue we had was parking. There were SEVERAL vehicles double parked.

We checked in on Thursday, June 25th and that evening my daughter hopped in the shower only to find a HUGE spider waiting for her! I killed it but was very disturbed by the thought of that thing roaming in our room. We were gone most of the next day, but came back to clean up for a dinner out. While my daughter was doing her make up, two huge spiders crawled across the bathroom mirror. This time I got a video of one of them. I called the front desk and Sid came by our room. I told him we were checking out and he assured me that we would get a refund as who on earth would stay in a room with all these spiders. I checked out with him, left my keys and he told me his manager would call me the next day. She did not. I called on Sunday and spoke with the manager, Cassie. She informed me I would not get a refund and she might give us some points. She said she would call me back that evening or Monday. She did not! A few days later I called again and the lady at the front desk (I did not get her name) assured me she would get me some hotel points. I have not heard from her and just checked my hotel points balance and they have not been added. Stay FAR FAR AWAY from this hotel. Wondering what other bugs and critters they have there!!! There motto is to tell you what you want to hear and then do nothing about it. They should be ashamed of themselves!

The parking lot was full of construction vehicles, trucks, vans etc so we expected a lot of loud workers & a bit apprehensive about the room. However much to our surprise, the room was very clean, smelled fresh & the hotel is located near anything you would need as in food, laundry, gas station, shops etc. As night fell, I thought ok here we go! Loud noise, banging doors, coming in late & leaving early BUT none of that took place. As a matter of fact, we heard no one. Not even a peep. We were very satisfied with our room & the hotel staff who were very kind.

Very friendly at check in. Room was nice. Would stay here again

Liked the location. Didn't like the smell, both in the hallways and the room itself. They accept pets, and you could tell. Smelled like pets lived there year-round.
