Our second stay love the hotel and location. Construction going on starting at 7 AM for a couple days but looks like a complete remodel and it’s off season so was not that big of a deal. Breakfast was nice new rooms were very nice

Enjoyed the hotel very much, property was clean and seemed safe. Room was clean, they cleaned it every day that we were there. Breakfast was the usual fare, everything was great. First time in Gatlinburg, a bit surprised that all the hotels charge a parking fee. Guess it’s the new norm. Still cheaper than a lot of other places that wanted $20+ (even the churches charge for parking in their lot!)

This hotel is in the perfect location. Breakfast was chaotic and often items were cold. Our room was very nice, however we were at the front towards the road and heard everything. Including the delivery truck parked under our window at 6ish and stayed for 45 mins running his motor. I think it was just the location of our room that made it so noisy, making sleeping difficult. The fire pits along the stream were amazing and a relaxing way to spend time. Overall this is a lovely hotel, it's just our experience left a little to be desired.

The property offered us the ability to walk to local attractions while being away from all the daytime bustle. The breakfast varied from day to day slightly and the staff was very friendly. The indoor pool was very cold, but the outdoor jacuzzi was enjoyable!

As a customer you have to pay $15 a day for parking. You have to read fine print when booking online, or you’ll be surprised like we were at check in. The pool is always freezing cold. Breakfast is free but not hot and fresh unless you make your own waffle. Bananas were black. We have stayed here before but not after this trip.

The property itself was very nice. But, very dirty. Same pieces of trash were on the ground our entire stay. Hallways smell like stinky feet. Stains all over the carpets in the hallways. Only one elevator worked and the teens were there for their chrurch thing. Made it difficult to get around. Work out area was never cleaned. Floor was so dirty that your feet were muddy when you walked out. The floors to the pool were also muddy and never swepted or mopped. Someone started vacuuming at 8am. So, no sleeping in for us. The breakfast was luke warm and mediocre.I wouldnt waste my money on this palce. Stay next door at the Glen lodge. They were wayyyy cleaner and nicer.

Unfortunately we found multiple hairs stuck all over the room and bathroom. The beds have this fabric cover that zips shut over the mattress and the zipper is zip tied so u can’t open it, but that was stained and kind of gross so idk if they take those off or just the sheets. Black handprints on bathroom door. Forget privacy while using the restroom as it’s an odd sliding door that is open all the way around. Some of the staff was great (I believe the main girl is Stephanie and she was very accommodating but others were short or rude to my kid when she was getting snacks. Beds were not comfortable and pillows were super lumpy. For the price we paid I kid of expected a bit higher quality I guess. Oh we also found several clumps of hair in the pool.

What I loved most about this place was how roomy the hotel rooms were, with nice laminated vinyl floors instead of old carpet. It was also super quiet—no noise from upstairs or the rooms next door, which was a big plus. There was a stream running behind the hotel, and I really liked the cozy lounge area where guests could just hang out and relax. Another great thing was how close it was to everything—just a quick four- or five-minute walk to all the shops and attractions in Gatlinburg. The continental breakfast in the morning was also really satisfying.

The hotel's service and maintenance are excellent. We believe the mattress in room 225 should be removed and replaced with a new or more comfortable one, as the current mattress's springs were very noticeable, making it difficult to sleep when you feel metal elements while resting.

Overall, the stay was fine. Front desk people were helpful. The bed was not very firm and I was uncomfortable. I suspect the mattress needed replacing since it’s sagged in the middle. The TV remote and channel selection was not coordinated. I inquired at the front desk about how to use the remote and was told that since they renovated a place the TV channels and the remote have not been able to function properly and just do the best I could.

Walking distance to the main strip. Trolley comes in front of hotel every 30 mins which is convenient. Only two complaints, OUR room smelt like old chlorine towels every time we went in. I even had room spray that helped masked a little bit. The other complaint is not enough storage for clothes. I had a family of 3 and there were no drawers to put our things in and closet was small with minimal hangers.

