I picked this hotel because they said there was a bar and it was not open. The night I was there! The conditioner was empty and the toilet intermittently kept running. Certainly not worth the price in my opinion!

The Hilton Garden Inn in Billings is an excellent place to stay. They have a lovely fire pit outside during the summer as well as a attractive lobby with many private seating areas where you can work. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, with excellent pillows and good business setup and a comfortable chair. My only suggestion is they need better coverage for both room service trays to take to and from rooms. As most people many times want to take items upstairs and enjoy something other than paper boxes. The Breakfast is nicely done for small cost per person. They have excellent transportation to and from the airport. It is one of my favorite locations to stay in Billings.

We didn’t bring a pet, but it brought us great joy to see that the property was fully prepared for fuzzy guests. Throughly enjoyed the aquatic amenities. Excellent stay!

The staff is always friendly when you come in. They remember you if you have traveled there frequently. The rooms are clean and well organized and a large work desk for business papers is nice. A comfortable chair in the corner of the room with good lighting allows reading of material. Although I would recommend a foot rest. The bed is excellent with nice pillows. The small refrigerator will hold any goodies you have brought with you or they have a lovely selection of snacks at the hotel desk grocery area. In the summertime the outdoor sitting area has a lovely fire pit. I will continue to always stay when in The area. Old Chicago is within walking distance.

After the stay I replied to the hotel's text, to let them know that we were disappointed that there was no shampoo or conditioner in the room and that we would have let them know except that we arrived late and left early. The hotel's response was "if you would have let us know we could have brought you some right away." No apology. No "we'll do better next time." Beyond that the room is comfortable enough but starting to show its age.

When back in Billings, we will definitely stay here! Very clean, nice outside areas, big lobby with amenities, and friendly staff. I love that the check out is noon and there is a restaurant! I

property was very good condition. Tv would not work, maintenance tried to fix but as with computers, it decides if it will or wont work. No fault of staff. was late at night and manager is the only one i guess to be able to reprogram the tv.

Staff were friendly and attentive during every interaction! Room was clean and comfortable. The only thing that didn’t quite work was the microwave, the tray/plate wouldn’t turn properly while it was cooking. Still worked well enough to use!

I had two rooms. The room I stayed in was ok, but the air condition was so load that they didn't sleep all night in the second room. When I informed management the next morning, they said they would refund a $50 credit and when I talked to manager, she told be that we were supposed to come down to desk and report it and they would of moved them to new room in the middle of the night. The next morning one employee stated that they were having trouble with a lot of their air conditioners. The front desk when we checked in was wonderful. He was very helpful. The breakfast that you had to pay for $16.00 was the same that most hotels give you free with room. The pool and patio area were beautiful. Next time I check in anywhere, I will run air before I unpack. For a $182 room, I would expected more.

There are a number of restsurants within easy walking distance of the hotel if you want to stretch your legs. Otherwise, they have a very good onsite restsurant & bar. That's where we had a very good, cooked to order, hot breakfast. I really peefer that go the free breakfasts so many hotels do now. Those breakfasts are rarely any good or even warm, but people eat them because they're "free." Our room was large & clean and had everything we needed. Staff were kind & helpful. Highly recommend.

The room service app didn’t work so you had to go downstairs look at the menu then go back upstairs to call for room service. The Beds are hard as bricks; I say that having been an Infantry man who has slept on bricks. You can hear a lot of noise from the hallway and surrounding rooms. The front end looks flashy and luxurious, but that’s where the quality ends.

I don’t like it that they would t let me check in onsite as had to sit in lobby and make a reservation online to utilize state rates very frustrating and I stay here lots of times and always an issue

Have stayed on numerous occasions and it is always excellent. The only thing that is could improve on was in the restaurant area they were very slow with only one person on staff. Otherwise outstanding as always. Front desk is extremely friendly and always remembers people as you come in. They always offered help you find the room location that you like. It's close to home Olive Garden and Old Chicago. Outstanding stay

Everyone was friendly, easy to recognize & helpful. Overall appearance was clean, safe and welcoming. Our room was clean, inviting and comfortable. We were greeted by the housekeeping lady as we exited and entered our hallway to our room or elevator. She was hustle away and cleaning in a room next to ours Check in and out was easy. The host at the dine area was friendly and guided us to our table to be seated. We had breakfast in the sit in location. That area was nice and tidy. Crystal was helpful with recommendations, service and the cook did a great job on the French toast. Highly recommend this hotel and location. We plan to be back.

This hotel was okay. I will probably look around more for a better place for the money. My main focus was a nice pool and hot tub for our trip but could've found better for the price. The biggest disappointment was the continental breakfast, that was just luke any other continental breakfast at a hotel, and they charge $16.99 per person for it. You'll get a much better meal elsewhere for cheapest, or at another hotel for free.

Check in Staff - Was great, nice & friendly Bar Staff - Was great - fun Rooms - nice & clean Breakfast area - not sure why you would charge a customer that just paid $200.00 a night $15.00 to eat a buffet & also charging for coffee in the lobby Also, why would you close the pool on a Sunday when most guests might use it before they leave, Monday would have been a better option

Sat down to eat and waitress surprised me with invoice. It's a buffet. Any reasonable person would walk in and assume it's a typical hotel breakfast situation. Not a fan of unexpected invoice for buffet style at a 2 star place. Breakfast quality was 5/10.

Very friendly staff. Hotel was kept very clean and has an amazing snack bar. The only negative is if you purchase through Expedia they do not include the Breakfast which costs $17.00 plus tip.
