Breakfast was edible that’s about it and was very crowded. The hotel was dirty there was a huge spider in the bathroom , blood on the blanket (could tell it wasn’t washed) overall not clean. Definitely do not book for the pool it’s so gross bugs everywhere brown bottom gross.

The staff could not understand anything we asked! The breakfast was ok but why nasty trash cans. They had nasty cardboard on top of them. The indoor pool was not clean, Our room was off putting. It was not the room I looked at when I paid. There was a hole in the door and the shower stall in the bathroom was not clean also directly next to the bed. There were broken frames hanging up, broken knobs on the shower. They gave us two towels for a family of 4 and charged me $100 deposit to stay in a crappy hotel. My child also reserved a hotel and had to take a shower with no shower curtain and when you ask the people at the desk they didn't understand us. Most of all, we barely had warm water. I Paid almost $120 a night and it was not worth it. I will not stay there again.

It was dirty and gross. The bedsheets had burns in them. I could hear the people next to me. The walls are paper thin. The shower was super loud, and it was a ringing type of loud. when we were checking in the guy told us that we had to be 21 to get this hotel, and then he took my ID into the back and then came out and said that we could get the hotel. its also pretty small. There was two homeless people outside sleep next to the bushes In front of the hotel. The road to get to the hotel has a bunch of pot holes. The pool was freezing. No hot tub. I wouldn’t recommend this stay.

The property was dirty from the front entrance to the filters in the air-conditioning unit. The sheets had stains on them and some sickening sweet smell to them. I did call choice hotels with my complaints will never stay there again! Cleaned filters myself.

I did not stay. This place is a walking nightmare. From mold dirty sheets, mice eaten sheets, stains left and right. This place should be shut down. This is crazy, I wish I could upload the videos I have of this place. Very unsanitary!

This was by far the worst hotel we've ever stayed at. Absolutely filthy and disgusting. The first room they put us in literally had dried blood running down the wall. We were moved to another room, not as nasty, but Absolutely no hot water. I recommend removing this hotel from your booking site

This property was disgusting. The bedding had not been changed. It was stained and full of rips and tears. When we asked foe replacement beddingbit was also stained and torn. Finally the 3rd set was sort of clean. The flooring was horrible and the walls had stains and grease in them. Overall this is a twrrible hotel that I will never stay at again.

We stay in Sleep Inns all over - I chose this hotel over others because I like Sleep Inns. Never. Again. This might have been the nastiest hotel we’ve stayed in to date. It looked like someone had cleaned paint brushes in our bathroom sink. The shower was an old jacuzzi tub with a shower head on the wall. By the time you were done showering there was three feet of water in the tub. There were visible messes that someone had tried to clean but failed on our room carpet and furniture. There were bagels for breakfast. But that was about it - no jelly, no butter, no cream cheese. Mustard. Perhaps bagels and mustard are a delicacy at the Sleep Inn in St. Charles, but I’ll pass. We were in a non-smoking room, but it stunk like smoke and our bed comforter had cigarette burns all over it. It was laughably bad. Ice machine - broken. There was a gap in our door - so we could seriously see people in the hallway outside our room.

I spent four nights there. It wasn't horrible and wasn't complement worthy either. Breakfast was ok, staff were polite. The wifi sucked, no room service , weak water flow in shower, some breakfast items were days old. It required a security deposit of $100, which was not disclosed clearly or at all during reservation. When I asked for receipt, I was told since it was booked thru Hotels.com, my receipt will.be issued through the booking website. I won't recommend it for more than $65/night.

No hot water in room at all!!!!! Ran it for 15 minutes....was leaving anyway. Flipped switch when entered room.......nothing happened....had to use flashlight to get in. Bed was very soft and comfy. Room very quiet and close to places to eat and shop.

The hotel doesn’t appear to cool their main areas, the lobby, elevator and hallways were hot/humid and stuffy. Because it’s summer, this made those areas smell musty. The room was initially fine, the room air was cool with comfortable beds. The shower handle was broken so the staff had to come and mess with the handle to get the shower turned on. The hairdryer did not work at all.

Peeling paint. Toilet paper roll off the wall. Worn carpet. Cracked tub. Not a well insulated property for a sleep stay I could hear all the trucks on the highway and bikes racing at night. But at least I can say it looked clean.

