This property is truly stunning! For a friends lazy getaway it was absolutely perfect.Perfect amount of space for us all (9 people)The scenery was jaw dropping and the pool and hotub were cherries on the cake! We arrived to a tray of rocky roads to our delight! We will definitely be visiting again!

We had a wonderful time at the Old Nursery to celebrate my 40th birthday and our son’s 10th birthday with family and friends. The property has everything you could possibly need and there is tons of space. Excellent communication from the owners throughout. The kids loved the garden, climbing frame, basketball net, table tennis, cinema room, fabulous pool and hot tub. We will definitely be back and have already recommended the property to family and friends.

A beautiful house in a stunning location which easily accommodated our large family group. The pool ,hot tub, and leisure activities were perfect for our mixed ages. Great to be able to all dine together both inside and on the terrace.

There were 17 of us staying and it was perfect for us all. Plenty of space, comfortable accommodation, fantastic facilities, beautiful views. The pool and hot tub were a huge hit. Would definitely recommend and would love to return. There were a couple of issues with door handles. One fell off all the time and one was impossible to lock. But, apart from that, it was perfect.

This house proved to be an idea l place to spend a few days with grandparents, children and grandchildren. The facilities were fantastic and allowed us to enjoy our holiday despite very poor weather. The warm enclosed swimming pool enabled the grand children to improved their swimming skills and the movie screen and projector allowed the adults to catch up on some movies. I hope we get chance to return before long.

The property was amazing and huge! Had everything we could possibly want. The swimming pool and hot tub was a great addition as well as the ping pong table/football field/basketball hoop! Hosts were friendly and answered any queries we had very quickly! Had such a great time that we're already looking to book again next year! A definite 10/10!

All 16 of us (6 adults, 10 kids) absolutely loved this house, as did our puppy.The house had everything we needed and the kids loved arriving to a delicious tray of rocky road.The pool (which is larger than the photos do justice) and hot tub are warm and perfect for everyone to enjoy on a cold February week in Devon.We would definitely recommend and hope to return soon..

Fabulous house ,photos don't do it justice,suitable for all ages,vast array of amenities,pool and hot tub well used and enjoyed BBQ outside ,take a hairdryer with you tho as only thing I couldn't find .would highly recommend,seems expensive but not for you have , communication with booking site and hosts was excellent too , perfect location but be aware satnav takes you slightly off ,we missed the driveway twice lol ,we as a large party will definitely go back .

12 of us but could have been 16 plus. Loads of room, beautifully decorated, fitted out and equipped. Gorgeous indoor pool and hot tub got plenty of action. Plenty to play at outside - table tennis, footy, climbing frame. It’s just the problem of negotiating the narrow lanes.

Lovely house, large enough for the 6 of us, although it can sleep more I wouldn’t have wanted to share with anymore than that. Steve was very helpful, no issues apart from maybe check crockery pans etc as there were a lot that needed cleaning before they could be used. Thanks for everything.

We booked our stay to celebrate a big “0” birthday milestone. Amazing house , more than enough room for 17 of us. Well equipped and spotlessly clean. Ages varied from 11 years old any everyone found more than enough to keep them entertained.

The house and facilities were excellent, spacious house with lots of outdoor space, games, hot tub, swimming pool etc. Perfect house for a weekend away with friends. There were just a couple of issues which could be very easily rectified - you cannot open the downstairs en-suite bathroom from the inside once the door is closed, which resulted in my friend being locked in there for 10 minutes as we couldn’t hear her shouting from upstairs, had this have been a child this would have been awful. The door in the main room on the top floor does not close, so we had to wedge bags against it to keep it closed which was t ideal. We also discovered some dog poo on the grass whilst out playing on a lawn. I also think the cleanliness of the property could have been more thorough - lots of cobwebs and fly nests around the windows.

Beautifully presented house, immaculately clean and very well equipped. Superb facilities for all ages and extremely comfortable, with lots of very comfy beds and spotless bathrooms. Catering facilities were fantastic , loads of crockery, cutlery and glasses and two dishwashers!!! Extensive cooking and eating facilities inside and out, amazing views and a swimming pool plus hot tub, what more could you want? Owners were super helpful and obliging, our weekend away went without a hitch and we'd love to come back soon.

A terrific stay. The photos don’t really do the property justice. We spent a long weekend here and were blessed with fine weather. Sun all day on the rear patio, and watching it set on the decking out front!. Didn’t need to stray far from home as we had everything you could wish for. 15 adults from 21 to 86 had enough room to space out and have some quiet time if needed. Would highly recommend if you want some quality time away with your family.

