Well apparently the owners do not live on the property but come there quite frequently to do work on the rooms. As far as the state itself the room was comfortable enough the AC got good and cold it did have a microwave and refrigerator

It is what it is. Allows large dogs, has decent mattress, has a solid locking door, very cheap, no signs of leaking It is a safe cheap place to stay. Folks friendly. Carpet old and stained--don't go barefoot.

Warning, do not rent a room here. Stay away. This place is full of false advertising. They have an extra hidden fee that they don’t show online that they force you to pay when you rent a room here. Second of all they advertise that they have smoke free rooms, which they don’t. I booked a smoke free room and was given a smoking room. When I complained at the desk , the employee worker became super aggressive and started threatening me, and was yelling at me. This is the worst place I have ever rented. This business should be shut down.
