Room smelled horrible. The bathroom was not clean. The doors and floors were dirty with dust and stains. Bathroom door clearly had not been wiped down in a very long time. There was no parking. I had to park at a property down the street and walk. I could not wait to leave.

The front deal staff were fabulous. A special shout out to Kayley. She was great! Fire alarm went off 2 nights in a row and smoke was seen/smelled in the first floor. No evacuation. That experience would put anyone on edge. We asked for our room to be cleaned our 2nd day there. The room wasn’t touched. We had to track down someone for more towels, coffee, etc. We pay for a room to be cleaned. Beds made, and trash removed. Nothing was done!!! The ceiling had black mold on it, even though the rest of the room had been remodeled. Pool had scum at the bottom - decided not to use it, even though it was hot. Good location. Quiet. We had an E-Series electric option on our car. Needed to charge it. Charging station was broken. A lot of road blocks when there should not have been.

The staff was nice. The bar was not stocked, they had only 1 beer tap working. No ice water available to guests in lobby. The manager needs work on ordering and stocking hotel amenities. I probably would not stay at this hotel again in the future.

Great customer service and a great bar to help you destress. The only bad thing is that if you get there late there’s hardly any parking. Ran out of parking spots and had to park on the road.

The staff at this hotel was the only thing good, everyone was friendly. The hotel itself needs help, elevator not working we had to tote our bags up and down stairs for 3 days. Central unit in room had a mind of its own, not consistent in temp. We went down to the pool but after seeing the murky, cloudy water decided we didn't even want to get in, not to mention the algae mold building up on the side walls of pool. Restraunt/bar is somewhat of a joke, very limited choice of drinks seeing as they were out of most beers and had nothing in stock according to staff. House must have been in a hurry seeing as how we found broken plastic pieces of something on floor and hair clips by bed. Doubt that we will ever go back to this hotel. After saying something to the manager regarding the pool, we noticed when leaving that the manager was out looking at pool area so maybe he will get that taken care of.

Outside and the lobby were great. Our room looked great upon inspection but when I woke up to go to the restroom in the morning, I noticed my baby’s snack cup (the ones with the little hand holes) was COVERED in ants. I promptly threw it out and washed the cup just to turn the lights on and see tons of them coming out of the wall. I called to the front desk and told them about it and she seemed indifferent and just stated the maintenance man wasn’t there to spray right now like this happened often. She offered to move me to a new room but I was legit disgusted and just inspected all of our stuff for ants then left.

Was told they offered breakfast. In the morning I brought down my granddaughter and she was upset not to have any breakfast. We left and went down the street to get breakfast. First time ever at a Holiday Inn that did not include breakfast. Please remove it from the list of amenities since they do not offer it. I was told by a customer who stated there a few months ago that it was offered then. No t sure what happened. The shower had hair in it and so did our bed. It was very long dark brown hair. Just gross to be trying to go to bed with someone else’s hair on the stuff.

Very clean , room was spacious, I had 2 queen bed room. Bathroom updated, very clean. Staff very courteous, pleasant. Loved the restaurant! Was full breakfast not a continental breakfast. Food was awesome!! The lady working the counter in restaurant was so nice and pleasant, wish I could remember her name! Price for the stay was excellent. Overall just a great hotel!!

The night staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and was close to restaurants but in a very quiet area. If it weren't for the working condition of some important items we would have given 5 starts. The tv wasn't working when we got there. The staff was able to get us some channels but half of them still didn't work. It's been really hot but the AC never cooled room below 77. The thermostat kept a ln error message on it the entire time and someone else was complaining about their's when we were checking in. And we either got cold showers or scalding hot ones, there was nothing in between. If they can get maintenance issues resolved we'd stay there again.

If you stay here and like to watch TV stay somewhere else. They have Satellite and the there was no signal for most of my stay. This is a big problem and should be addressed by corporate, because this is the Holiday Inn name being tarnished.

