Disappointing Stay – Would Not Recommend My experience at this hotel was far from satisfactory. Upon arrival, there was no staff at the front desk, and I had to wait 5–10 minutes before anyone showed up. The elevator was out of service, which was very inconvenient. Additionally, there was no ice machine or water dispenser available for guests. Breakfast was a major letdown — very limited and poor in quality. For the price I paid, I’ve stayed at much better hotels that offered significantly more in terms of service and amenities. I would not choose to stay here again.

Excellent service at the front desk. Dismal free breakfast in the foyer, minimal breakfast choices, no ice readily available, but prob a product of being an extended stay with in room kitchenettes. Cleanliness - dark concerning stains on the hallway carpets, but very clean in the rooms, appreciate no carpets in the rooms!

Staff were helpful and friendly, but this hotel needs repairs and maintenance. The elevator was broken which limited accessibility for us, as disabled guests. Everything for kitchen use had to be checked out which was inconvenient, especially with disabilities and a broken elevator. The whole hotel smells like stale cigarettes. You can only resolve that with new carpet, new drapes, and new paint. My room was not thoroughly cleaned. "Breakfast included" is misleading because coffee, tea, a muffin, fruit bar, or oatmeal package isn't really "breakfast". The online pictures do not reflect what I saw offered. Trash room, laundry room, and snack room were clean and well stocked! Need handicapped parking at all entrances to the hotel; otherwise, your hotel isn't accessible to the disabled, especially with a broken elevator! Handles on fridge need to be kitchen friendly (see picture). No point in having a tub without a plug to take a bath! It's discouraged because voucher guests flood the place without consequences! I've got picture and video evidence to prove everything I've written!

Our room, especially the bathroom, was extremely dirty and looked like it had not been cleaned at all. Our bathroom sink was unusable because the drain was clogged/slow. The room smelled musty. Why have a kitchen in the room if you leave nothing in it to use? You can call to request items but there should be basic items in the room at all times. There wasn't even your typical single pod coffee maker in the room that even Motel 6 offers. Several people in and around the property that looked like they were on drugs. Trash everywhere all around the parking lot of the property. We stayed because they allowed dogs and it was close to the wedding venue but they charge a dog fee. I would stay at Motel 6 next time. Cleaner and dogs are free.

Theres nothing spectacular about the room or my stay. But I will elaborate on the fact how clean the rooms are and how they pay attention to details and keeping so tidy. No matter what type of rom I get and I've been in them all....they are extremely clean, esp. the bathrooms & kitchen areas. I never have to worry about there being enough towels like at motel 6 where they are stingy n greedy with all the towels lol. Anyways and I never have to worry about the linens being stained up or looking funky cuz they are always clean:) and comfy! But yes hands down, they are pretty consistent with how well the maids do their jobs and do them well. So that's off to them Thank u ladies!

The elevators were not working, and I was placed on the third floor, in addition, the rooms were filthy, and the furniture was so old there was paint missing and it looked like it was bought at an old garage sale. The smell of the entire hotel was terrible and disgusting

Moldy bathroom. Hallway smelled like a dead mouse or rat had died somewhere in the walls. I was informed the elevator wasn’t working after they had taken my $$$. Front desk had a poor attitude.

My worst hotel room experience to date. After receiving my room keys, I rounded the corner to be me with a long, dark, dingy hallway, which led to my room. The vibes were creepy. Upon opening the door to my room, I knew I wouldn't be staying there. The entire room looked dated, with cheap, scratched, mis-matched furniture that looked like it was dragged in from the nearest street corner. Please do better, Extended Stay America Suites Santa Rosa North.

What I liked about the hotel is that it is pet friendly. At many hotels, you can hear noise of people opening/closing doors and my dog would bark/react each time when he hears it. But at this hotel, other than the people's footsteps upstairs, you don't hear much of other noise.

The hotel property is right next to the freeway which is easy to get in and out. The hotel room is old. A lot of paint chipped, old furniture and appliances. Had zero kitchen accessories. There’s a bad smell when you get into the hallways, elevator and room. The free continental breakfast was pre-packaged muffin, granola bars, oatmeal and even pre-packaged coffee (instant coffee) :(

Like a cheap old apartment. Chipped counters, no coffee, no restaurant, no utensils, no plates, no pots and pans. "Breakfast" will be grab and go oatmeal and coffee set out on a little desk in the lobby. Pretty much "what not to do"

The kindness and helpfulness of Rosa, the staff at the front desk the evening I arrived, was outstanding. My stay was a result of a flight cancellation and rerouting, so unexpected. Because of Rosa's helpfulness, I was able to order a meal and have it delivered, and enjoy a comfortable night in your facility with my service dog.

We stayed here many days in a row and loved it. One night a baby and children were making noise late at night and the manager changed us to a different and very nice room the very next morning as soon as we let him know! Great service! Very friendly staff ready to help!

Having the amenities of a studio was great. Room was clean, decently appointed. Night staff’s customer service was lacking. Chose hotel for proximity to hospital, but accommodation for the needs of the patient leaving the hospital took multiple conversations.

No attendant when I got there to check in. Elevator out of service . They had me on the 3rd floor. Asked if there was anything on first floor. Person didn’t bother to check, just said no. Made no effort to check if any rooms on 2nd floor available. Again elevator out of service. Not very helpful.

Exceptionally helpful staff. Our room had plumping problems but the staff did their best to fix it and Extended Stay made it right by refunding our pet fee.Our one complaint thet only tool they could offer us was a plunger so flaccid that is only good for splashing water on the floor and oursleves. Very dog friendly. You have to ask for evertyhing now, but that is a product of irresponsible quests who steal household items.

We showed up after midnight due to delayed travel and they would not give us our room. Said we were marked as a no show since we tried checking in so late and they would not give us our room and could not offer us any other room as their computers were down. Beyond frustrating situation. I’ve never had this happen in all my years of travel and I would not suggest booking a room here.

Not terrible but not a place I would ever stay with my family again. People hanging out in the parking lot at night, smelled weird, heater smelled like it was burning and set off the smoke alarm. Staff was nice but the whole place just gave off a sketchy vibe. Good price but you get what you pay for.

We decided to stay at this property because it showed close to area we needed to visit. The page also claimed 'free Breakfast.' The property is very dated, somewhat dirty and the breakfast was under-whelming. The coffee was awful, no milk or non-flavored creamer. They offered a package of instant Oatmeal with warm water that wouldn't cook it. There was a pre-packaged, unhealthy muffin & granola bar! That was breakfast??? No ice machine on property. We had to drive to area store to buy ice & that was very hard on a rainy night. The heater was a floor unit...they came up to show us how to work & after 2 hours still blowing cold air. Terrible...wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy!

Hotel very dated. Elevator out of order, grab and go breakfast a joke (muffin in its wrapper), sink in bathroom wasn’t draining, no ice machine in the hotel, damaged fixtures, no bathroom vent. Room 203 . Front desk employee not very talkative or welcoming upon arrival, front desk employee upon departure more friendly. Overall I’d like some money back on this stay.

Its better than the south location, no riffraff crittlin in the parking lot. Its clean but a bit outdated. Shower head is garbage I ended up just removing it so I could rinse the shampoo out my hair. Breakfast is a joke.

Pretty basic facilities, we slept and watched tv. The breakfast bar is oatmeal, coffee, granola bars, muffins. Staff was very friendly. There were extra steps for me like asking for dishes, asking for the room to be cleaned between days. But for the price it fit our needs.
