Poor service upon checking in - rude and unfriendly staff who didn’t tell us about WiFi password, airport shuttle, restaurant, etc. When we got to our room the hide-a-bed sofa was not set up for our two kids and when we tried to set it up ourselves it was broken. We had to call the front desk and they also tried to use the couch bed, but it was very broken (couldn’t even sit on it). The front desk finally sent up cots and sheets…had to go back for another cot as one of the two they brought was broken. Attendant who was trying to set up the beds just let himself in and out of our room with his master key - no knocking at all. Once the beds got set up after close to an hour the pool and restaurant were already closed. As we crawled into bed we saw dead bugs on the nightstand and another bug of some sort flying around the room. There was a glass water bottle for use in the room and it was full of water and obviously used/dirty. The bed creaked, squeaked, and made a ton of noise whenever you rolled over or moved. Would definitely not recommend and will not stay there again. However, the complimentary breakfast was good which was the only good thing.