What a fabulous property for a big family gathering. The bedroom & bathroom arrangements were perfect for us. The 7 grandchildren had a blast & were hardly out of the swimming pool. The football pitch was a great venue for a sports afternoon. With so much to entertain the children there was plenty of r&r time for the adults! The weather couldn't have been better. Thank you Steve & Charlotte for a wonderful holiday.

The property was amazing and huge! Had everything we could possibly want. The swimming pool and hot tub was a great addition as well as the ping pong table/football field/basketball hoop! Hosts were friendly and answered any queries we had very quickly! Had such a great time that we're already looking to book again next year! A definite 10/10!

Beautifully presented house, immaculately clean and very well equipped. Superb facilities for all ages and extremely comfortable, with lots of very comfy beds and spotless bathrooms. Catering facilities were fantastic , loads of crockery, cutlery and glasses and two dishwashers!!! Extensive cooking and eating facilities inside and out, amazing views and a swimming pool plus hot tub, what more could you want? Owners were super helpful and obliging, our weekend away went without a hitch and we'd love to come back soon.

Fabulous house ,photos don't do it justice,suitable for all ages,vast array of amenities,pool and hot tub well used and enjoyed BBQ outside ,take a hairdryer with you tho as only thing I couldn't find .would highly recommend,seems expensive but not for you have , communication with booking site and hosts was excellent too , perfect location but be aware satnav takes you slightly off ,we missed the driveway twice lol ,we as a large party will definitely go back .

A terrific stay. The photos don’t really do the property justice. We spent a long weekend here and were blessed with fine weather. Sun all day on the rear patio, and watching it set on the decking out front!. Didn’t need to stray far from home as we had everything you could wish for. 15 adults from 21 to 86 had enough room to space out and have some quiet time if needed. Would highly recommend if you want some quality time away with your family.

12 of us but could have been 16 plus. Loads of room, beautifully decorated, fitted out and equipped. Gorgeous indoor pool and hot tub got plenty of action. Plenty to play at outside - table tennis, footy, climbing frame. It’s just the problem of negotiating the narrow lanes.

This property is truly stunning! For a friends lazy getaway it was absolutely perfect.Perfect amount of space for us all (9 people)The scenery was jaw dropping and the pool and hotub were cherries on the cake! We arrived to a tray of rocky roads to our delight! We will definitely be visiting again!

We were a family group of mixed ages, ranging from 10 - 80. All enjoyed this wonderful property. The pool, hot tub and cinema room were a particular hit, as were the walk to the local pub, The Church House Inn, for Sunday lunch. Also the coastal walk from the Thatched Inn (a brave few going in the sea...in February!).

There were 10 adults and 9 children ranging from 4 years to 66years old - the pool and Jaccuzzi were the main attraction for the younger ones - there could be a few more instructions for the working of the cinema room and sound bar etc. Also no glasses in cinema room even though there was a bar in there - could also do with a slightly better BBQ - think it’s seen the best of its days. On the whole fantastic views and the local pub (The Church Inn ) was amazing food and drink wise.

Beautiful property, perfect for extended family of 14 aged from 18 months to 81. Lovely evenings spent eating outside with views of countryside. We all loved the pool and hot tub. Very clean and well equipped. Owners incredibly friendly and accommodating.

All 16 of us (6 adults, 10 kids) absolutely loved this house, as did our puppy.The house had everything we needed and the kids loved arriving to a delicious tray of rocky road.The pool (which is larger than the photos do justice) and hot tub are warm and perfect for everyone to enjoy on a cold February week in Devon.We would definitely recommend and hope to return soon..

Gorgeous clean house, was fully equipped! The hot tub and pool was enjoyed by all of our party which was 9 adults and 8 children. Freshly made scones with jam and clotted cream were a lovely touch too. We will definitely be back!

We have literally just got back from spending 3 nights in this beautiful house. It was fantastic, beautiful peaceful location, just a short drive to various beaches and villages. The house was very clean, it had everything we needed and the pool and hot tub were perfect! I would highly recommend this house for large family/friends to be together for fun, games and creating lovely memories!

Great property, lovely views , it has everything you need onsite. Stayed here with 14 adults, 9 small kids 0-9yrs and 2 dogs and we had plenty of space and the weather was a bonus. Lovely welcoming pub a short walk away too. Hope to be back.