I really enjoyed this hotel. The room was comfortable and clean, the staff was extremely nice and welcoming, and the location was a very short walk to the main strip in Gatlinburg. I especially want to call out Sam, she was very helpful with a request I made. My one and only complaint is the bathroom doors have a sliding feature door feature, they are frosted glass and do not lock. This is why I left 4 stars instead of 5. I could see this as being troublesome for a family as the doors offer limited privacy and are definitely not soundproof at all. The hotel should reconsider this design choice. Other than that, wonderful hotel!

If you are a light sleeper like me, do not stay here. This hotel has a weird design where 8-10 of the rooms are on the same level and extremely close to the lobby. I asked for a quiet room when checking in, and the staff told me she is not aware of any non-quiet room on her property. And of course I was assigned to one of these rooms that is 30 feet away from the front desk, 20 feet away from the breakfast area and 10 feet away from the elevator. The result is, I was listening to every single conversation people in this hotel was having, from 6 am in the morning until about 2 am the next morning. People laughing, kids running around, housekeepers walking around with vaccums, etc etc. There was not a single second of quietness in the room. And you can't even complain, because all these people are just making noise in reasonable areas. Barely had any sleep throughout of the stay and was having very limited energy to enjoy the trails at smokey mountain as a result.

We found the rooms were a little cramped. Got told we booked a “standard” room, so did not have a balcony. No dresser so no place to unpack for our 3 night stay. Just 3 wire drawers and some hanging space. Bathroom was spacious and enjoyed the servicing of the room each day. Breakfast was great and plentiful, just had to line up for waffles as there were only 2 waffle irons and we came down when several children were lining up. Beds were very comfy and rooms were quiet. Did not get to enjoy the hot tub as there were some rowdy teens dancing in it. But did enjoy the fire pits. Overall a good stay and close enough to the strip to walk. Did not see an outdoor pool. We liked that it was close to the entrance of the Smoky National Park.

TV was not connected for some reason. Other than that it was great. WHOEVER the front desk employee was when we checked in needs a HUGE RAISE or potentially a management opportunities. Unless she already is, then that would make sense. She was incredible and made us feel at home at the first hello!

The annual Thanksgiving Turkey Bowl brought us to the area. With so many visitors, staying at a property off the Parkway was super beneficial. The hotel was clean and comfortable. There is a trolley stop right outside the main entrance. The breakfast options changed daily. It is pet friendly and there were plenty of furry friends. The staff was amazing! Kudos to Beth, Sam and Matthew.

Stay was okay. Loved that it was walking distance to most places. Room was very clean, spacious and bed was comfy. However, front desk that checked us was not so great. She appeared she didn't want to be there and we were a bother. Subsequent days got better though. Phone in our room was not working when arrived, reported it but it was never fixed until we checked out. It was a pain to walk to the front desk if we needed towels or linens. Our toilet was not flushing good, completely broke during one night. Thankfully met maintenance guy in the hallway in morning who came with to room to fix it, because there was working phone to call. Indoor pool was also cold as can be. Felt like it be be warmed a bit. But overall, we made the most of us stay for the price we got.

Overall the stay was good, however, the lady at the from desk “Samantha” was very rude and not polite at all. Its suppose to be facility where pets are accepted but pets can’t literally bark because she comes with the excuse of saying that the rooms nearby where complaining about it when we found out it wasn’t true. We couldn’t even finish our morning breakfast because of this call we received from the front desk with this nonsense. She then threatened us saying the next time, we were going to be asked to leave the hotel. Samantha should not be at front desk or more customers like us, will definitely not come back to this hotel and it ashamed.

Locked out of room at 12am bc door key swipe pad battery was dead on door. Front attendant was not helpful nor apologetic. We had to tell her to call for help. Over a hour with no access to room on our last night with a planned very early departure. Nothing was offered not even a sorry

Overall, property is a 10 minute walk from the strip if you don’t have any disabilities. It was quiet, staff was nice. Typical hotel breakfast which beats trying to go out and find breakfast. Coffee, tea, and hot chocolate available all day also. Trolley picks up right out front.I would stay again.

Property was clean, comfortable & the location was great, close enough to walk to everything but far enough away to be able to relax. Staff was all wonderful & very helpful. My only “complaint” if it can be called that is the breakfast area is a little small for the number of rooms offered, we had to wait for a seat before we could eat.
