Stayed 1 night

The room was significantly smaller than expected for a luxury stay. I called ahead and asked for an early check-in so I could arrange transportation; they said it would be ready, but when I called back at 2:30 pm (30 mins before the 3:00 pm check-in time), it still wasn't. The shower shelving had rust all over it, and the large bottles of shampoo and conditioner were completely empty. Even worse, the supposedly tamper-proof, paid bottles of water left out in the room were already half-empty. I have pictures of all these issues. The main mini-fridge was plugged in but warm and smelled terrible. I then found a second, smaller mini-fridge tucked away in a cabinet that was completely uncleaned inside. The upgraded Wi-Fi didn't work, our balcony had cheap plastic chairs, and the door to the balcony didn't lock properly, which felt unsafe. There was also a cracked ceiling above the shower. I didn't even try the food because I was so disgusted by the room; I decided to leave early at 6:00 am! I cannot believe this was advertised as a luxury experience when it was the exact opposite. Never again. To top it off, there was a personalized envelope left in the room asking for tips despite the completely unacceptable condition of the room.

Everything was pretty good. They’re under construction so I understood some things but staff in room was really nice.

I enjoyed my but I was a little disappointed that the restaurant wasn't open at all on Sunday. It would have made a big difference if we have been able to get some coffee, some pastries, fruit, or something for breakfast and maybe some sandwiches or something for the evening to eat.

I appreciated the fast check-in process. I was disappointed about the bar/kitchen closing shortly after I arrived close to 9 PM. Having the ability to log in to my Netflix account was nice. What I don't believe anyone designing the rooms thought of was the placements of electrical outlets. To only have them on the lamps and sofa is inconvenient and not sufficient space for some charger blocks. I also didn't appreciate housekeeping knocking on my door at 10 AM and checkout was at noon--it disrupted my rest.
