SpringHill Suites Louisville Downtown

I didn't use the amenities but I was impressed with the staff. I was given a key to my room and immediately left without going to my room to unload the car. I was starving. When I got back there wasn't a single parking spot so I asked security where I could park and he was helpful in letting me know where to park. Then I got to my room and thought someone else had been given the same room. I had never seen a hotel room in such a disarray except as I was leaving it. I immediately called the front desk and told them what the room looked like and she apologized and looked for another one. Lucky for me they were not full capacity.

Phoenix was amazing! She was so friendly and sweet.

Staff was helpful. Easy check-in and check out. Room and hotel were very clean and organized. Parking was challenging. It was a busy weekend and their is not a lot of on-site parking. When I arrived at 7:45pm, most of the parking garage was full. I parked in the lowest level that was named 'additional parking'. If I would have arrived later, the entire parking garage would have been full. Overall, good experience.

Was the weekend of Thunder Over Louisville, so it was a busy weekend, but our stay was excellent and seamless. Rooms very clean and comfortable; great hot breakfast!
