Facilities feel dated and in disrepair; the pool and hot tub are inconsistently available (closed or unheated), exterior doors and locks are often broken, and there is no elevator. Noise carries from the large atrium.

Cleanliness is a recurring problem, with reports of dirty rooms and bathrooms, stains, mold/mildew, persistent smoke and marijuana odors, pests (including roaches), and trash in common areas. A minority noted clean rooms.

Rooms are generally dated, with frequent issues like dim lighting, noisy atrium/hallways, weak or inconsistent A/C, and worn fixtures; some mention smoky odors. A few guests received spacious or comfortable rooms with good beds.

Service is mixed: some travelers found staff friendly and check-in easy, while others reported rude or absent attendants, slow responses, key-card problems, and refund difficulties. Expectations for help with issues were not consistently met.

Convenient to the interstate and nearby restaurants, but many guests felt unsafe due to a secluded setting, poor lighting, and reports of vagrants and police activity in the parking areas. Security concerns were amplified by exterior doors that don’t lock.

Breakfast is very limited—typically waffles, cereal, and fruit—and the area is sometimes uncomfortably hot, with occasional late opening or early shutdown. Some guests reported strict ‘no take to room’ rules and inconsistent service.
