I would not say this “Fabulous” rating is accurate. While the hotel is updated, it’s not very clean. There was black mold around the sink drain and shower and left over Chinese food spilled behind the sink faucet on the counter. I would think that a vanity counter would be sanitized and cleaned between each stay, but what do I know? The gentleman at the front desk at check in was kind, but it took 4 tries to get a key that would work to get us up the stairs and into our room. Which resulted in having to go back to the desk 3 times. He finally tested it himself before sending me off, only to find that it didn’t work again. The elevator was broken. The breakfast was decent , but again the surfaces of the counter behind serving trays looked like they needed cleaning. We stayed here overnight to sleep while traveling to Florida. Is this the worst place to stay? Absolutely not. Does this deserve and 8.8 “Fabulous” rating? I beg to differ. I think their cleaning practices need improvement.

The clerk couldn’t get the reservation done because it was made on Expedia. She couldn’t get the credit card to process through them. Finally got that done and found the room was on the 3rd floor. I’m 80 years old. This property is old, the only elevator was out indefinitely, our room assigned was on the third floor and I am disabled due to hip replacement. My brother and wife on first floor already arrived and moved into first floor traded with me and moved to third floor. The first floor room smelled like mold and water damage. My daughter was with me and had lung problems breathing it.

The young man who checked us in was nice but the fact that we (60 and 56 yrs old) had to haul all of our luggage up three flights because the elevator is broken was not good at all. The coffee maker in the room didn’t work and the shower had little pressure. I would not stay again. The breakfast was good, though.

After we booked, they notified us the elevator was not working We asked for a 1st floor room and got a handicap room. This was OK, but the bathroom smelled moldy. It is constantly closed and no ventilation, so it gets moldy smelling. We did not find any mold, just smelled like it. The room was not particularly clean but OK. Breakfast was good.

Outside of arriving and having the front desk girl be less than friendly and finding out the pool was closed (please post your closings) we were quite pleased with the cleanliness, comfort, breakfast and overall cost. One of your night employees brought us bagels the day we left to say how sorry he was. Very nice!

This is not the first time staying at this property. We like it because of its location and the previous stays were enjoyable. We got in late and really just wanted a good night sleep as a family of five. But this particular time there was mold in the shower--ceiling and walls. Breakfast was also odd as the attendant seemed stressed and annoyed. There was also a lot of noise and none of it was monitored.

This hotel was good. Conveniently located by the highway, but the windows are sound proof so don’t hear noise. Only one elevator but plenty of stairs. Parking is easy and near two other hotels. Room was good. Bathroom a bit small. Bed is comfy. The breakfast was good.

Bed was okay… but needs replacing because you can feel the indentation where others have slept on it over the years. Floor was pitched oddly and water from the shower went underneath the bathroom door. Nothing we couldn’t handle with towels. Drain for shower places weird for the pitch of the floor. Shower products are not found in shower but at the sink outside the bathroom which I found odd. Staff was wonderful and very helpful! Might consider staying there again as it wasn’t horrible but just different I guess.

It's a clean, comfortable hotel that was convenient for everything we planned to do in Cleveland. They let us check-in early which was nice, but charged us $25 which I didn't understand since our room was ready and it wasn't an inconvenience to anyone. I understand people like to travel with their pets, but I wasn't crazy about the golden retriever in the breakfast room. Breakfast was good, coffee was hot. Internet was sketchy. Finally gave up and used my data. Was disappointed that our room wasn't serviced with a three night stay. I would have been satisfied with fresh towels and our trash can being emptied. Overall a good value for the price.

The staff and management of this hotel deserve full credit for developing and maintaining a budget minded accommodation option that is clean, updated and an excellent choice when travelling along I-75. Every area of the facility is spotless - the rooms, public areas, lobby and outside. The check in clerk was pleasant, efficient and helpful with local food options. The room has everything we needed and it all worked - TV, fridge, microwave, coffee maker with supplies, tons of charging options and a super comfortable bed. Breakfast was excellent - well beyond what might be expected for accommodations at this price point. This is our second stay in a little over a month and, as I said in my first feedback, we’ll be back.

Just a one-night stay as we passed through the Chattanooga, TN area. This hotel is located right off I-75 so a perfect location, even for driving into the city for some music and dinner. Our room was clean and spacious and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast had nice offerings and everything we tried was yummy.

I'm giving this a 3 star overall due to the breakfast options. I was there from Wednesday to Saturday and the only fruit was small oranges. The only meat was sausage. Breakfast is very important to me along with a comfortable bed when choosing a hotel. It would have been nice to have more fruit options and maybe bacon instead of sausage and the sausage gravy was poor imo.
