We enjoyed the spa but had to ask about it as he didn't mention it when we checked in. He meets you there to unlock it and gives you spa towels. Walking distance to Dennys so we had dinner there. Motel room was fine.

Nice and clean room--The pet friendly rooms have hard and cleanable surfaces, which is nice. The hotel staff is attentive, the breakfast is fine but not luxurious, and the hotel is conveniently located on I15. Good dog walking area with bags, but watch out for burrs on the shoulders of the road.

The hot tub advertised was not working. The provided breakfast was limited. They did not provide a toaster or bread. They provided a waffle maker which we did not use. The breakfast food provided was not as good as other hotels that charged less.

We checked in with no problems. Very friendly greeting. There was a phone to call the reception clerk and she arrived quick. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The hot tub was pleasant. They are remodeling and changing to Quality Inns.

well it kinda sucked the jacuzzi was broke,the keys quit working i will usually pay a little more for a room if it includes a breakfast, but this place started breakfast at 7am till 9 am so if a person is on the road,or going on an adventure it's too late to get then on saturday we got up went to breakfast and they did not have it out nothing and when I asked about it everyone was oblivious to it or just didn't care I could have saved $20. a day and stayed at motel 6 across the street so next time and there will be a next time because we are a rockhounding group from arizona and everyone wants to come back this time there were 14 of us next time more but I don't think I can recommend this place sorry room 100

Sink drain spewed black scum when faucet was turned on. The management was notified. They used a toilet plunger in the sink, then added Drano. It’s hard to even imagine a less hygienic solution to the problem.

Smelly like paint and mold/mildew, there was paint all over the floor and carpet, the head board looked to be missing as their dowels visible, there was still painters tape around the shower and there was hair in the shower. Bed was not comfortable and there was stuff that was crunchy under the bed sheets. We needed extra towels and I couldn’t get a hold of anyone at the front desk, I had to go into the laundry myself and grab them.

Must be a new owner. They painted the room and in the process got some paint on the rug which one realizes they hadn't cleaned the carpet in a very long time. Good location but some things they need to do to clean it up.

The property was not in very good condition. The room smelled very musty and like cigarettes smoke. There were cigarette burns in the chair in the room and on the edge of the tub. Stains all over the floor and carpeting and apparently they were in some sort of remodel. The drapes on the windows were very old and ragged as well.

The accessible room I reserved was clean and comfortable. The handrails in the bathroom worked well. I could have used a little more light in the bedroom itself, but I understand the economics of trying to run a hotel in these days. I would stay here again. Friendly staff.

I went to talk to the front desk right after check in. I told him about the need for another towel as I have really long hair. He refused to provide. He just proceeded to say “you registered for 2 people, you only get 2 towels. I pleaded with him and he said no again. One wash cloth in the room was sloppily placed like it was used so that wasn’t available for our use. Their outside signs aren’t current so it’s hard to tell if you’re at the right place. The washer and dryer outside our room were running all night. I received a lengthy rules handout upon checking in. It said on it not to ask for a check out confirmation or a receipt. It said it would be provided through email. I never received it and I did check spam. We were just passing through so most of these things I just had a “whatever” attitude. The bed and room were comfortable just wish I didn’t have to hear the dryer running all night. It’s just out in the hallway not in an enclosed area. They must have issues with people which might explain the rules handout. That’s on them though, that’s their clientele. People shouldn’t be treated like, being told where they could talk on their phone etc etc. I was just passing through, have Washington plates on my car. I’m not homeless on an extended stay. I felt it wasn’t necessary to present me with their rules. It said on the list to let the desk know if there was anything to make us feel more comfortable…a towel would have been nice! The breakfast was sufficient.

It was quite and I was a woman traveling alone and felt very safe. They were in the process of updating and you could tell work still needed to be done. The curtains in my room were too short for the window but since I was in a room in the back, I didn't think anyone would be looking into the room.

A hotel that has no identity. Might be a Motel 6, perhaps a Quality Inn, or something else all together. Not that it matters, as all of these businesses are owned by the same corporate enterprise. The rooms available here were built by the lowest paid contractor, and boy does it show. Beds that were there when the building opened and provide no support? Check. A window that isn't covered properly? Check. Missing wall outlets? Check. A shower straight out of a horror film? Check. There are better 1 star hotel options out there. This one's far to expensive Don't give this business your money unless you're paying $50 a night.

Last min decision to stop so made a reservation online. The least expensive in area. Booked thru Hotels.com. The room was surprisingly nice. Currently doing renovations in lobby. Air condition worked very well. Bed was super comfy. Shampoo and conditioner dispenser are installed in shower/tub stall. The continental breakfast was the usual-cranberry or orange juice, organic low fat milk. Fruit loops or raisin brand cereal, blueberry or strawberry yogurt, banana or chocolate chip muffins, waffle maker, and coffee or hot coco. Bonus as an alternative Dennys is right next to hotel and you get 50% off meal if you show your paid receipt bill. Overall 1 out of 10.....I give it an 8 only because there was no remote control to TV in room but was promptly brought one, even at 3 am. Otherwise I would have given a strong 9.

Hotel was great once we realized that it had changed name. I had to call and find that out. That should have been communicated to us. At end of long day it is frustrating to pull into place and can't see name of hotel you want. Otherwise it was good, convenient and reasonable.

We were just looking for a room for the night so this hotel was cheap and we got what we paid for. This is a budget hotel and it shows when you walk in. There is no signage on the hotel, and the hotel parking lot was empty when we got there, so when we pulled up we questioned whether it was still even in business. Check-in process we had to call someone on the phone to come to the front desk. The guy was very friendly. It seemed like he was the only one working the hotel and just doing everything though. The room was small, but it was fine. Beds were comfortable. There weren't that many outlets in the room which was odd so charging devices was a bit annoying. Also, we needed an extra blanket and so I went to the front desk, had to call on the phone again, and was told they don't have extra blankets or sheets. That bothered me quite a bit. What hotel doesn't have extra blankets or sheets. Made we wonder what I was sleeping in that night.

The hot tub advertised was not working. The provided breakfast was limited. They did not provide a toaster or bread. They provided a waffle maker which we did not use. The breakfast food provided was not as good as other hotels that charged less.

The price for a motel under construction, with fresh color on the room floors, dust everywhere was a shame. It would be great to get a notice prior booking, that they are under construction. Also the breakfast was a mess. Only some flakes and a wafflemaker. Without any far to prevent the waffles not to burn. Worst Motel so far I stayed in the US

well it kinda sucked the jacuzzi was broke,the keys quit working i will usually pay a little more for a room if it includes a breakfast, but this place started breakfast at 7am till 9 am so if a person is on the road,or going on an adventure it's too late to get then on saturday we got up went to breakfast and they did not have it out nothing and when I asked about it everyone was oblivious to it or just didn't care I could have saved $20. a day and stayed at motel 6 across the street so next time and there will be a next time because we are a rockhounding group from arizona and everyone wants to come back this time there were 14 of us next time more but I don't think I can recommend this place sorry room 100

Not a good feeling even before we entered the lobby. As we were the only car in the lot. Lobby was very shabby and there was no one at the desk and we had to call them to check in. Also there was a odour in the lobby. That was the only time we saw the staff or even another person for that matter. To be fair the room was ok but the breakfast was lacking waffles and cereal only. I would advise a pass on this hotel

I called and asked if I could cancel my reservation and the hotel rep who answered said I could and he would send me an email with the refund information. He never did and I got charged. If he would have told me I couldn’t cancel I would have rearranged things and stayed at the hotel.