Was not asked at checkin if I wanted to use the phone. Turned out to be dead. I needed the phone to ask questions about wifi which was not working. Eventually got help from front desk after going back downstairs to learn I was missing a checkbox to access wife. No information about breakfast provided. Light in room operated by lightswitch at entrance was ok for a nightlight, but not enough to safely navigate the room. When I switched on light over sink, one of the fixtures flickered at about once per half second. Not good if I was an epileptic. But uncomfortable for me anyway. I fixed it by unscrewing the bulb. But clearly management doesn't inspect the rooms for simple things that make a guest feel welcome. Minor things; clock not plugged in and set. I would not choose to stay here again. Have been used to a much higher Sleep Inn standard.

Great people running the hotel. The beds were super comfortable but the sheets had stains. The room itself needs repairs. The toilet roll bracket was missing one side. The bathroom fan was ery noisy. Expedia site showed it was only a few mikes from Grafton but if you can't use the ferry then it's 40 some miles.

This hotel is rather worn and shows it. I almost stayed here previously and opted to find a different location. This time I booked before I showed up so stuck it out. In the end I was still able to get the rest I needed and it was convenient for something else part of my trip.

It was a great stay we only stayed for 1 night, it was clean didn't see any bugs. I have no issues with carper, but wife hates rooms with carpet, she was fine with this carpet becauseshe said it looked clean!! Newtown throwdown location was only 2 miles away and that was was a convenience.. will stay next year for event again!! Easy check in no hassles!! Appreciate you guys !!

No hot water in room when i told the desk the guy died speak English and just kept shrugging. The next morning at check out i told the woman working who spoke English a bit and was told i should have let the water run or 10 to 15 mins. We left the room completely clean other then the beds not being made. I still haven't got my 100 dollar deposit returned. We i called them once again no one there could speak English.

There's was no hit water the phone didnt work to call desk went down stairs n desk ckerk never showed up after wsiting 5-20 min. And short on bath towels, hand towels n wash cloths couldn't get no answer to get any yold they would put a hold on my card thry acutslly charged me $100. Off my card so lied about that.

This hotel is worn out. They have updated some things but the carpet is worn and dirty. The toilet paper holder was partially missing and various other things. Breakfast is abysmal. Sausage was cold and choices are minimal. It was convenient for my direction and that is about it. If the price of the holiday inn had been lower I would have stayed there.

Where friendly place. Quite and convenient. Ample parking event for bobtail. Parking for a set, too. Be Rookies with great food. Step up italian restaurant. Excellent deserts.or quite very good pizza. All walking distance.

Staff was very nice and polite and quite helpful with my issues, however the room itself wasn't the most clean, I had a bit of troubles with the vending machine (didn't work and had to be refunded) and the required deposit I had to make because of I paid through a third party (which I got back little under a week later), the road was riddled with potholes, and the breakfast wasn't very appealing with both the beverage machines being out of order and even a cockroach scuddled out of one when I tried to operate it (again no out of order sign same as the vending machine). I also had to re-activate my room card twice as they weren't working on my lock, but again the staff made sure it helps me out as quick as possible and respectfully as possible so props to the staff that work at this facility that does need a lot of improvements in quality.

We booked this due to location, reputation and cost. First yellow flag was no sign on street directing us to hotel. Second yellow flag was condition of drive to hotel - full of pot holes. Third concern was outside condition of entry - disrepair. Forth was offensive odor as soon as walked in building, which continued through all of building including room. Fifth was pool was not operational though said it would be working next day. Sixth was overall feeling of uncleanliness, gave me concern even in touching things and I am not usually concerned about this. Had 4 nights booked there. After checking in and moving into room and then out for a bit, when returning to room decided this is too offensive for more than one night, we had to find someplace else. Last comment was evening manager was Indian decent and was very friendly and helpful, wanted to give us another room but it was extremely hard to understand his English. Not his fault - he did everything he could but we could not stay there. Will try to get some refund, I am doubtful but we will see.

The dining room and hallways were filthy. I would never stay here again. The coffee and juice were both so watered down it was disgusting. When the staff placed more yogurt into the fridge the containers were warm like they had been sitting in a closet somewhere instead of being refrigerated.

Choose this for convenience, cost and breakfast. It was convenient and cost was lower but lacked cleanliness and a decent breakfast. Bed was comfortable but tiles and kick plate around door was falling off and looked quite dirty. The toilet was loose and tipped when seating. Elevator wall was dusty and finger prints everywhere. Ice machine was broken on 3rd floor. Yogurt for breakfasst was expired and bagels stale.
