Parking didn't seem nearly enough for the size of the hotel - we walked a bit after finding a spot. The walls are very thin - we could actually hear our neighbor snoring and using the restroom! The breakfast was hot but not exactly tasty. Basically, just substance. The hotel was very clean and two minor issues were addressed and handled immediately.

Extremely clean. Front desk was nicer than usual. The only thing was we were lical and booking for holiday to swim in the indoor pool. They had it closed down for maintenance the last day we were there and the first day in the evening it was very murky in color. The last stay I had we had the same issue with the pool. You would think they would advertise this or fix the advertisement about the pool when you book with them.

Great stay! Clean and comfortable. I was not able to add my dog through Hotels.com but added him when we arrived with the $25. Fee. Small areas to walk the dogs with poop bags & separate garbage can provided.

Easy on and off of I-75. Convenient to Lee University/Cleveland. Not too far from Chattanooga. The lobby/breakfast area of a lot of hotels feels quite cramped, this one did not. Exercise room was nice, layout was not ideal. Some of the equipment quality was not very good quality. We came in a little late, would have been nice if the indoor pool was open longer, but no hard feelings. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff were very attentive and friendly. I would definitely stay again

It smells like carpet cleaner and my feet are sticking to the carpet. Also, it says there is a bar but it looks to be permanently closed. Also, there is no restaurant and nothing within walking distance. Would not stay here again. Also, it wasn’t even cheap.

The area was quiet and the landscape was nice and well kept. The staff always welcomed us with a smile. The complimentary coffee was always clean, hot and well stocked. However, the breakfast was disappointing, less than the usual hotel breakfasts - meager offerings. The room walls need to be painted and the pillows were old, stained and the cases were dingy. The room was neat, but could have been cleaner (floor had not been vaccumed and bathroom floor not clean.

Great facility, quiet and caring. Our only issue was that the shower door on the room we got was amazingly hard to close fully, and even when fully closed would let water out very easily which would cause a small pool on the slab floor. Staff gave us extra towels to help and put it on the repair list immediately. Also, the ceiling of the shower looked to have the start of surface mold growing which was disconcerting. Nice little breakfast, free cookies were nice. Definitely worth the price.

I recently visited and stayed in room 324. We noticed blood on the curtains .. fingernail clippings on the floor and a few hours after I was there my oldest child broke on in massive hives from the sofa which must have had bugs. So I spent the night at the er with her because she had to have an epipen and steroid shot. Never again.

The outside looks new and sparkly, but one in our room the fridge had a pest control box next to it the floor felt sticky, and the air conditioner looked to be held up by a broken plastic stand. Not to mention the housekeeping staff loudly started knocking on doors at 7 am start the cleaning of empty room. The loud calls of housekeeping where accompanied by their loud personal conversations between rooms. I'm all for the early bird work ethic, but a little consideration that check out wasn't until 11 am isn't asking too much.

Very clean, put room was right next to the freeway, and I could clearly hear the trucks all night long which woke me up over and over and over. And when it wasn't that the room air unit sounded like the space shuttle, when it turned on. Got almost no sleep.

The lobby is beautiful, and the staff was great. Clean and everything was shiny. I love that they have dove products in their bathrooms. The people across the hall were a little loud and I could hear the man next-door snoring but overall we would definitely stay here again. Breakfast was hot, and the breakfast attendant was on top of things.

Took too long to check in. Found trash in our ice bucket. Tried to call desk to get replacement but no one answered phone. Had to go down to get a new one… desk clerks didn’t know where they were. We finally got one but the ice machine on our floor was out of order. Breakfast was skimpy which was disappointing. I’ve stayed here several times… not sure I’ll stay again.

Very nice hotel. We were greeted very pleasantly from the moment we walked in. Check in was very easy as you are able to do most of it online. The room was very nice and quiet. And exceptionally clean. We will definitely go back again.

From the min we walked in..until check out 5 days later..it was perfect. Even the sweet couple who do housekeeping were so welcoming and friendly. The whole staff went beyond any expectations. I will definitely be back. Thank you guys!

After checking in we proceeded to our room , which was someone elses room to ! I opened the door and heard them make noise, then closed back and went to front desk furious. It was midnight by then and all the hostess said was im sorry mistakes are made sometimes. Management never even reached out for putting me in that situation, will never go back , its not a motel 6 , i expect better .

The stay was nice but the breakfast we chose was horrible. The eggs seemed to be from a powder or something, potatoes had too much rosemary seasoning on them, gravy was watery, sausage wasn’t good either. You can do better on the breakfast!

We stopped about 12:30 am for a few hours of sleep on the way home from Florida. Was really impressed with the hotel! Very clean. Super friendly staff at 12:30am! Breakfast left a lot to be desired but other than that it’s a great place to stay!

Good place to stay! BUT, if you are close to the freeway, there is a lot of noise. Thankfully, I requested a room change which the lady was so gracious to give me. Great customer service. Things to improve: variety of breakfast. They served the same thing for my four days!
