Location was good. Lots of shopping and dining options. Easy to find. However, the facility is old. Looks like the.y are in the process of upgrading (pallets of material outside). But even while upgrading, they should be maintaining the area . Trash on ground, ice machine not working, dining area for breakfast was a mess!

The pool area was filled with trash. My room smelled like animals and smoke. I checked out two days early. The only other room they had was up stairs and I could not do the stairs after having surgery.

It was private. Very off the Highway. OK Breakfast. Bed was comfortable. The person checking us in didn't seem to know how to operate the reservation system. He said they charge $50. damage deposit. I have a $62.99 charge to my credit card. I would like it refunded.NO idea what this charge reflects. Room 100 was an old room: dirty carpet, pills found on the carpet and sharp pieces stuck in the carpet. There should never have been a damage deposit required for a room that had not been refurbished/updated yet. The front desk clerks need an answer other than "we're under construction" The pool was empty of water. Phone ahead before you stay here.

This property is obviously in need of some maintenance. There was a large water leak in the breakfast area, the pool was green, and in general the place is showing its age. Room was fine, except for a dead bug in the bathroom. Beds were too small for 2 people.

I didn’t like the pool. The water was slimy. They really need the health department looking into the swimming pool.In addition to that, room service was not good. I had to constantly ask for clean towels because room service was terrible.

The room was clean upon arrival and the staff was nice. They came in after the first night to take the trash and leave fresh towels, but didn’t come back for the rest of our stay which was a little odd, but not a big deal. The hotel is undergoing major renovations as there were materials such as large rolls of carpeting and furniture all over the place outside the building. It wasn’t an issue, I’m just excited to come back after it’s all finished to see the end result.

Arrived, checked in, room looked decent. Found out after paying that air was broken, pool was padlocked, staff sent me a text and then refused to answer phone or texts. Would not let us end our stay early. Could not find anyone on Saturday except one very tired old man cleaning rooms. Breakfast was laid out and untended until after 4:00pm on Saturday. Sunday check out they owed us 50.00 cash deposit and my partner had to go behind desk and wake dude up off of a cot after trying to get someone’s attention from the service window outside first and then later from the check in desk. I have only had one other hotel/motel stay experience that rates as bad as this one and it’s hat one involved a 3:00am hooker fight in the parking lot of a Days Inn. Baymont by Wyndham used to mean something decent, but the taste this has left in my mouth I don’t know will ever leave. All we wanted was a low key weekend with just a nice pool and a few decent restaurants and what we go was a really bad joke and a terrible staying experience. If you are going to advertise that there is a pool and show pictures as nice as we’re on the listing, then at least have the decency to post that they are closed, dirty, never going to be opened, etc., so that I can pick a different motel to put my faith and money in. And then came the lovely survey text about how we enjoyed our stay. Although it wasn’t worth the time I took to answer the message from them, I did tell them kindly to cram their motel up their ass!

Run down, smelt like cigarettes when we got into our room. Bathtub had cigarette burns on the tub and shower wall. Coffee maker was missing parts to make coffee and AC only worked half of the time. Sheets and towels had stains.

This facility is in a great location that is convenient to food shopping. How ever——— Trash cans in breezeway were full the whole time I was there carpet and paint in room is old and damaged lights in room were burned out, I went and bought light bulbs so I could have more lighting need exterminators, spent the last night in the room killing roaches. yeck!!

The room was dirty. There was prescription medication on the floor (2 pills), so it had not been vacuumed. There were bugs, (roach and crickets). The phone didn’t work, no remote for the TV. Air conditioner not working properly. The only positive thing was the clerk was nice and the bed was comfortable. I will not return.

The sink dripped constantly. Carpet very dirty and ripped at the bathroom entrance. Bathroom floors very dirty. All fixtures were dusty and need cleaned. All surfaces (side tables, desk, etc) looked as it hadn’t been wiped down in some time.

The outside and lobby looked beautiful and inviting. The rooms are extremely dated and smell of oldness. Luckily I had febreeze to eliminate some of the smell. The room was so dirty that I wouldn’t take off my shoes. The lounge chair in there was gross so I put a bunch of towels over it in order to sit in it. The dirt buildup on the countertop top ledge was crazy. The filthy print marks on the outside door, disgusting. Just gross. I will never stay in a Baymont or any MOTEL again. The only positive I can give is the shower head and pressure wax good as were the towels.

Room was filthy. Carpet, chair, etc are very old and stained. The door had apparently been kicked in at some point because the top lock was busted off and the door frame was broken off. I slid the disgusting chair in front of the door for safety. I didn’t check the room when I checked in because I had work to get to. When I got back and entered the room at 5:00 am I found the issues. When the sun came up you could see daylight all around the door.

The stay was ok. The room was adequately clean, but needs major updates. The first 2 nights were quiet. The last night was not so much. People in the parking lot yelling and laughing late at night. Car alarm went off and there was a fight by the pool. We were not given fresh towels. We would probably not stay here again when we are in town.

The check in process was non existent I waited 25 minutes for someone to come to the front desk phone calls to the number were unanswered. It room smelled like a cat lady died in it. 2nd room bathroom smelled like a boys locker room. Checked in Sunday had not serviced the room by Wednesday. Took an intervention to make it happen hadn’t serviced again when we checked out on Friday. Spend your money somewhere else.

The room was clean but I reserved a king bed but apparently th staff gave my reserved room to someone else, so I got 2 doubles, which were both extremely lopsided, there was no toilet paper holder, there were no washcloths, there were 2 things of shampoo but no conditioner, and even though I paid on the website when I reserved my room, the hotel staff charged me on a different card for the room, so I was charged twice and am having to figure out how to sort it all out and get my double payment back. Also, I got some breakfast and the milk smelled sour and my yogurt was a week past the expiration date.

There were no clean rooms available at check in and we were told there was no one available to clean a room for us, but they still refused a refund when asked. When I went through Expedia for help, the property tried to lie to Expedia and say we never even showed up (thankfully we had photo and video evidence along with dash cam records for proof). Definitely do NOT book here.

I needed help finding the hotel. So, i called the front desk. The gentleman was helpful, VERY patient, and stayed on the phone with me til i pulled up to the front door (i didnt ask him to lol). Our room was very clean and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Its been a little more than a week since i stayed there and this is what i recall of their breakfast...The breakfast was very good and consisted of scrambled eggs, sausage gravy, biscuits, pancakes, cereal, fruits, muffins, orange and apple juices, coffee. There are also many restaurants nearby. I was extremely happy with my stay. Special note..the driveway to this hotel is shared with a shopping center called Bradley Square. So, look for that sign too.

First Hotel.com reserved a room that I requested but when I Got there they did not have that room available. The front desk person did find us another room. Breakfast was non existent. The delivery truck had not come in so there was no waffle mix, sausage gravy, biscuits and the oj was soured. The area was dirty and a very unappertizing place to eat or drink coffee. The outside areas were littered with trash. When we got to our room as light bulb was missing, no coffee cups in the room and the carpet was filthy. The bed was OK but it was hard to get out of. It was not a good stay.

I was only needing a night of peaceful sleep, to then continue my journey to my destination. The shower head was to short, for me. Having to duck to get hair washed. I am 6’, construction began shortly after six, and awaiting me. Breakfast was limited to cold cereal, or waffle batter.
