I was not impressed. I had to ask for a light bulb because it was burned out, the remote to the TV did not have working batteries, no shampoo, no blow dryer and they hand a kitchen but no pots pans and plates and bowls in there and they said they offered a breakfast but it was more like a snack.

Furniture in dis-repair. Phone did not work. Bathroom door does not latch. Tv closed captions did not work. Stove knobs lying on counter. Only one bath cloth, however there was a sufficient number of towels. Wall mounted thermostat is barely hanging onto the wall. Unit mounted thermostat cover broken.

All the food I had in the refrigerator spoiled because it didn’t work. I had to get a new key 1-3 times a day. The stove didn’t work right. Shower temp was un controllable. A/C didn’t work well. I went to another hotel down the street. Worth the few dollars more a night.

Definitely did not look like the photos. Extended stay with nothing in the room. When requested a coffee maker they couldn’t find any coffee for the machine they had. No shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer or any amenities you would expect in a hotel. Not in the best area and no restaurants within walking distance. I would never recommend this location or stay there again. It’s a shame that what you doesn’t match up to what you get. Just very disappointing after a long drive.

It’s fine, if looking for cheap and fairly safe, it beats the h out of the Park, Super 8, Sandman and motel 6. I work here a lot, those are all cruddy and not real safe feeling. The north extended stay is a bit nicer, but for the price difference between the two, definitely smarter to stay at south cost wise. But tbh the manager at both is a jerk. Like as far as I’m concerned, he made a threat to me, which is absolutely unacceptable. I had to not go to desk a few days to let temper calm down. But rest of the staff is good service and friendly. It’s a eh part of town, but could be worse. It isn’t ghetto or anything, just a keep to yourself type area. North feels a little less iffy. But the actual recliner chair and good tv, full size fridge and kitchenette are big plus factors. But for a few weeks on work trip, $300 a week cheaper adds up, so worth it.

My room was so dirty that my feet were black from walking in the room barefoot. The laundry facility was broken and they were “out of” oatmeal the entire week I stayed there, which is one of the only options there are for breakfast.

I would not recommend this hotel. When I booked, they promised us a first-floor room so we could park near our door and keep an eye on our two classic cars during a car show weekend. When we arrived, they told us no first-floor rooms were available. Strike one. The room itself was dirty — I have photos showing how grimy it really was. The “breakfast” was nothing more than some oatmeal packets set out in the lobby. The beds were very uncomfortable, and the overall condition of the room was far below expectations. I wasn’t looking for luxury, just a decent, clean place to stay for about 8 hours of sleep, but this place failed even at that. Definitely would not stay here again.

So the floor was filthy but everything else we are telling ourselves had been cleaned. But everything had been tweakered. The elevator was broken. The staff were friendly and cheerful however which is always appreciated. Its the other ‘guests’ that live there and take the place for granted that ruin it. They should have like a probationary period for people wanting temporary housing. Just be more respectful man, thats not hard to do. Anyway, end rant. Its ok for an overnighter but longer, go to the north location.

Horrible! Rooms were not very clean. Booked a “non smoking room” and it smelled so much like smoke. The microwave was very dirty (we weren’t going to use it) but what if we had to? We did check in dropped off our bag and left for the day. We came back like at midnight and our door was OPEN! We tried to make it but we ended up leaving the hotel and driving back home at 1:45am because we just didn’t feel comfortable. The guy that was in the “lobby” just said “ok” when we said we were leaving did not care at all. Not to mention it was 4 couples we all left. All out rooms were discussing! The pictures do not look like the actual rooms. We paid $175/night. That’s really expensive for what the hotel was!

This is the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. There was gunk on all the walls, there were random long hairs in the shower walls and the sink, the floors were sticky (I’m assuming it may have been wax? Really sticky and gross either way). A few lamps did not work, the wall plug sparked when I plugged in my phone charger…I can go on and on. I would not recommend this place for the rate. Ridiculous.

Our room was dirty and had a bad odor from not being sanitized properly. Bedsheet were smelly and stained. One night light was missing a lamp and the other was broken. Bathtub looked dirty as well. We decided not to stay overnight; went back to the lobby to inform them of the condition of our room and requested to have our money refunded. The said to contact Expedia for refund.

Room seemed fairly clean and tidy but after showering and walking back to the bed the soles of my feet were black. It doesn’t take much to mop a floor !. Breakfast was not worth bothering with a coffee machine in the reception area and tubs of porridge & super long life packaged pastries. Note to self do a little more research instead of just going off the pictures

More weirdos walking around, when went out at night had I guess drug people wandering up to rooms and mumbling at doors more than once. Noise wasn’t great. Loud music and thin walls. The desk clerk Erik was very helpful and polite. The rooms are large and clean. BUT the property is located right off Highway 101. The noise never stops. Continous sirens. Hard to sleep. I would never stay here again. They shouldn't have skimped on a sound wall.

The beds were very uncomfortable, sank in the middle. Room was dirty and tub tap constantly dripping. People above us had children who constantly were jumping, causing dust to fall from ceiling. Kitchen was not stocked with dishes, utensils etc. You had to order them. Outside back entrance had garbage cans overflowing and broken glass . Stairwell was filthy with joint and cigarette butts. The staff were wonderful and not their faults for poor management.

I just want to say that the workers here are amazing people they always make my stay here so welcoming and very kind. Eric is really good worker here, he’s very kind and and makes sure that I’m enjoying my stay here. He is amazing! And there is a couple other workers I wish I can give a shout out to but unfortunately I don’t know there name but it’s two other women lady’s that I wanted to give a shout out to. The young man who checked us in, Erik, he is the best employee at this location. We had to praise him. The hotel itself could use some updating like new shower heads, new cooktops, laminate peeling off cupboards. But the beds were nice and firm with no sags. Windows weighed 70lbs so my husband was only one could open them. The parking lot seemed like it only had just enough spots that were squeezed in too small a lot. And there were some questionable characters hanging around the evening hours. Feel like we paid too much, like Holiday Inn prices for Motel 6 stay. If there were few options Id stay again. Like a C

I booked a stay here through Expedia 3 days in advance and had the room paid for. Upon arriving and trying to check in, the guy helping said that he could't find my reservation. I explained to him i had one and the room has been paid for. Basically he said there was nothing he can do i need to call Expedia. I was a mother alone traveling with my two young children out of town. It took over 2 hours to find somewhere else to stay. Expedia called them because i did have a reservation showing in their system. They told me my room was given to someone else and that they were completely booked and could not accommodate me. I was extremely upset and my children were so tired and wanted somewhere to sleep. Will never attempt to stay here again.

Super convenient, right off the 101. Lots of fast food type restaurants very close by and shopping as well. Staff very friendly and my room was neat and clean. Very comfortable bed.

People hanging out on the car walks drinking and talking loud. Hand to hand drug transactions in the parking lot. A prostitute working in the parking lot. At least I saw the cops drive through the parking lot several times a night.

The hotel itself is located in a not so good area. We had police activity late night. There was trash on the stairs. Cars where homeless people were living in. Our door didn’t close all the way. The bathroom was didrty and one of our beds were broke. Definitely not staying here again

Janky for the price honestly, the North location is better. Outdated interior, exterior there is a lot of riffraff hanging about. If you have other options take them but if this is all thats available you’ll be ok

This hotel was not clean. There was no insulation, so you can hear people talking next door and cars on the freeway. The beds were uncomfortable. One of the bed's frame is smaller than the mattress, and it felt like a hole in the mattress. There was no breakfast. I would never stay at this hotel again.
