As the house is distributed across several levels, a steep internal staircase connects the living room to the bedroom, so it may not be suitable for guests with reduced mobility. The property also features a private outdoor garden and accommodates two guests. Casa Savin is just 5 minutes from a rocky beach along the Ayasse, perfect for sunbathing. The Ayasse is a lively mountain stream flowing in front of the property, keeping the area cool, especially in summer. Public transport links are within walking distance.
