Very clean, very nice. Beautiful Hotel. Nice continental breakfast. Beautiful seating area with fireplace upon entry. Friendly staff. Drinks, water, soft drinks offered upon entry, easy check in. Nice spaceous room with spaceous bathroom. Plenty of Shampoo, conditioner, body wash in shower and lotion in bathroom. Ironing board, hair dryer, mono fridge and microwave. Name with welcome programmed into t.v., charging station. I was very pleased with my stay

We stopped for one night on a longer trip. Hotel very conveniently located. Easy to get to with ample parking for our truck pulling a trailer. Downtown Murphy is great. Hotel is in great shape, clean and comfortable.

Courteous staff and a nice place to come back to. Bed was uncomfortable. Place does allow dogs (even though signs say no), as we found out with barking neighbor.

Nice clean room. Bed was acceptable. Breakfast was outstanding. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. TV was very limited and remote was at times a mystery. Hilton must now own Hampton. WiFi is free only for Hilton members. While. you can join Hilton for free, they demand way way too much personal info which is a great liability for Hampton guests. No WiFi is a deal killer for me in the future.

The room was very warm but we did not figure it out until late in the evening. The carpet was very dirty. The shower had excellent water pressure. The breakfast and the lobby area were very clean and the breakfast was good with many choices. The staff were super friendly and helpful.

This hotel has not been renovated to the Hampton Inn specifications. There was carpet on the floor in the room, which would have been fine had not it smelt of pet urine. Other than that it was okay. The staff were friendly and the breakfast Sunday morning was very good.

No one was at the check in desk so I rang the bell. I waited 10 minutes and rang the bell again. 5 minutes later a woman stumbled on out playing on her phone, she looked surprised to see me. I do stay here twice a year but this time was bad. The place is dirty. This is the last time.

We were greeted by a super friendly hostess, checked in with ease and walked I to a clean and comfortable room. The bed was squeaky and there were definitely some things needing to be updated. The service was outstanding and the hotel was so quiet and relaxing.

Only problem we has was that the sink in our room was way to slow in draining. We were on room # 103 it took forever to drain when brushing our teeth and when my husband was shaving.

We stayed here just one night during a local event weekend. I stay at a lot of Hampton’s across the country so figured it would be a safe bet. Overall it was a good stay. The hotel is kind of dated and showing its age but the staff is super friendly and helpful, breakfast was quite good with a lot of options and all well looked after, etc. For just a place to sleep and grab a bite in the morning it was fine, with some upkeep it would be better but overall I’d return if I was in the area again.

Our check in expert, Bunny, was amazing. My requests thru Hotels.com for adjoing rooms we're not extended to the hotel but Bunny was able to get us 2 rooms very close together and we made that work. Every staff member that I had contact with was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and will be back soon. I will be sure to recommend this Hotel often. Thank you for everything. Had

The property manager by the name of Bryant Nichols is a prick! No customer service skill whatsoever, should have worked at a job to insult people instead. Terrible front receptionist without much training. DID not know what to do when there is an issue. Check in guest first before you can resolve your own internal Bryant Nichols is prick issue.. horrible staff

If you’re staying there more than one night, you have to let them know if you want your room serviced or not, if you don’t they won’t. There was an electrical issue in my room that went unresolved. Actually could have caused a fire, it seemed no one cared.😳

We liked everything except we had to wait a half hour for someone to come to the front desk. There was nobody around. We were about to leave when finally a young lady came from around the corner and assisted us. We had tried calling, but there was no answer twice.

This was the second time that we stayed at the Hampton Inn. Very friendly staff and clean rooms. The check-in was very fast and the room had enough space for our two year old and newborn. It’s not too far from town. The only thing I wish it was different was that the breakfast had more options but that was no big deal. Will stay here again.

The staff was super friendly and spoke to us everyday! Lisa the day manager and Linda at night. Our 9lb dog enjoyed all the attention too. We enjoyed breakfast each morning and there was a variety each day, such as omelets, cheese eggs, sausage, muffins, biscuits and gravy, waffles, oatmeal, yogurt, and all so delicious. Even the coffee was good. The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Highly recommend Hampton Inn in Murphy.

The hotel had an unpleasant smell of cigarette smoke and what smelled like dirty feet. The towels were very thin and scratchy. The bed wasn’t comfortable. Positives were that it was very quiet and the breakfast was good. The lady who was working at breakfast was very nice and very friendly and helpful. Hampton Inns aren’t like they used to be. At least not this one.
