Courtyard Seattle Sea-Tac Area

I was disappointed with the NO DINING and the hotel Bar being totally way under staff. I chose the hotel because we knew it was an airport hotel and wouldn't have great dining around.

Very clean and employees were very nice. The only downside was having to pay $15 for parking. Should be free when you pay for a room!

There is no shuttle after 8:30pm. I booked this hotel for the shuttle. Hotels. Com said there was shuttle available but not after 8:00pm. Very disappointed.

These a??!!holes shut down the airport shuttle at 8PM

I loved the layout, location, and design of this property. We've stayed here twice in the last 3 weeks. The employees/staff are incredible at what they do. The customer service is phenomenal- friendly, helpful, thoughtful. The shuttle service is nice, though for Seattle being an international airport, it would be nice if they offered shuttle service (prebooked) for early flights, we had a flight leaving at 5am and had to rely on Uber. The pool and gym are well maintained and clean. The only reason this place gets 4/5 stars is because of the breakfast situation. We did pay for breakfast the first time we stayed and the food options are great. But, for the price of breakfast you'd expect better coffee. I would say it's no different than most hotel lobby/gas station coffee. This hotel is unique in the fact that it offers a small Starbucks variety at the bar in the lobby for a fee. I think it would make the breakfast worth the price if you were able to order something simple: like a latte, Americano, and cappuccino from that station at the bar (included in your $20+ breakfast cost). At least that would've been enough for me to have purchased breakfast again during the second stay. That or lower the breakfast fee to $13-$15 per person. Overall a great sleep and room experience. & I can't say enough about the front desk staff!

It says the shuttle is included; however, our flight was delayed, and we had to take a $40 ride to the hotel.

My friend and I really loved the shuttle service. The staff were amazing, only wished that the pool was heated. But we loved the environment and the hotel so much, we’ll be back.

Great looking gym

I was disappointed bar/dining closed at 9pm. When I flew home on Sunday, shuttle driver came back at 6am, took a break. Front desk had to order me a Lyft. When your shuttle starts at 5am, very disappointing. Room was clean, quiet,& peaceful.

This courtyard Marriott is very nice and clean The only problem I had was, I booked this hotel for the included shuttle service and the shuttle doesn't run 24hrs. I had to take an uber to the hotel and there are two Marriott courtyards at the airport so I had to take a second uber because the other Courtyard, which has 24hr shuttle service, would not take me to my hotel.

A very clean property with friendly and efficient staff in all areas of operations. The dinning room served an excellent buffet breakfast worth the fee and more than sufficient. Common areas were clean and appeared to be well maintained as well as the hotel exterior. The suite was amazing, like a 1 bedroom apartment!! The balcony was a nice touch as well to enjoy the cool but fresh air and scenic view of the river. Comfortable, quiet and very clean.

They do not clean the rooms well, there was a sock left behind and the floor wasn't vacuumed. The tub didn't drain, had to stop showers midway through to let the water drain. The Wi-Fi didn't work well at all.

When I woke up, I met about 30 big black ants on the table. It was too terrible, nightmare. Before I saw the ants.. everything was good... but... I will never visit there again.

There was an ant infestation in our room. At check out I let the front desk know and all they said was “sorry” and they would “address it”. I pressed them on how they would make it right and they said since I had prepaid through hotels.com there was nothing they could do. Pressed again Marlon at the front desk said “What do you want me to dk, I can offer you a free breakfast.” I felt a free breakfast (which was overpriced at $21 per person anyway) was not enough for ants being on my belongings. Pressed again he said “I told you what I could do. What do you want?” At that point I walked away because they clearly would not address the issue that their room was disgusting.

Property was decent, floors were pretty dirty and I called guest services to bring extra towels and they said they didn’t have enough staff to bring them. I wonder if they’re too short staffed to bring towels, how are they keeping each room clean and sheets changed etc?

The train was a little loud. We were on the top floor so not much interior noise but could hear TV next door and the blinds.

I was surprised at how pleasant this hotel was. The room was huge and well appointed— better than the much more luxurious place I’d just stayed in in Houston which was missing quite a few things. Nice couch, huge desk, comfortable bed and pillows, spare blankets, true blackout curtains, large bathroom. I was very pleased despite walking in thinking it was going to be a letdown after the very nice place I’d just stayed. It was actually more comfortable. Boring location but good for me transitioning between SeaTac and Boeing Field. I’m so glad I stayed. And the front desk staff were excellent. Only problem is the very limited hours of the airport shuttle. They NEED to expand these!

Great place to stay for getting to the airport early in the morning. Room and bed were very comfortable. Balcony faced a wooded area.

The beds were comfortable and it was nice and quiet. You weren’t able to hear the freeway.

TV in all guest rooms are at right angle to beds , extremely unSkdo love cucomfortable to look at with one or two in same bed. The rooms allow with out any complications to move all beds 90* from present location. I’m in the hospitality industry and also contractor for same length of time and have never come across thisconfiguration. Also small curvertue soffa looks nice but uncomfortable as heck on back!!

Great location close to major highways. Well run hotel with everything on site. Easy parking. Walking distance to some shops and restaurants. We had a nice view from the 7th floor balcony. Comfortable beds. Would definitely stay there again.

