Stayed 2 nights

Bed was so far off wall and crooked, pillows kept falling into the gap, spoke to someone, but no resolution. Had a meal on my 1st night. Roast beef, was so full of silver skin that most of the "meat" went back, it was so tough that it was a struggle to cut what was edible, managed to puncture my lower lip attempting to bite through it. Reported and showed this to the night manager, all she said was ok and gave me a napkin to dry the blood from my lip and mouth. Shower was large, but mouldy on the edges and on the wall with a huge damp stain above the shower, water ran scalding hot and freezing cold. Breakfast was hit and miss, poor quality on day 1,but much better on day 2.
