The pool is fantastic and it\'s heated to a comfortable walk-in temperature! (which is unusual even for upscale hotels in Thailand) We loved it. There is a very large curved slide that is enjoyable for all ages. Our room on ground level faced directly to the pool. The hotel overall is very much secluded relative to the main avenue. The ocean facing side has a nice waterfront restaurant near the pier (amnd another pool with octagon shapes). The restaurant is adjacent to the end of Pattaya\'s "walking street" (but far enough away from walking street for families and romantic dinners). The restaurant\'s dinner buffet is excellent and reasonably priced. The hotel\'s buffet breakfast is also very good.

Par contre piscine pas toujours propre avec des grenouilles mortes au fond de l’eau toujours présentes à 10h du matin … Aussi odeur nauséabonde à la piscine car un canal d’eaux usées est juste à côté, avec une forte concentration de mouches rendant l’expérience très désagréable. Pas de chocolat chaud au petit déjeuner, obligé d’aller en chercher au seven eleven … Au final je ne recommande pas.

The entire staff was excellent. They made my stay more enjoyable. The facilities are great food excellent. One problem is the exercise room. It needs upgrading to more modern equipment it needs to be located closer to the hotel rooms. Hopefully this is an upgraded plan for these facilities otherwise the entire resort is excellent rooms are great

Lage des Hotels top da mitten in der Ausgangsmeile, die Betten aber steinhart selbst mit bestellten Topper noch sehr unbequem. Hotel müsste dringend renoviert werden. Vom Fluss her (Brücke verbindet die beiden Hotelfügel) kommt ein grausamer gestank. Leider kann ich das Hotel so nicht weiterempfehlen.

We stayed at the Siam Bayshore Resort in Pattaya, Thailand. It’s an absolutely great hotel in a good location. The hotel has two pools, one within the main complex which is suitable for both swimming and children to play in their own area alongside a separate pool on a private beach next to the sea. The security is understated but comforting, despite always feeling completely safe. The staff are well led and all carry out their duties with a genuine smile. Facilities are excellent, rooms fit for purpose and fresh. Linen and towel changes when ever required, an ECO friendly environment with beautiful water features and gardens. There are two entrances and exits, if you are looking for Walking Street, the exit to the private beach takes you straight there in a very short walk. Exit through the main front exit and you will never need to see it, it clearly depends what you are looking for. We attended the New Year’s Eve party on the private beach, with lots of entertainment and great food followed by super fireworks display, well worth the ticket price. All in all, a great hotel, that you soon fall into the rhythm of, we now feel part of the extended family.

The property definitely needs some upgrades, I’m surprised they didn’t utilise the pandemic lockdowns to do that when so many other hotels did, faculties and furnishes inside and around the hotel looks outdated and worn. The bedroom floor was dusty, the bathtub stopper was stuck and sockets could have been exchanged for moderns ones with USB chargers. It’s frustrating how many of the electrical sockets around the room don’t work well. Housekeeping needs to be more attentive too, twice my old towels were taken away but not replaced with new ones If you like night clubs and late night shopping this is the place for you. But if you want to relax or do some water sports it will come as a disappointment

An excellent property in the perfect location. The staff were warm, professional, and always ready to help. The resort was exceptionally clean, and the overall upkeep was impressive. The only area for improvement would be the suite we stayed in — the pillows and the sofa in the living area had a slight odor. Addressing this would make the experience flawless. Aside from that, everything else was truly enjoyable. Would definitely recommend!

I've stayed here about 4 times now room were always kept clean, staff were excellent and the breakfast was terrific the only thing stopping a 5* is the shower water pressure is low and showering in the bath is hard getting in and out but excellent place to stay. even thou it right on walking street the rooms are still quiet

The place is very old. Building and rooms. Hot water was there or not. The bathroom is not made for anyone over 5 ft 8 inches, that means the shower. The location is weird, water view but just a bunch of speed boats. Walkable, but just a bunch of huge tour groups. You get no where. Overall, the stay was fine. Very little English.

This hotel without a doubt is the best, The staff are amazing ( all are bi and trilingual) this makes things smooth. Golf the Hotel manger is amazing. She addressed every concern and answered all questions. The location is central to in my opinion the entire region . I like the hotel location. Great pools. Great breakfast. Fantastic staff and a shout out to Golf. Nice room , but the bathroom has a bathtub that's to high for anyone to get in or out. These days walk in showers are the way to go.

Exceptional staff, beautiful, well manicured grounds. This gem is located at the southern end of walking street However, it serves as somewhat of a secludes alcove away from the noise and lights of walking street. You'll be missing out if you dont stay here.

If you have a budget above a backpacker and you want to party like a rockstar and then come back to some comfortable resort life…this is the place you want to stay. You are literally ON walking street next to the water. This hotel caters to guests from all over (china, india, aussie, usa, etc). The staff is super friendly and quick to service your room. They have car service to the bankok airport that is comparable to what is advertised by their competitors. The buffet is great! The mini bar is ver reasonably priced and always well stocked. Room service is excellent and quick. Can’t wait to come back next year!