We had no hot water, not even luke warm water to take a shower. I called the front desk and was told sorry I can give you a $20 refund but we don’t have another room. Yes I let the water run for 20 min trying to see if it would ever heat up!

Overall fair stay, When checking in front desk stated breakfast at 6 am, but went down at 7:30 and no lights on and only staff was front desk attendant. When loading our bags into our truck, there was 4 or 5 employees, smoking and vaping under the loggia, right across from a sign that said "100% smoke free property.

Well-maintained outside appearance of the hotel. Lobby is clean and presentable. I was greeted by a nice gentleman at the lobby desk who was happy to cater to extending my stay, moving rooms from fourth floor to first floor, helping me with exchanging cash for quarters for the washing facility, and even making my woman a glass of chocolate milk in the closed restaurant when it was discovered the little convenience store kiosk was out of chocolate milk. Made our stay great.

The receptionist was not friendly or helpful. The coffee maker would not work and told they didn’t have another one. Was not greeted when we arrived very unprofessional or friendly. Very limited parking hard to find a spot. No hand soap in the dispenser .

We stayed here two weekends in a row due to family travels. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was INCREDIBLE! Our first night, we checked in to our room and realized the AC was broken. We were moved to a new room within five minutes. Every employee we interacted with was kind, attentive, and all went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. We will make this a normal stop on our trips!

When checking in, we were told there were no rooms available to put us, but we had reservations for over a week (they saw it in their system) but all rooms were showing full. Someone at the hotel even called me that day before our arrival confirming my stay. After waiting, they identified an open room (not what we paid for) but we took it. We went to the front to get our cards reprogrammed and they had lost record of our reservation (not sure if the guy just didn’t know how to use they system or if it was legit lost). Finally got the new cards and went back to room to get ready for the breakfast we pre-paid for. Got to the eating area and there was no one making breakfasts and no one making coffee. We proceeded to attempt to talk to a manager, but they do not have a manager on weekends. Poor guy up front…there was a line of people behind us with their own complaints. Two elevators and both were out of order. The place was clean, but that was all it had going for it. Definitely not worth the premium we paid for the stay. Do not recommend.

Very clean room. Nice newer hotel. Very comfortable bed. Was hoping for a larger restaurant. Turned out to be a short order kind of restaurant and it was closed for the night due to the cook being sick. No free breakfast and not even any coffee out for guests. Great place to stay in Cleveland Tn on our road trip back to Florida. Very convenient. Room was very clean and comfortable. Shower was great. They did not have the typical Holiday Inn complimentary breakfast. What they did have was a small bar and grill where you could get a made to order breakfast. We purchased the breakfast voucher for 2 thru Hotels.com for $15 which was worth in in our opinion because you had several options to choose from. You could also get lunch and dinner along with draft beers and things like that but we didn't take advantage of those options.

Very clean easy to get to from I75. We was very upset that you have to pay for Breakfast plus you only had one employee doing the serving and cooking. We was the only ones in the dining area and it took 15 minutes to get our food which mine was cold if there had been other Guests waiting to eat I have no idea how long we would have had to wait. Will not be using this Hotel as getting your food at a Buffet style service is much more convenient.

The staff was nice. The bar was not stocked, they had only 1 beer tap working. No ice water available to guests in lobby. The manager needs work on ordering and stocking hotel amenities. I probably would not stay at this hotel again in the future.

The staff at this hotel was the only thing good, everyone was friendly. The hotel itself needs help, elevator not working we had to tote our bags up and down stairs for 3 days. Central unit in room had a mind of its own, not consistent in temp. We went down to the pool but after seeing the murky, cloudy water decided we didn't even want to get in, not to mention the algae mold building up on the side walls of pool. Restraunt/bar is somewhat of a joke, very limited choice of drinks seeing as they were out of most beers and had nothing in stock according to staff. House must have been in a hurry seeing as how we found broken plastic pieces of something on floor and hair clips by bed. Doubt that we will ever go back to this hotel. After saying something to the manager regarding the pool, we noticed when leaving that the manager was out looking at pool area so maybe he will get that taken care of.
