I enjoy coming here at the Casino hotel. I understand they are under construction and working on finishing the work, but the parking is atrocious! There is no designated parking for hotel guests, it’s all mixed parking for hotel and casino guests. So finding a place to park and having to walk quite a distance once you do is ridiculous. There are several parking lots that are closed off and not because of the construction. There are no signs or communication directing people to where the new or temporary registration is located. The shower has mildew in the grout lines. It’s clean in the upper section of the shower but close the floor, it’s dark and black.

As of May 6, this property has only a modest food court for dining options. No fitness center. No pool. No sitdown restaurant. No real bar other than the one in the sports betting area. The casino is fine. The craps table was always full - don't know why they didn't open another (there appear to be six in total). HOWEVER! Next week the property will charge a resort fee. They are opening a pool and a fitness center. There will be a Gordon Ramsay restaurant on the tenth floor. Signs are up about a new bar in the entrance way that looks like a brewpub type place. This should cure what I found to be lacking . I'll definitely go back.

I know you are under construction BUT, having one small parking lot for your guests is not cool. Walking 1/4 to 1/2 a mile to park is NOT COOL.

Check in was quick and easy. Parking was an issue as construction is ongoing. The hotel parking lot was more than full with vehicles parked in any available spot. We parked in the casino parking lot and walked. Construction noise started promptly at 7 AM. So, if you are facing the construction site don't plan to sleep in.

We found a bed bug on our duvet cover. Took a picture to front desk, and was relocated to another room at 11:30 pm. The hotel did not say sorry for the inconvenience. First thing out of the front desk “do you have a picture?” Of which we did. Will not be going back!

It was a very nice hotel and the staff was wonderful. The only complaints are the shower was very dirty and full of mold and mildew. I did not feel comfortable being barefoot in it. And the pillows were very small. Quality of sleep is very important when staying away from home. People that are well rested are in better moods and more prone to spend more money.

I found that the room that we stayed in wasn't really clean at all the elevators were filthy, looked like the carpet hasn't been vacuumed all year long. The bed didn't even have a fitted sheet on it it was only a top sheet, and the price that we paid did not reflect the quality that we should have gotten.

Area is wonderful! Casino is a rare non-smoking throughout the facility. Hotel is nice, room was comfortable. There was a mini fridge but no microwave. My reason for lower marks was because of the mildew in my shower. Either the cleaning crew doesn’t have the right cleaner or just doesn’t care.

The entire hotel and our room were very clean. Our room was quiet - the hotel rooms are away from the casino. Free valet service for guests is offered. There is a food court where I was able to purchase a basic breakfast. We paid $100 for one weeknight which we thought was a great deal.

My initial concern was going to be parking and the walk to the hotel since I had a few bags to carry, but I had no issues whatsoever. Everything was super close and they offer short rides from the lot to the door (or a couple min walk), check in was fast and the room was so spacious, safe, clean and has the best bed EVER! Super comfy. Beautiful mountain views all the way around. I definitely plan on staying here again.

The check-in agent, Resa, was perfect. We were a little early but she checked us in anyway. We asked for a room close to the elevator so my wife didn't have to walk too far and she got us a perfect location. The parking was a bit difficult because of the construction, more walking involved. The food court surprised us when we went to Earl of Sandwich at 4:00 PM and they told us they weren't going to open until 11:00PM that night. Strange not to be open.

Long lines 1 hour waiting to check in only 2 desk clerks. New junk fees added to price of room at checkin similar to resort fees in Vegas. Gaming poor selection and tight. Rooms not being maintained carpets dirty. Will think twice about staying here again.

I stayed here for 3 nights while on business in Murphy. The valet staff here are outstanding! Toby went above and beyond normal duty when he helped me locate my lost cell phone. I was stressed out because I had a 12-hour Drive ahead of me and his calm and friendly demeanor made my day much nicer. Everyone I met here from housekeeping, security, registration were all absolutely wonderful. I will stay here again just for the employees!

Everyone has been so nice and helpful! The service is absolutely amazing! I have nothing but good things to say about this place. They allowed us to extend our stay twice and were so helpful with doing so. The concierge people are amazing and have the best manners! Specifically, Benjamine. Im not sure of his last name but he was the best concierge i have ever had,and i have traveled all over the country!

Not sure whose fault it was but my reservation would not show up. Whether it was hotels com or Harrah’s fault I don’t know. But the supervisor of Harrah’s gave me a card with Harrah’s customer service number on it instead of helping me. Just crappy customer m her service in my opinion

The upper floor room had a beautiful fall view of the mountains. Parking was a bit of an issue since they are doing expansion, but they constantly ran shuttles. The construction did not disturb us in the morning. We enjoyed our stay and play. We intend to return. It is a fun and beautiful area nestled between the Nantahala and Ocoee River valleys.

Friendly staff, nestled in the mounts with great views, parking lot shuttles, sparkling clean room, large modern bathroom, all types of gaming including sports book. Downside: still a "blue laws" state so they don't serve alcohol on Sunday, but nearby Walmart does. Lumpy mattress. Limited dining options onsite. Limited dining nearby.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. If you desire a nice place to sit and have breakfast, you are out of luck at the casino. The only option is a Starbucks with limited menu. If you would like to have a dinner other than fast food, your only option is a very expensive overrated restaurant that opens at 5 pm

Overall staff was very friendly and nice, really need more food options especially breakfast for hotel guest juice cereal muffins like most. Designated parking for hotel guest only non-existing and due to a strict 4 o'clock check-in was very crowded.

The room was excellent - clean and spacious. The only issue was because of construction (expanding) - the dining options were very limited to more of a fast-food selection. And the only sit-down restaurant on site was closed on both days (Tues/Wed). I will plan to stay again once the construction is completed.

It was a little confusing to get around but after walking a mile to get to our room it was nice, clean and quiet. Bed was comfy but sheets are not soft. Bad food options and unexpected resort fee that I didn’t appreciate after the over priced alcohol drinks. $40 for 2 drinks

Staff was great, very clean room, A/C worked fine and didn't use the gym. The food choices were great in the Food Hall and portions were not skimpy. A Breakast Buffet is served in the Brew Brothers Restaurant on the main floor. All in all we loved it. We are 75 year old seniors, drove 7 hours to get there and will be back.