WiFi and cable were out.

The size and airiness of the room surprised us, and there was even a small balcony with a table and chairs looking out at the lighted pedestrian walkway and creek. It’s close to shopping at Southcenter Mall and about fifteen minutes from downtown Seattle, making it an excellent value as well as a pleasant place to stay.

Our flight was cancelled due to global glitch and they allowed us to come to hotel at 6 am, gave us breakfast and had room ready by 10 so we could get some sleep seeing our flight was supposed to be at 12:35 am. Very nice staff

Booked with breakfast included package but was charged again for breakfast. When I called the hotel the first time, I was put on hold for 10 mins then asked my phone number to call back, but no one called back. I called the second time in two days, once again I was put on hold for 10 mins and asked my phone number again and told me they will investigate and call me back. No result yet.

We missed our flight home and ended up having to book a room last minute, and I cannot say enough good things about Jenny. She was the very first person we spoke with when we called the hotel at around 8am to see if early check-in might even be possible. Without hesitation, she said absolutely, and within minutes she was there with the shuttle van to pick us up. That alone was such a relief after a long, stressful night, but it didn’t stop there. Jenny welcomed us with genuine warmth and kindness, and she made the entire check-in process feel effortless. You could immediately tell she cares deeply about the guests she’s helping. Jenny’s customer service is truly out of this world. She went above and beyond in every single interaction - checking in on us, answering questions with patience and friendliness, and making sure we felt comfortable and taken care of from the moment we arrived. In a time when it feels rare to encounter people who genuinely love their job and take pride in making others feel at ease, Jenny shines like a star. She turned what could have been a stressful, frustrating situation into a positive and memorable experience that we will honestly never forget. Hotels everywhere need more people like Jenny. She’s the kind of person who leaves a lasting impression and makes you want to return just because you know you’ll be treated so well. She is absolutely amazing and deserves all the recognition in the world.

Front desk staff was excellent

Uriah was a shining star. We were taken card of with professionalism and caring.

Not to be confused with the Courtyard by Marriott Seattle Sea-Tac Airport hotel, which is incredibly similarly named but 10 minutes closer to the airport. Although both hotels have a free airport shuttle,only the Courtyard by Marriot Seattle Sea-Tac Airport’s runs 24-7. The Courtyard by Marriott Seattle Sea-Tac Area hotel’s shuttle does not service early morning or late evening flights, which is not mentioned when booking. When I expressed annoyance at having to pay $25 for an uber to the other hotel and then an additional $45 for an uber to the airport, I was met with sympathy but told that this “happens often” and that Marriott is aware of the issue and has done nothing to rectify it. I will be avoiding these properties going forward and will encourage my peers to do so as well. Two stars only for the friendly front desk receptionist.

The staff was excellent and such a helpful part of my stay. Clean rooms, great breakfast. Fantastic value for the accommodations.

The staff at the hotel were excellent, but there wasn’t enough of them. Because there wasn’t enough people to take care of everyone in the restaurant, only a limited menu was available. Michelle and Brandy did a great job considering what they had to work with.

I showed up exhusted at the wrong Courtyard at 3 in the morning. The woman running the front desk called the other Courtyard, cancelled my already paid for room, and set me up with a very nice room right there. From there, I took the shuttle to the airport in plenty of time to catch my flight. Excellect service when I needed it the most.

Courtyard by Marriott SeaTac Area was a great place to stay when my flight was cancelled. Be aware - there are 2 Courtyards near SeaTac - “Airport” and “Area”. . When calling for a shuttle, confirm your reservation to be sure you have called the correct hotel.

Nice location! Easy walking to the areas around the hotel. Clean hotel and friendly staff!

The issue I have with this hotel is it has the same description as the other Courtyard by Marriott SEA-TAC. This location is NOT as close to the airport and should not have the same description.

Great access to Seattle airport. Wonderfully friendly staff. The best complimentary breakfast ever at a hotel. Even an omelette station. Delightful!

Close to airport. Wish the airport shuttle ran into later hours since it only runs until 8:30PM; we had to call a rideshare from the airport to the hotel at night. Breakfast buffet is a bit expensive (~$20/per person) but selection was fine. You need to have a code to access the lobby restrooms which was not provided at the front desk and had to ask a staff member about the code.

The staff were nice the breakfast buffet was excellent and the staff making the omelettes did a great job!

Got to my room only to find the TV not working. Really? Breakfast was not included. Paid (almost) $5 for a cup of (Starbucks) coffee which tasted days old. Gross, threw it away. They could do better.

It was in close proximity to the airport so that was a bonus. The only down side was our arrival at 8:10 p.m. And then learning their restaurant was closed.

We booked a room with complimentary breakfast and the hotel would not honor it. They were short staffed, no omelette station open and not one clean table. I ate maybe $5 worth of food, my husband ate. The bill was $45. Won’t be back-

The hotel itself was wonderful. However, I would not recommend eating at the restaurant. I ordered a grilled cheese sandwich and a salad. Pretty easy order, the sandwich was not grilled the cheese was not melted the salad was pretty much just lettuce.

Staff at the desk was great. The bar/ restraunt we understaffed unable to get dinner there.
