We stayed in the my favourite club on a bed & breakfast basis. This is the first time I have seen this aa a option the my favourite club with drinks and snacks all day is amazing and the staff keep the room spotless. Our room was beautiful amazing views of the sea. Cleaned daily by amazing staff. Breakfast is great with everything you could ask for. Egg station, smoothie station. The entertainment staff and reception are lovely. I would 100 percent recommend this hotel and would definitely return.

The renovations and decor look good but it feels unfinished as there is still areas where touch ups are needed or refurbishments haven’t taken place, the elevator needs attention as has smashed lights etc in. The food is really poor considering it is a 4* hotel. You couldn’t even cut through the bacon it was so tough a dry at the breakfast and the buffet is very very small with limited options. The options and menu’s could also be made clearer, there’s not much direction as to what’s included with which board basis

Amazing staff in all areas. Kind and helpfull and very professional. Comfy beds, very good rooms. Well cleaned when we arrived. Only thing is that the daily cleaning of teh room was poor, they basically emptied the trashbin and changed towels. No cleaning of the floors or changing cups in the tea-station. Nearby beach and resturants. Calm relaxing vibe. I'd be happy to stay here again!

From the moment we arrived, the welcome set the tone for a wonderful stay. Check‑in was warm and efficient, complete with a glass of bubbly and plenty of helpful information. The lobby is a genuinely impressive space—bright, spacious and inviting—with daily treats like cookies, fresh fruit and citrus‑infused water. The hotel’s cleanliness stood out immediately. Every area, from the corridors to the communal spaces, was spotless and clearly well cared for. Our deluxe double room continued that standard: generously sized, immaculate, with ample wardrobe space and a modern bathroom featuring a large walk‑in shower and amenity dispensers. The south‑facing balcony with sea views was a real highlight, perfect for relaxing with a drink. Air‑con, a fridge and a safe added to the comfort. We stayed all‑inclusive and found the food selection broad, though vegetarian and especially vegan options were very limited. It seems plant‑based dining isn’t yet common on the island, so choices were restricted. The bars offered a good range of local spirits, Alhambra beer on tap and several cocktails within the all‑inclusive package. Staff throughout the hotel were consistently friendly, attentive and a real credit to the place. Evening entertainment was provided nightly by a solo singer. While the performances weren’t exceptional, they were perfectly pleasant enough to enjoy. Overall, a beautifully maintained hotel with excellent service and a welcoming atmosphere.

Great service at reception along with happy helpful staff. Relaxing environment, calm and a service to be proud of. The pool area is very good, big pool and sure makes going home difficult.
