Excellent mid range hotel. The front staff, housekeepers and servers all great. Two pools, one being refurbished, good breakfast as part of the price. Nice gym and on site massage personal. Really can’t say enough, I’ve stayed here twice now. Perfect location and solid clean rooms.

De locatie is echt top. Overal barretjes en restaurants in de omgeving. Zwembad was stuk en kon gedeeltelijk gebruikt worden. Overigens was het water wel heel erg koud, en was het niet fijn om in het zwembad te zijn

OMG this is the best place I've ever stayed at in Pattaya and I have stayed at some amazing places. Super nice helpful staff and friendly. The breakfast is so delicious with a huge variety of food. I even tried the room service which way great. There are 2 different pools to enjoy with sun or shade seats. The bar and resto at the main (big) pool but still serve to the smaller pool. We were a slow 5 minute walk to the main Rd in Pattaya. So many restaurants bars pool tables. To many places to mention in this area. If you go out the back way you will find a 7/11 and Avenue Pattaya, motorcycle taxi there. Less then a 15min walk to the beach. We will definitely be going back here again. Cheers

Major construction work on the hotel premises make it difficult to navigate between front lobby and the Evergreen Tower. At times there is a golf cart ride available but usually there is a long wait and it stops around 10pm. Not suitable for elder guests or those with a walking impairment. You can’t beat the location, the hotel is still value for money, they try to update many things as the hotel get older But one thing they should change immediately is the trowels in the room, they are so old dirty and worn out years ago

There is nothing to dislike about this hotel. We stayed in the Corona building which has recently undergone a complete refurbishment. The hotel is spotlessly clean and all the staff are very helpfull. Excellent value for money and location.

Different blocks, we were originally in one of the old blocks where rooms had not been renovated and the pool area not very nice, also a long walk from reception, the view from the balcony was overlooking a dirty unused terrace, we asked for another room which was eventually given to us, from then on we enjoyed our holiday, very clean modern room, great breakfast, check in staff not overly welcoming but it was busy

I have stayed at this hotel a few times and love the location but I have always stayed in the refurbished side this time we were put in the old side which needs a refurbishment but that would not stop me rebooking as I love the pool and location . I suffer with very bad arthritis and find the bath difficult to get in and out of they could maybe do with a few rooms with showers and some hand rails in the shallow part of the pool

Hotel is nice and staff are friendly BUT wifi in the hotel was very poor., which made it difficult for me to work. The IT man came to my room which did help but around the hotel many apps such would not work as the wifi was unsecured. Also you have to get new wifi codes every 7 days which was annoying .

Ich kannte die Areca Lodge bereits aus einen kurzen Aufenthalt 2019. Es wurde vieles zwischenzeitlich renoviert und modernisiert. Manko bleibt immer noch die laute Klimaanlage, die dazu auch noch ein Heissluftgebläse gratis auf dem Balkon darstellt

Nice hotel , great location to LK metro. TV was very old with poor reception. Bathroom was very small and awkward, shower was a combo shower/bath and very bad stupid in design and usability. Not worth the expensive price.

On the first day of my arrival (16/12/24) i stayed on the main building but the first day it was a bit difficult for me to sleep because of the noise from the crowd and bars. I asked if they could move me to a different room and fortunately they did. Thank you so much for the service you have provided, no complaints whatsoever. 10/10 - Friendly service, great breakfast and lovely room service.

Areca Lodge is my go to hotel in Pattaya and I have stayed there many times. This trip was one of my best experiences. The hotel and its amenities are always very nice but this time the entire staff was so friendly and just stood out. We checked in at midnight and the staff was very friendly and efficient and quickly got all 4rooms checked-in in minutes. The pool staff always knew what we like to drink and would let us know at breakfast if our favorite smoothies were available that day. The massage staff was incredible and the ladies gave probably the best massage I have had in Pattaya. The front desk staff was always friendly and greeted us when we left and returned to the property. House-keeping was very efficient whenever I put on my "make up room" notice. I guess I expect the amenities to be good at Areca but the service really stood out from top to bottom.

에버그린동 제일 큰방 6박 투숙. 부부+청소년 동반. 숙소는 여러개 동으로 나눠져 있음 수영장 2곳. 조식은 가격대비 괜찮음. 빵종류는 매일 동일. 호텔 인근은 번잡한 골목 중심부로, 인접한 마사지 가게 많고, 식당 등도 많음. 위치는 좋지만, 인근에 bar가 많아 청소년 동반 여행객에게는 비추천. bar 등에는 많은 서양 남자 노인들이 매일 있으며, 전체적으로 젊은 여행객은 많지 않음. 인근 bar 에서 나오는 음악 소음들이 심하며, 투숙한 6층(최고층)까지 소음이 많이 들리며, 새벽시간(심지어 아침까지)까지 소음이 심한 편임.

This property was very clean and modern. The location is perfect being only steps away from LK metro and Soi Bukhao. I alos found the bar Cafe at the main entrance to be very handy and reasonably priced. Balcony was large and comfortable as well. Overall great facility

今回はエバーグリーン棟に宿泊しました。施設は古いですが、清潔感はありました。バルコニーで喫煙可能です。朝食はおいしいです。3日毎くらいのローテーションで同じメニューが提供されている模様です。味は良いほうだと思います。雨が降るとロビーやプールデッキが濡れて滑りやすくなるのが難点でした。

Ive stayed in many places in pattaya over the last 20 years but never the Areca until this trip. I originally booked 16 nights but then rebooked a further 6 as i dont think anything else can match the location price and fantastic buffet breakfast. I'll be returning in March next year for sure

Booked what was advertised as a Luxury room, paying the higher rate, the room was tired, no walk in shower, no plugs at the side of the bed, except one for the lamp. Also, I was quoted £100 cheaper when I booked the room several months before, when I paid at reception, how was it £100 more expensive? the exchange rate can of course fluctuate, but I have cheched the rates on both dates and it did change by a few Baht? Either Hotels got it badly wrong or the Hotel. The Hotel shrugged their shoulders. Be careful when booking and getting a GBP quote, you might get a nasty suprise. Also. the breakfast was excellent upto the point where one morning, my niece cut into a grilled tomato and discovered maggots, allbeit, cooked. We raised this with the staff but they just shrugged it off, no apology or follow up.

- Frühstück jeden Tag gleich, was für ein solches Hotel unakzeptabel ist. - Hervorragender Pool, der zweite kleinere leider gerade in Renovierung. - Reichlich Liegen am Pool vorhanden! - Zimmerreinigung jeden Tag top und immer zur gleichen Uhrzeit! - Frühstücksraum bei großer Belegung zu klein. Teilweise Wartezeit einkalkulieren. - Diskreter Zugang zum hinter liegenden Hotelteil sehr angenehm. - Preis/Leistung ist stimmig gewesen, ich würde das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen.
